Carlos worked hard to get my long drawn out case dismissed. He not only was my lawyer but reached out to make sure I was okay during difficult times regarding the case. Carlos saved my husbands life, and our family. Two years ago my husband was arrested, and facing very serious charges. If convicted he was facing 40 years in prison. I knew picking the right attorney would be the most important decision I ever made. Before finding him, we where totally clueless on what to do, and how to handle this extremely stressful situation. The day Carlos told me he would take this case all my anxiety lifted. Although he is extremely intelligent he spoke to me in away he knew I would understand. He believed in us and our story from the start, and did everything he could to calm my nerves and to ensure me he will do the very best, and work as hard as he can to save my husband. After the first meeting he had with my husband, he had him moved out of lockdown he was in for 23 hours a day to regular population, and in a much more comfortable location in the Jail. The months and days leading up to trial he was always there to answer any question I had, any time of day or night. I saw a total change in my husbands confident level. Any problem that popped up, he made me feel like it was our problem, together, not just mine. He did an amazing job at trial, it was a very stressful two week trial, and Carlos and his wife are an amazing team. His wife even helped me ensure one of our star witnesses made it to court on time to testify after he ended up in the hospital. The trial ended with a hung Jury, witch is amazing considering everything we had against us. Carlos was ready to do it all over again. Only he negotiated an amazing deal with the prosecutor, a deal that was to good to pass up. My husband will be out in less than 2 years, and he was facing 40 years. We couldn’t be happier, and Carlos and his wife have become more than just our lawyer, they have become our dear friends. He really went above and beyond anything I ever expected. Give us incorrect information told my husband he could get up to a 1/3 good time if he took the deal but it was only 10% good time which is a big difference And we asked to make sure he could see our girls when he was in and never told us that regardless of whether that’s put in the J and S DOC gets to do whatever they want and so now he has not got to see our girls at all… Should’ve went with a public defender

I’m writing this review to let people know that this law firm is very corrupted in February 2022 they presented falsified documents to have my sexual assault case dismissed. They hired a investigative team by the name of Seattle spy LLC not only presented fake doctored track phone calls as well as a false document stating that I purged myself by falsifying a false police report, keep in mind the documents that were submitted in court was a military document known as sworn statement article 190–45 keep in mind. This article can only be attained by military personnel and this statement that they said that I typed up was dated for 2017 by an X who clearly type this up in hopes of trying to avoid a domestic violence charge which later he was found guilty after reviewing all evidence along with witness statements and text messages that was provided in Facebook evidence, but yet somehow this law firm allowed this horn statement to be entered to have me looking like a liar with the help of Sophia Palmer‘s law firm I was able to obtain a restraining order, but I losing my sexual assault case because I was told that I purged myself and I’m going to submit the documents and I’m also gonna take this one step further and contact the bar to report this firm again, let me reiterate that when Kendall filed the order protection, he stated that there was two sergeants present that allegedly I provided him this documents to provide in his defense to have his charges dismissed, but keep in mind. Nothing in military personnel file states that I ever gave him documents and his sergeants, never confirmed this, but yet this law firm was able to enter this into evidence, as well as providing this to the King County prosecuting office which later dismiss my sexual assault not to mention there was photograph of the assault, the King County transit police, as well as a female officer, stating that my events of what happened matches up to the photograph of the assault

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

In 2019 I had a very tough immigration case and I hired another law firm and it didn’t go well, I spend more than 3k and finally my case got denied due to the lawyer’s irresponsible action. A few months later a friends of mine suggested to contact Amsale’s law firm. She was very kind, positive , thoughtful and a good listener. She listened the entire issue with the previous law firm, and what surprised me was her focus to resolve the problem instead of nailing down.
After a brief discussion and consultation, I hired her to represent me the same case which I got denied previously.
It took her shorter time comparing with the previous lawyer and successfully won my case. Not only that, through the entire process of my case with Amsale I was getting an update based on the information timeframe of each steps from immigration office.

I hired Mark Blair to assist me with my motion to withdraw my plea after I initially filed it myself. He reviewed my motion and stated that he didn't think it was necessary to add any additional information or conduct further research, and the initial invoice was about $700-800.
However, after I informed him that I wanted to drop the case, he changed the invoice link to about $3,500, including charges for research he had not done. This felt extremely deceptive and dishonest, especially since I paid him a total of $5,000 for minimal work, which primarily involved scheduling a hearing and contacting the court and the prosecutor. In the end, I only received about an $70 refund.
I would caution others to be wary of this dishonest and unethical lawyer.

As with any professional relationship, you have expectations for the person you are hiring, and you want to do what you can to make their job easier. I will say that Anthony not only met my expectations on a professional level but he more than exceeded my expectations on a personal level. After a few conversations with Anthony and particularly one difficult conversation while we were waiting for the judge to return with her decision, I not only saw but truly felt the genuine humanity and concern that Anthony has for his clients, in this case me. At that point, even had I lost one or both cases, which I did not, we won both, I knew without a doubt I made the right decision with Anthony. I hope I never need another lawyer that specializes in Protection Orders again but if I do there is no question who I will be calling.
