I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Nik Sulley was fantastic- trustworthy, dedicated and hardworking. However, once his boss got involved it was a complete tone change and bait & switch. Almost three years of hard work, a team of incomparable expert witnesses, rock solid case… but a week before trial I got forced to take a meager settlement under suspicious circumstances. It even emerged that the defense’s key piece of evidence, presented by their lead attorney, was fraudulent but no one bothered to point it out. I was lied to- told our experts said things that they never said, and gaslit with the unexpected introduction of alleged weaknesses in my case that no one had previously mentioned in almost three years! Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre. I can see why an attorney would want to force a settlement for a case they fear they will lose money on, but it’s odd to me that this change of heart happened so quickly and that they weren’t even trying at the end. They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. It felt like they had joined the defense counsel and were no longer working for me. Proceed with caution.

So recently, I had an unfortunate situation arise where I needed a lawyer regarding a family dispute involving young children. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to a resolution and I was forced to find a lawyer to represent me. The team at Kohn law, specifically Erica Bertini and Debbie are beyond amazing and represented me with stellar results! On the initial consultation, I knew they were who I wanted representing me! I was treated with the utmost respect and spoken with, not at or down to. When things were getting tight on time, they worked with me and helped me get through everything being stern but still considerate and respectful treating me as a person not just another client. We won the initial part of our battle with ease because I retained an amazing law firm with stellar lawyers who have amazing knowledge, expertise and experience! The paralegal, Debbie, was always professional, staying on the phone with me sometimes late to make sure she had all the information, documentation and details that they needed to proceed with my case. My son had an issue where he needed a lawyer. he was fortunate enough to find the Kohn law firm. Erica, his lawyer, is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and worked very hard to help my son with his case. Debbie, his paralegal, was great! She would sit on the phone with my son sometimes late into the evening making sure he had everything needed and understood everything being asked! As per the situational context of needing a law firm, I wasn’t very happy that I needed a lawyer at all. I have very little trust for firms handling my money and even less trust during emotionally strenuous situations. Still, when we met Shaun and Greg, the two handling my case the closest, I was relieved to find they were extremely careful towards me and my family from start to finish. They were emotionally aware, generally kind- and certainly quite the characters. They practiced complete clarity and honesty with me while handling all terms of affairs, explaining things as many times as I needed them with the patience for a million questions (of which I had two), always handed over the documents I wanted without fuss (and a lot of times without having to even ask), and tied off every loose end with a bow. I sincerely appreciate the hard work of the firm that got me where I am today, as this was definitely a difficult and long haul of a case. Really pleased with the timely responses and the drive for a goal. A very big thanks from me all around.

Thank you both to Attorney Conor Stewartson and Paralegal Diane Barrera at Colorado Legal Defense Group for representing our daughter in her criminal defense case. My husband and I spoke to several Attorney firms to help us and after speaking with Diane and the Intake Attorney Cole Presnell, we decided to go with their firm. I can honestly say that Diane was key in helping us make the decision to use their firm. She was very understanding and genuinely cared, being a mother herself. She was available early on and even followed up to make sure we landed safely in CO that same evening to be there for our daughter. Conor was assigned to our case and I was advised although he was new with the firm he had an extensive background as a Criminal defense Attorney. Initially, I was concerned w/him being new to the firm but after speaking with him, doing a background check and reading up on him, he put those concerns to rest. There were times it was difficult to get a hold of Conor but my understanding was his contact phone was still being setup at the time, since he was new w/the firm. But he did return my call when I really needed him over the weekend on a late evening. Also, Diane was always available even on weekends (not normal or expected) and kept the communication going if Conor was not available due to being in court or working w/another client. Ultimately, the outcome of our case was in our daughter's favor and it was completely dismissed all due to the hard work of both Conor and Diane. Their skill set and ability to do what they do, fighting on our daughter's behalf produced the best outcome possible and we are so thankful to them both! Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state. The case took a while due to all my medical issues and tracking down my records but his team stayed persistent throughout the whole process. He was able to negotiate my settlement and make sure all medical providers and insurance companies involvied were satisfied. Lastly he and his team were able to secure a fair settlement for my pain and suffering. Nothing can restore me to full health but it will help me continue treatment and manage my pain moving forward. If you’re looking for a corrupt law firm, look no further. Claire and her husband Daniel, are in cahoots to work to get domestic violence criminals off the hook. I am a survivor of DV from a multiple-time offender ex who left bruises on me in front of our 3 year old and newborn baby. Justice was not served to my ex- which is wrong on so many levels. Daniel left cryptic notes on my apartment door at a time where retaliation was a high risk. Luckily, I was seeking shelter elsewhere. I cannot imagine another woman who makes money off of working to silence battered women and children. Utterly horrifying.

Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. She was able to reduce my case from an original deal of 3 months incarcerated to 45 days of house arrest due to the research she did on me and her ability to show the court the ways in which I have vastly changed since the beginning of my case. Would recommend to anyone that is going through something similar.

I was referred to Angela by another attorney who said he would trust his own family with her, and she did not disappoint! She helped me with a hearing process and she made the entire process as easy as possible. After sharing the details of my situation, Joe questioned what I was even calling for. I would have appreciate more empathy or a willingness to help as that was what I was reaching out for. After realizing damages from a Colorado transaction, I sought legal advice from several local attorneys and was discouraged from pursuing a legal remedy due to the difficulty of recovery in similar cases. After reviewing Robinson & Henry’s website, I contacted Joe Lico, who said he could help after reviewing my fact summary. Joe referred the case to Gina Botti, who reviewed the evidence and sent a demand letter clearly stating the facts, the actual and estimated total damages, and the legal basis for the claim. Where do I start. Bradley Smith is the best lawyer in the state of Colorado, arguably several states. Smith & Weidinger Law Firm is unmatched. Bradley Smith is a Prior Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who knows the law word for word. James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

We hired Lester Nieves to represent a very complex criminal case. I completely trust him to represent who we hired him for. He definitely knows the law and your rights . I would recommend him above any other attorney including the ones that are way too high priced for our budget. Lester's fee to retain and represent are more than fair. Out of all the attorneys I've spoken with we picked him and I have absolutely no regrets at all Thank you so much Lester!!!!

I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable. When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody. It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable. I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time. I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Barry went above and beyond in so many ways. As his client, I was expecting professionalism and efficiency - both of which he executed flawlessly. What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. He provided me with the perfect amount of urgency in getting on top of the matter while also providing a sense of calm to keep me level-headed. My case was immediately dismissed at pre-trial - all thanks to the level of attention to detail and the clarity in which he presented my case to the DA. Thank you both to Attorney Conor Stewartson and Paralegal Diane Barrera at Colorado Legal Defense Group for representing our daughter in her criminal defense case. My husband and I spoke to several Attorney firms to help us and after speaking with Diane and the Intake Attorney Cole Presnell, we decided to go with their firm. I can honestly say that Diane was key in helping us make the decision to use their firm. She was very understanding and genuinely cared, being a mother herself. She was available early on and even followed up to make sure we landed safely in CO that same evening to be there for our daughter. Conor was assigned to our case and I was advised although he was new with the firm he had an extensive background as a Criminal defense Attorney. Initially, I was concerned w/him being new to the firm but after speaking with him, doing a background check and reading up on him, he put those concerns to rest. There were times it was difficult to get a hold of Conor but my understanding was his contact phone was still being setup at the time, since he was new w/the firm. But he did return my call when I really needed him over the weekend on a late evening. Also, Diane was always available even on weekends (not normal or expected) and kept the communication going if Conor was not available due to being in court or working w/another client. Ultimately, the outcome of our case was in our daughter's favor and it was completely dismissed all due to the hard work of both Conor and Diane. I can't say enough good things about Attorney Peter Albani. He worked miracles for me when I was facing serious DUI charges.
