It took me a while to write this review because being arrested is a difficult experience and I've had a hard time looking back on it, but I'm writing it now because Richard went above and beyond for me when I really needed someone.
After I was arrested Richard came to court immediately to help me and got me released from the holding cell within 30 minutes on a personal bond, meaning I didn't have to pay any bond. Had he not jumped into action right away I would have been stuck by myself in that holding cell over the weekend.
Richard is an attorney who truly cares about the rights and freedoms of the people he represents and I am so grateful he was there to help me when I needed him.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. O'Keefe. I was looking for lawyers regarding a DUI on-line and he called me within hours of requesting information! He was able to schedule an appointment to meet the same day and cover some information on me. I selected him as the lawyer for my case, and even though it was a short notice he was professional, thorough, and extremely supportive of me the entire time. He worked with me and walked me through every step of the way, including preparing me for any future steps of this ordeal. He knew each miniscule piece of information to put my mind at rest, who the judge was and her personality, and freely answered all of my questions.
Mr. O'Keefe provided me with resources and tasks to complete before my arraignment so I was prepared for court. He pushed for an earlier hearing for me so I wasn't waiting months for my sentencing after my arraignment. He also had recommendations for me on where to do my court ordered community service. While at the court house it seemed like everyone knew Mr. O'Keefe which just showed what his recognition is in the local industry.
I would recommend Mr. O'Keefe to any of my family or friends without any hesitation. He was not only confident in his abilities, but he provided me with the tools and support in the court room to alleviate the stress of my first offense, and also assisted in getting a shorter probation for me. Again, I can't put into words how happy I was with my entire experience using Mr. O'Keefe.

Mr. O'Keefe was an excellent resource and attorney for me throughout my battle with a legal situation that could have been avoided on my part, but Patrick was extremely professional and got to know me by spending time with me on the phone, in person, and he actually dug deep and asked questions about my own life outside of his paid duties. I was referred to Trevor by an out-of-state attorney for his OWI services. I could opine about the level of professionalism, competency, kindness, and communication that Trevor showed me over the last 4 months, but I will instead focus on the outcome. Trevor had my OWI case dismissed outright. An outcome that I could not have even hoped for, and one that will have a huge impact on my life. I am incredibly thankful for the happenstance meeting with Trevor.
While I hope to never need him again, if I am ever in this type of situation there would be no hesitation to who I reach out to.

Mark was very diligent while fighting my case. Facing six felonies and three misdemeanors the outcome was not looking good. After hiring Mark, I was able to get only seven days in jail to be able to keep my job and participate in a drug court program. Melissa was defending my ex in court and she requested I come into her office to give my side of the story. Major mistake because she blatantly lied to the judge saying I never came in when I have documented proof of our correspondence. Said the opposite of what I told both my lawyer and her. Anything to make her client look good when he has had multiple run ins with the law already up to this point. Very disappointed.

And I’m not saying this lightly - If it were not for this man, I would have lost everything, including my freedom and even ability to write this review.

I am going to assume that because he is court appointed attorney that he feels he can forget the oath he has taken . He don't return phone calls,not one. He lies, says he will come to discuss the case, multiple times he never shows up, don't even call to say he won't make it. Talks to my husband like he's on the other sides team he, is very rude, and literally should not be a attorney,he is arrogant and shows no interest in my husband's case at all.

Mr. Jocuns was an amazing attorney for me. I got into a car accident while drinking so I was charged with operating while intoxicated causing injury and he was there at every court hearing did everything he could for me. The prosecutor was trying to give me a year in jail and mr. Jocuns got it down to 6 months in jail and 6 months on tether. Been out of jail for over four months now and I only have a little less than two months left on my tether and he has kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't need anything and that everything was going okay. If you're considering attorney he is excellent attorney you should definitely talk with him.

