This has been my second time having the pleasure of Mr. Schwartz representing me and I absolutely cannot emphasize enough how incredibly professional and knowledgeable this man is. I had some crazy family accuse me of doing something I diddnt do. When you looked at the evidence and listened to the testimonies it became pretty obvious but liberal st. Joe doesn't care. They tried to push every extreme charge they could anyways and Jessica fought every one of them off. It took a year or so because the courts can't schedule to save their life's but Jessica saved mine. 100% would reccomend. She is the definition of speak softly but carry a big stick. She has your back for sure.

In 2022, I hired Loren Dickstein to represent me based on an allegation that I committed a serious federal crime. I did not and am innocent. Although it took about two years, Loren was able to stop the charges and I never even had to go to court. To start,
I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.
I will and I am recommending to anyone in need of an absolute beast in a criminal defense. PARISA IS THE ONE!
She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.
She is very genuine. She is the best at her job and she is a superstar lawyer that if I ever need again has my 100% loyalty.

My Mother hired Mr. Carron on my behalf and he turned out to be the best lawyer that I ran across in many years, he will give his input on things that may be better handled in a different perspective then yours and consult with you before making any changes that you felt strong about. I've encountered lawyers that have went their way and filed things on my behalf without communication, he is the exact opposite, I would recommend him to anyone..very professional!

After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

I had called several lawyers prior to engaging Lewis & Dickstein. They were all awful. They only seemed interested in the money, I was just another number and wouldn't fight for me or my family. My husband happened to come across several reviews on Lewis & Dickstein which prompted us to have a call with them. The call led to an in-person meeting. Once I met Mr. Lewis, I felt instantly comforted knowing he had my back and best intentions at heart and would fight for me. Mr. Lewis exceeded expectations. From the first time I spoke with him he told me "I won't let you down, I won't let anything happen to you"...and indeed, he did not. I was charged with drunk driving with high BAC. It was my first offence. I was beyond scared. I was facing possible jail time, lengthy probation and rigorous alcohol testing. Mr. Lewis guided me every step of the way. Advising on what to do and not what to do. He was always available, and responded to every question and worry I had. He was firm but fair with me, no BS.
The Judge assigned to my case was widely known for her strict stance on DUI. This did not phase Mr. Lewis one bit, he often reiterated "he won't let anything happen to me".
Mr. Lewis was able to negotiate a lower charge of operating while intoxicated, which I plead guilty to. This all happened in a short period of time - it felt like forever - but I was assured this was a quick turnaround.
Days before sentencing, I had a violation by missing one of my three daily test times. I was not aware I missed it. As soon as I was aware I went for a urine test, but was outside the allocated 12 hour time frame. This was terrifying. I had been so diligent throughout the process and to miss one right before sentencing was beyond frightening as I knew this would not look good to the Judge. Mr. Lewis and I may have had a few cross words following this incident, it was all in my best interest, and he continued to fight hard for me.
At sentencing, Mr. Lewis not only had my testing violation dismissed, he miraculously got me NO jail time, NO probation, no therapy or AA. All I had to pay were some fines. This outcome went beyond my husband and my expectations. It was truly unbelievable.
My family and I are eternally grateful to Mr. Lewis! Thank you Randy.

The first thing the Randy Lewis said when we met was"Your in good hands and Ill take care of you" Everything he said was true. He had me feeling much more confident about the case and that we will not just take a plea deal which is what my initial Lawer wanted to do. With only one pre-trial conference Randy was able to bring my charges down from a pretty serious criminal case to a civil infection that equated to a fine and a few points on my license. There is not another attorney I would recommend if you are wanting the best in the business. Thanks again Randy Lewis!

Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My first impressions of Mr Barone were of confidence, compassion and experience. In short order, Mr Barone had prepared a defensive battle plan for my case. When he presented it to me there was no sugar coating or outrageous promises. He explained his plan and warned me that I would need to be involved.
Mr Barone and his staff ensured I was kept up to date on the court proceedings throughout the case. He also explained any and all questions that I or my family members had about the case. He is a very personable man and easy to talk to.
To my advantage Patrick did not take no for an answer when dealing/ bargaining with the Prosecuting Attorney. He stated to me that he thought I should not be incarcerated, and that is exactly what he fought for and won for me.
I truly believe he negotiated a second life for me and I will be forever grateful for that.

I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!
I Prayed that I would be Free of these bogus charges and have my boys. At the end of the day, Dave kept his word I have my Boys 50/50 and proved my innocence. Charges Dropped! Thank you Dave!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. It took me a while to write this review because being arrested is a difficult experience and I've had a hard time looking back on it, but I'm writing it now because Richard went above and beyond for me when I really needed someone.
After I was arrested Richard came to court immediately to help me and got me released from the holding cell within 30 minutes on a personal bond, meaning I didn't have to pay any bond. Had he not jumped into action right away I would have been stuck by myself in that holding cell over the weekend.
Richard is an attorney who truly cares about the rights and freedoms of the people he represents and I am so grateful he was there to help me when I needed him.

Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case. Trial lasted a week but it only took the jury maybe 15 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY. He was expensive but worth every penny. I owe him my freedom and will always be grateful for what he did for me.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. O'Keefe. I was looking for lawyers regarding a DUI on-line and he called me within hours of requesting information! He was able to schedule an appointment to meet the same day and cover some information on me. I selected him as the lawyer for my case, and even though it was a short notice he was professional, thorough, and extremely supportive of me the entire time. He worked with me and walked me through every step of the way, including preparing me for any future steps of this ordeal. He knew each miniscule piece of information to put my mind at rest, who the judge was and her personality, and freely answered all of my questions.
Mr. O'Keefe provided me with resources and tasks to complete before my arraignment so I was prepared for court. He pushed for an earlier hearing for me so I wasn't waiting months for my sentencing after my arraignment. He also had recommendations for me on where to do my court ordered community service. While at the court house it seemed like everyone knew Mr. O'Keefe which just showed what his recognition is in the local industry.
I would recommend Mr. O'Keefe to any of my family or friends without any hesitation. He was not only confident in his abilities, but he provided me with the tools and support in the court room to alleviate the stress of my first offense, and also assisted in getting a shorter probation for me. Attorney Grow went above and beyond in every aspect! If I could give him more stars, I would!
He was very attentive and thought of solutions that benefited his client the most even when it required a little extra on his behalf. He was able to walk us through every step and make a fearful situation seem like it was all under control. From beginning to end there was never a time we were left in the dark or every worried with Mr. Grow as an attorney. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to all whom find themselves in a similar situation.
He was also able to get a quick court date that matched with my schedule for being in the state. On top of being professional and bending over backwards to make sure his client felt safe and in good hands. After the case in September, and upon recently finding a clerical error with my record he still responded within minutes and was able to get me record cleansed, resolving the issue, the very next day even after months of the case being closed and we had paid for his services.

