Nathaniel is an attorney that actually cares about the well-being of his clients. I hired Nathaniel previously for false allegations from my ex-wife. Within 1 week of hiring Nathaniel, all allegations were thrown out the window and the charges were immediately dismissed on the basis of no evidence. Then months later the same devious woman falsified another police report with more false charges. I learned this when moments before the HPD busted my front door down, Nathaniel called me and informed me of that nonsense. Nathaniel was literally in my ear via Bluetooth as the police forced their way and arrested me on the spot. Even when I was assaulted by the HPD while in police custody, Nathaniel walked me through the entire ordeal and a few months later, the case was dismissed; No-Bill. How on earth does such corruption exist in a land where they claim "innocent until proven guilty" is beyond me. But when fighting against devils disguised as humans, Nathaniel is the man for the job.

Dustan made time for me, answered all my questions and calmed me down. I had just been released from jail. He presented a thorough understanding of what I was up against, conservative expectations, and a reasonable flat-fee. He got the charge dropped! Since I’ve been able to focus on important things because he and I put an end to this legal stuff.

If you have hired attorneys that meet the Webster dictionary definition, ie: "Attorney " is a person that has a law degree, will not be totally honest, can take your money and not earn it, will put you off until he is ready to talk to you, and/or never study your case to be able to defend you. Mr. Floyd is the only attorney that doesn't fit that definition!! You will be delighted to have Mr. John Floyd in your corner! Not one attorney that I have ever met that would ever return a check that I sent to him, because he said I paid him too much! Wow! That right there should tell you something about his integrity!!!!! He has a very calm demeanor and doesn't stretch the truth even if you don't want to hear it, he will tell you the truth. Call and set up an appointment with him and judge for yourself. You are wasting time and money on any other attorney, just hire the best, Mr. Floyd.

It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend

I was wrongfully arrested for a Class A misdemeanor and Tyler was able to have my case dismissed. A standup gentleman who is attentive, responded to all my messages, calls and concerns. I would like to be clear that Nicole was appointed to me by the court system. Despite being one of the best attorneys in the state, she dedicates her time to help those who can not afford it. She is a truly kind and genuine person who clearly seeks the best in those she comes in contact with. After dealing with the Federal criminal justice system, her efforts were able to give me a second chance. I could never fully express how grateful I am to have had her help. Whenever I would drop her name, everyone knew who she was and would always follow it with, "she's one of the best." I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!

Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler.
