I was charged with a DUI and open container. This would have effected my CDL drivers license and my ability to provide for my family. She was able to resolve this issue for me. I had some crazy family accuse me of doing something I diddnt do. When you looked at the evidence and listened to the testimonies it became pretty obvious but liberal st. Joe doesn't care. They tried to push every extreme charge they could anyways and Jessica fought every one of them off. It took a year or so because the courts can't schedule to save their life's but Jessica saved mine. 100% would reccomend. She is the definition of speak softly but carry a big stick. She has your back for sure.

very happy with heath and sarah, i ended up fillout papaerwork and not even maybe a hour later so so he called and got right to work. im very impressed with how he handled everything. when he had info he informed me as soon as he could so i knew what was going on. he fought for me and help out withinvestigaters of my case. because of both heath and sarah i walk free and i cant be any happier. i have no complaints at all only praise. they are also very professional. i would most definitely recommend them if you need help.

This has been my second time having the pleasure of Mr. Schwartz representing me and I absolutely cannot emphasize enough how incredibly professional and knowledgeable this man is. My Life Includes some horrible decisions, like drunk driving, but one choice I’ll never regret was hiring Jonathan Jones to guide me through the Legal System! Facing a 3rd DUI, I was a wreck, scared of everything I was up against, until I met Jonathan. Not only did he provide some calm , I actually really liked the guy!! One doesn’t get into this position without being a full blown alcoholic, he knew it , got me on the road to sobriety right away, and encouraged me to use this situation as a bridge to the rest of my life. My Mother hired Mr. Carron on my behalf and he turned out to be the best lawyer that I ran across in many years, he will give his input on things that may be better handled in a different perspective then yours and consult with you before making any changes that you felt strong about. I've encountered lawyers that have went their way and filed things on my behalf without communication, he is the exact opposite, I would recommend him to anyone..very professional!

After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. We would HIGHLY recommend him if you are in the unfortunate position to need an appeals attorney.

Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!
I Prayed that I would be Free of these bogus charges and have my boys. At the end of the day, Dave kept his word I have my Boys 50/50 and proved my innocence. Charges Dropped! Thank you Dave!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. Kramer explained the process well and and given the clear options at every stage. Patience is the only key we should keep throughout the time. Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case. Trial lasted a week but it only took the jury maybe 15 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY. He was expensive but worth every penny. I owe him my freedom and will always be grateful for what he did for me.

Attorney Grow went above and beyond in every aspect! If I could give him more stars, I would!
He was very attentive and thought of solutions that benefited his client the most even when it required a little extra on his behalf. He was able to walk us through every step and make a fearful situation seem like it was all under control. From beginning to end there was never a time we were left in the dark or every worried with Mr. Grow as an attorney. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to all whom find themselves in a similar situation.
He was also able to get a quick court date that matched with my schedule for being in the state. On top of being professional and bending over backwards to make sure his client felt safe and in good hands. He also was able to get the charges dropped down to a misdemeanor and find a solution to where after a 6 months probation have the charge ex-sponged from my record. After the case in September, and upon recently finding a clerical error with my record he still responded within minutes and was able to get me record cleansed, resolving the issue, the very next day even after months of the case being closed and we had paid for his services.
If you find yourself in any kind of drug related trouble he's the kind of attorney you want in your corner.
I literally cannot say enough good things about him. Without him I am frightened to think how much worse my life could've been.

I had no hesitation in hiring Mike for my second OWI. He kept his word, and worked his magic to push my Sentencing past Michigan's 7 year window between OWI's. Therefore, being able to plea to a first offense, which changed the outcome of my potential consequences. I was looking at 14 days in jail, among several other possible punishments. In June I found myself in a situation that required legal counsel. I was under a lot of pressure to host a “Pinterest” graduation party for my daughter. There were lots of laughs, pictures and well lots of drinking…
At the end of the night I got my youngest to bed and stumbled my way to bed myself. On the way I overheard inappropriate conversation between my husband & my daughter’s friends. I told my husband to get out and the friends to go home.
Next thing I know my husband is right behind me yelling, pointing & forcing me into a corner. I went into fight or flight and needed to get away. My daughter whose graduation party it was came running up behind my husband to get him away from me. Not realizing in my attempts to get away, I pushed my daughter. She was not hurt physically. Emotionally startled and embarrassed I’m sure. I did get away into our bedroom and locked the door. My husband punched the door and entered the room. I continued to retreat to get away from him because I was terrified. I somehow was able to call 911 and they sent officers.
I cannot comprehend what the officer was thinking because I was arrested after calling for help. My husband’s lies convinced her that I assaulted him and my daughter. He even added that I racked a 9mm and “almost” pointed it at him…
I was arrested & in jail for the night. I started to panic & was terrified about potentially losing my job and/or licensing through the state in addition to losing my CPL & 2nd amendment rights.
I was initially charged with felony felonious assault and a few other things that I do not recall.
I started looking & researching who to hire to sort this mess out.
I had talked to a dozen attorneys & all I heard were the same lines- like a salesman working for commission. A few of them sat ok with me. But that was the problem… they were ok. When there is so much on the line mediocre is not what I was willing to accept.
I reached out to a trusted attorney that I had worked with previously on a civil matter from Warner Norcross + Judd. He referred me to Michael Bartish. I began digging into reviews & searching for articles about him. I reached out to SBBL Law. It didn’t take long for Michael to return my call.
After speaking with Michael over the phone I knew he was the guy. He was direct yet empathetic. He listened to what was important to me and the fears I had. He was reassuring without over promising any sort of result. He never said any of the lines I’d heard from the previous attorneys who seemed to not be genuine.
Over the course of about 2 months Michael walked me through the process, explained everything so that I understood. I could feel he was vested in this fight with me from our first court appearance. His presence and confident demeanor brought me peace at some of the most emotional times I had faced in a long time. Michael included me in every aspect of the case and looked to me to make the decisions on plea deals that were offered. He supported my decision to go to trial. He still never promised a winning result but his confidence gave me the confidence to fight this.
I had never watched a jury selection. The jurors likely never were jurors before. Watching Michael educate the jurors while assessing their ability to be impartial for the anticipated trial was nothing short of impressive. He has power in his voice & not the sort that’s disrespectful or arrogant.
At hearings Michael made clear arguments backed by law. He crushed every move the prosecution attempted. He has passion and speaks with a dominance you only see with true experience.
The prosecution dismissed the case. Any headway they attempted was shattered by Michael. It was a huge win for us! Michael and I joked that it was a bit disappointing not going to trial. Watching him in the courtroom knowing his abilities I felt it would be a sure win and it would put the prosecutor in his place even more.