In June I found myself in a situation that required legal counsel. I was under a lot of pressure to host a “Pinterest” graduation party for my daughter. There were lots of laughs, pictures and well lots of drinking…
At the end of the night I got my youngest to bed and stumbled my way to bed myself. On the way I overheard inappropriate conversation between my husband & my daughter’s friends. I told my husband to get out and the friends to go home.
Next thing I know my husband is right behind me yelling, pointing & forcing me into a corner. I went into fight or flight and needed to get away. My daughter whose graduation party it was came running up behind my husband to get him away from me. Not realizing in my attempts to get away, I pushed my daughter. She was not hurt physically. Emotionally startled and embarrassed I’m sure. I did get away into our bedroom and locked the door. My husband punched the door and entered the room. I continued to retreat to get away from him because I was terrified. I somehow was able to call 911 and they sent officers.
I cannot comprehend what the officer was thinking because I was arrested after calling for help. My husband’s lies convinced her that I assaulted him and my daughter. He even added that I racked a 9mm and “almost” pointed it at him…
I was arrested & in jail for the night. I started to panic & was terrified about potentially losing my job and/or licensing through the state in addition to losing my CPL & 2nd amendment rights.
I was initially charged with felony felonious assault and a few other things that I do not recall.
I started looking & researching who to hire to sort this mess out.
I had talked to a dozen attorneys & all I heard were the same lines- like a salesman working for commission. A few of them sat ok with me. But that was the problem… they were ok. When there is so much on the line mediocre is not what I was willing to accept.
I reached out to a trusted attorney that I had worked with previously on a civil matter from Warner Norcross + Judd. He referred me to Michael Bartish. I began digging into reviews & searching for articles about him. I reached out to SBBL Law. It didn’t take long for Michael to return my call.
After speaking with Michael over the phone I knew he was the guy. He was direct yet empathetic. He listened to what was important to me and the fears I had. He was reassuring without over promising any sort of result. He never said any of the lines I’d heard from the previous attorneys who seemed to not be genuine.
Over the course of about 2 months Michael walked me through the process, explained everything so that I understood. I could feel he was vested in this fight with me from our first court appearance. His presence and confident demeanor brought me peace at some of the most emotional times I had faced in a long time. Michael included me in every aspect of the case and looked to me to make the decisions on plea deals that were offered. He supported my decision to go to trial. He still never promised a winning result but his confidence gave me the confidence to fight this.
I had never watched a jury selection. The jurors likely never were jurors before. Watching Michael educate the jurors while assessing their ability to be impartial for the anticipated trial was nothing short of impressive. He has power in his voice & not the sort that’s disrespectful or arrogant.
At hearings Michael made clear arguments backed by law. He crushed every move the prosecution attempted. He has passion and speaks with a dominance you only see with true experience.
The prosecution dismissed the case. Any headway they attempted was shattered by Michael. It was a huge win for us! Michael and I joked that it was a bit disappointing not going to trial. Watching him in the courtroom knowing his abilities I felt it would be a sure win and it would put the prosecutor in his place even more.
If I ever need a defense attorney he 100% will be my guy!

This is a hard review to write, because there is no way to put into words how grateful we are to Sam Bennett. He successfully defended our son, and ended a 10 year nightmare our family has been living. Our son was placed on the Tier I SOR for 15 years in 2013. I believe that if Sam Bennett had been his attorney, at that time, our son would have never been found guilty. As the judge stated, it was a convoluted case. Well..before covid I recently lost my wife to a horrible illness..I live in arkansas but from Michigan..I called shawn before the covid deal to help me with a bench warrant...he took it on..then all the courts shut down during that..recently I contacted shawn..I always kept his number..it took me days to find a attorney from Michigan who would help me since I live out of state before the covid deal..well..he was gonna help me again..I made some calls to Michigan before I contacted shawn to see how I could take care of my bench warrant out of state..I made so many calls I forgot who was who..so when shawn said he help me again..I started thinking if he said to turn my self in what would happen to my dog..I made my dog a service dog for depression I went through after my wife died..today.some place called me and I thought it was a place to help me out with my dog situation. I started talking about maybe I will have to turn my self in and such..and you think there are lawyers who really do pro Bono like in the movies..then when they said who they were actually are..I said ok..I'm good..cause you know I asked shawn to help me..so..later he calls and said he heard my name in court.im thinking huh?.I explained what I said..and I asked him are you still gonna help me..he said..no..I'm not gonna help you and just hung up on me..wow..I don't even know what I did wrong..maybe I should have asked him that about my service dog..I didn't know!!...all he said to me before he hung up was.and I quote (you got it all set). Like I waisted his time and that was never my intention..he is a nice lawyer.
