I was wrongly charged with domestic violence when I was the victim but, because I did not call to report an incident, the police believed the fabricated lie. I was arrested and forced to go through the most embarrassing process I have ever experienced in my life, all the while, feeling like a criminal when I didn’t do anything wrong.
After I posted bail, I new I needed help with this fight and began looking for defense attorneys, which was when I found Mike.
When I met with Mike and broke down the whole story, he thought it was a great case to take all the way to trial. He was very honest and let me know that the DA will try to ‘sweeten’ the plea deal, at every disposition. He said there is a good chance the charges would get dropped before trial but, it could take all summer and may not be dismissed until an hour before trial. He told me to prepare myself and expect it to go to trial.
We were all set for trial and Mike couldn’t wait for his opportunity to cross examine. Just before trial, he made one last attempt to get the DA to look at all the evidence. Finally, the DA listened and the evidence that Mike presented, was enough to dismiss the case. Just as he prepared me for what to expect, the case was dropped an hour before trial.
Although the whole situation cost me a lot of money, time, embarrassment, heartache, etc... I couldn’t have done it without Mike. He was always available when I had questions or needed to run something by him. His price is much more appealing than several of the others that I had tried calling.
Overall, Mike Boyce is a true professional, very candid, and someone you can trust!

Recently, our family was thrown into a situation that required us to seek professional legal support. Marshall Breit came highly recommended as the only lawyer with whom we should consult. Interestingly that referral came from a member of our local district attorney’s office.

When our son was arrested for very serious charges, and facing the prospect of decades in prison, I called a family friend who is an attorney. He said that without hesitation, if his son were in a similar situation and his life depended on it, he would recommend Trent Trani.
From our initial phone consultation, it was clear that Trent would be our choice. We immediately hired Trent to represent our son. Everything about him is professional. He is attentive, calm and understanding. His conversations with us were always relevant and on-point.

I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Trent and his staff helped us by taking care of everything with the defendant's insurance company, but not just that when our medical insurance found out that the injuries to my wife were caused by the accident and that we were not at fault they wanted to be reimbursed. Rob fought hard and victoriously for me to get a bogus trespassing case dropped without me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. Tami Mitchell is a life saver!!! I can say that because she saved my life.
I was falsely accused of numerous accounts of sexual assault in the military. I went to a courts-martial and was found guilty of several counts. Tami came recommended to handle my appeal. Once I spoke to her, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She read through the 1500+ page record of trial and presented a strong case for overturning my convictions. 18 months later, Tami’s excellent work paid off and my sexual assault convictions were overturned for factual insufficiency, which is the equivalent of an acquittal. I was able to get off the sex offender registration list.
My initial wrongful convictions caused additional legal issues for me, but Tami remained by my side each step of the way, assisting my appointed military counsel and other attorneys who were not familiar with the military justice process. Finally, after more than 5 years since my wrongful convictions, my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep, knowing our ordeal has finally concluded with positive results.

I recently hired Lisa to represent me at sentencing after having infective council during trial which left me facing serious jail time. She came highly recommended by prominent attorneys. I find it very odd to see the less than happy reviews for Sawaya. My experience was top notch.
I was hit by a car an now I walk like an Egyptian. Well, not exactly, but the long story is tedious and irrelevant. What matters is that I needed legal counsel to manage my claims process with the insurance companies. I was assigned Zach Elsner and Erin Threadwell as my legal team, and could not be happier.
Folks, these things are battles, and not the type that are won in days or weeks, but months, and sometimes years. Zach and Erin were perfectly communicative when I needed to act on something, had an update, or just the occasional check in to make sure they know where we all were in the process.
If your hurt, you need more than peace of mind, You need an advocate that is going to take care of business on your behalf. If you need a personal injury attorney, I think that Sawaya is a strong option. Highly professional, and more than anything else, I never felt like they were a bunch of ambulance chasers.
I hope I never have to use them again, but if I ever get rag-dolled by an SUV in the future, I know where to turn.

Rachel Oliver is the best attorney I've ever had. She was working for the Jefferson County Public Defender's Office at the time. This was my fourth DUI in a lifetime , My last DUI was 20 years ago. I went to AA and treatment and I have been sober for over 2 and 1/2 years. She believed I took responsibility for my actions and I was ready to take the punishment I deserved. I was also looking at a extensive jail sentence, but I ended up with a much shorter sentence. I have had other attorneys over the years that I actually hired and paid. I have never seen or heard of a public defender attorney fighting so hard for their client. I know they are so overwhelmed with clients.. but despite that she spent a lot of time meeting with me and treated me with respect and courtesy. Rachel really cares about all her clients . I feel I owe her so much. I would hire her for anything at any time. I have recommended her to anyone I know that needs an attorney. I would never hire any other attorney except for her! If you’re looking for a corrupt law firm, look no further. Claire and her husband Daniel, are in cahoots to work to get domestic violence criminals off the hook. I am a survivor of DV from a multiple-time offender ex who left bruises on me in front of our 3 year old and newborn baby. Justice was not served to my ex- which is wrong on so many levels. Daniel left cryptic notes on my apartment door at a time where retaliation was a high risk. Luckily, I was seeking shelter elsewhere.