The judical misconduct preformed by Brandon Gardner towards me in court was very embarrasing. I dont know of any attorney that will stand infront of a judge and discredit his client because of their civil rights being violated to the extent Brandon states that he was ashamed of me as his client for filing a civil rights law suit against the state and county due to the very case he wants out of representing. I never met Brandon and didnt hire Brandon I hired Karla Tankut who was with his law firm unfortantly Karla resigned from the firm and Brandon took over my case. I was quoted at $5,000 dollar retainer and she didnt think that would even be all used i was on a payment plan until Brandon took over and stated he couldnt accept payments on a fraud case my case isnt even fraud. Brandon then stated he was withdrawing if i couldnt pay $24,000 to go to trial. Brandon never met me, he never spoke to me about my case. Brandon lied under oath by saying he didnt know i filed a lawsuit when karla stated she spoke with Brandon and showed him the violations of my civil rights with Michigan State Police Internal affairs ruling Msp violated policy for my arrest. Karla told me I needed to file with someone else because their firm doesnt handle unlawful arrest like their website states it does , and they dont handle civil suits , but Brandon told the judge he was appauled and very sorry his client took action against the courts over my rights being violated during my case. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. This firm will take your deposite and find reason to drop you. I paid $1000 dollars used only $230 dollars and Brandon says i now owe hin over two grand? Im unsure but id surely hope Brandon realizes his actions could potentially be considered a violation of his duty and misconduct.

While, I was never the most compliant client. Patrick was always professional, realistic on his advice and strategy and always gave you a level of re-assurance. Faced with a multiple count complaint, I was looking at a possible 20+ year sentence. That, plus my poor health, just about guaranteed I might never see the light of day again. My first impressions of Mr Barone were of confidence, compassion and experience. In short order, Mr Barone had prepared a defensive battle plan for my case. When he presented it to me there was no sugar coating or outrageous promises. He explained his plan and warned me that I would need to be involved.
Mr Barone and his staff ensured I was kept up to date on the court proceedings throughout the case. He also explained any and all questions that I or my family members had about the case. He is a very personable man and easy to talk to.
To my advantage Patrick did not take no for an answer when dealing/ bargaining with the Prosecuting Attorney. He stated to me that he thought I should not be incarcerated, and that is exactly what he fought for and won for me.
I truly believe he negotiated a second life for me and I will be forever grateful for that.

I had called several lawyers prior to engaging Lewis & Dickstein. They were all awful. They only seemed interested in the money, I was just another number and wouldn't fight for me or my family. My husband happened to come across several reviews on Lewis & Dickstein which prompted us to have a call with them. The call led to an in-person meeting. Once I met Mr. Lewis, I felt instantly comforted knowing he had my back and best intentions at heart and would fight for me. Mr. Lewis exceeded expectations. From the first time I spoke with him he told me "I won't let you down, I won't let anything happen to you"...and indeed, he did not. I was charged with drunk driving with high BAC. It was my first offence. I was beyond scared. I was facing possible jail time, lengthy probation and rigorous alcohol testing. Mr. Lewis guided me every step of the way. Advising on what to do and not what to do. He was always available, and responded to every question and worry I had. He was firm but fair with me, no BS.
The Judge assigned to my case was widely known for her strict stance on DUI. This did not phase Mr. Lewis one bit, he often reiterated "he won't let anything happen to me".
Mr. Lewis was able to negotiate a lower charge of operating while intoxicated, which I plead guilty to. This all happened in a short period of time - it felt like forever - but I was assured this was a quick turnaround.
Days before sentencing, I had a violation by missing one of my three daily test times. I was not aware I missed it. As soon as I was aware I went for a urine test, but was outside the allocated 12 hour time frame. This was terrifying. I had been so diligent throughout the process and to miss one right before sentencing was beyond frightening as I knew this would not look good to the Judge. Mr. Lewis and I may have had a few cross words following this incident, it was all in my best interest, and he continued to fight hard for me.
At sentencing, Mr. Lewis not only had my testing violation dismissed, he miraculously got me NO jail time, NO probation, no therapy or AA. All I had to pay were some fines. This outcome went beyond my husband and my expectations. It was truly unbelievable.
My family and I are eternally grateful to Mr. Lewis! Thank you Randy.

The first thing the Randy Lewis said when we met was"Your in good hands and Ill take care of you" Everything he said was true. He had me feeling much more confident about the case and that we will not just take a plea deal which is what my initial Lawer wanted to do. With only one pre-trial conference Randy was able to bring my charges down from a pretty serious criminal case to a civil infection that equated to a fine and a few points on my license.