I have had the pleasure of having the Kronzek firm represent me twice. With that said every legal situation is different, lawyers aren’t magicians. I promise you, at least from my 16 months of working with the firm, specifically Kyle Debrucker, that you will get a highly trained lawyer giving you advice that best represents your interests. Sometimes in family law it might be difficult but ask them question and you will get a well thought out answer of why the advised approach is warranted and the dangers or consequences of other approaches. The choice will always be yours they are firm on the belief but work hard to create an approach that meets your objectives. I have never been continuously defended and cared for the way the kronzek firm did. It was a long battle but sticking the line led to a very favorable result for me and the most important person to me my son. Just remember every situation is different and there are processes in all legal situations, and those processes are frustrating but it is the legal system. I promise you that the kronzek firm will work on your behalf better than most (if not the best in the state). Is the kronzek firm cheap? No but when it comes to custody disputes, CPS, divorce and other family matters you want the best and you pay for what you get. That being said they are very transparent with finances and you are billed for service not a flat rate. Any time I need a family lawyer Chuck and Kyle will always get my call. Thanks for the hard work guys!

I had a poor experience with Erin, particularly regarding adequate preparation for a hearing. She mistakenly believed the hearing date would be moved, and ignored/denied my request to prepare me by giving me a sample line of questioning. The hearing was not delayed and I was immediately put on the stand without having had the opportunity to know what questions she would be asking me beforehand to better prepare a testimony.
I would not leave the review, except when I presented my dissatisfaction at this aspect of the case, Erin's tone to her own client was that of denial (that she could not have possibly done better), deflection (using a different topic entirely as defense instead of addressing mine), hostility (more intense vocal tone and volume), and rudeness (interrupting multiple times until I had to ask her to stop, instead of being respectful enough to hear the complaint and then address it calmly). I expected better and would not recommend Erin as an attorney.

Never on time for court, shows up an hour + late every time. Is never prepared. Charges thousands of dollars and does nothing. Never answers calls or texts until the morning of court. Has excuse after excuse for his lack of action on the case. I’ve done everything for myself and even prepared all my own paperwork and documents because Mr. Barker acts like he’s some big shot lawyer who has such a high dismissal rate and is worth $5000+ for a misdemeanor case then charges the same for a felony case? Makes no sense.
Embarrassing. He obviously doesn’t realize his brain has gone to the state of early dementia or drug/alcohol abuse. Who knows.
I’ve never been so disappointed in a paid lawyer. I’d have been better off with a court appointed attorney at this point, at least I expect them to not do their jobs.
DONT HIRE HIM!

I found myself in a bad situation and was referred to this law office by a friend of mine. John English is the attorney I hired for my case and he was not only on top of the issues but treated me like I was the only case he was working on. Not sure where to begin.
I guess we should start with the first problem. I hired John's services 2 weeks before my first court date.
2 business days before my court date after not hearing from him. I decided to call him. Not knowing how things were going to go in court, I had a lot of questions. I was told by John that I need not to rush the court and don't worry about it we have plenty of time.
As soon as I told him court is on Monday. He immediately put me on hold and figured out that he could not even be there for my first court date.
Fortunately the firm had one of the other attorneys go to court with me and she was great. I wish I would have hired her instead of John.
The part that blew my mind was at my sentencing. The man that repeatedly told me how bad my situation was after reading statements from all parties involved. He sits down and reads the statement with the assistant of the prosecuting attorney. He then tells me that he wish he would have a chance to read that sooner. Well my first sit down meeting with him. We read through all the statements together.
I feel that I would have had the same or better results with my outcome if I would have just went with the court appointed attorney. One last thing.
Someone that has been in this line of work for 30+ years should not be stuttering and using the words um, uh, and other things like that when he is speaking to the Judge. I retained John English of Kronzek & Cronkright, PLLC for my defense on a misdemeanor drug charge. Since I had no criminal history, I was eligible for section 7411 in Michigan. John handled my case and not only got me section 7411, but my probation was limited to 90 days with the stipulation that it would end as soon I passed a drug test. Since John had advised me to avoid all drugs including alcohol, I tested clean and was immediately released from probation. My probation lasted about 15 minutes. Horrible very unprofessional, he didn’t do any ground work in my divorce if it wasn’t for my initiative on my own I would have loss everything including my family home. He didn’t even subpoena my witness. I felt interrogated threaten and I was unable to contact on the phone prior to the divorce was final. I didn’t even receive an itemize bill to this day.
