This is my first review of an attorney. In fact, this is my first time hiring an attorney. I worked with Anthony Grasher. A couple of months ago I found myself needing to get a protection order due to an unstable neighbor. What should have been an open and shut case turned into 2 cases that were more complex than I ever thought they would be. What I went through, I wouldn't wish on anybody. However, if you are reading this review it is likely you are in a similar position. Let me tell you why I am happy that I ended up with Anthony as my attorney.
At first, I was surprised by the price tag, but it was a flat fee. As this case went on, ultimately that was the best decision. As with any professional relationship, you have expectations for the person you are hiring, and you want to do what you can to make their job easier. I will say that Anthony not only met my expectations on a professional level but he more than exceeded my expectations on a personal level. After a few conversations with Anthony and particularly one difficult conversation while we were waiting for the judge to return with her decision, I not only saw but truly felt the genuine humanity and concern that Anthony has for his clients, in this case me. At that point, even had I lost one or both cases, which I did not, we won both, I knew without a doubt I made the right decision with Anthony. I hope I never need another lawyer that specializes in Protection Orders again but if I do there is no question who I will be calling. Anthony is very passionate about what he does but it's obviously not just for his win loss record (if that is actually a thing) but Anthony is a genuinely good human being that genuinely cares about his clients.

Expensive and they were more concerned in banking then helping. They kept on arguing with opposing council after I asked them to stop. They were concerned with making money and were completely oblivious to the techniques the opposing council was using to cause me harm. I could say a lot more but in brief do not recommend.

Absolutely HORRIBLE representation!!!! More worried about billing every 3 days to the tune of thousands of dollars than representing their clients and helping them get a satisfactory result. Spent tens of thousands of dollars to actually be in a worse position. I was promised the world and delivered nothing!!! Do yourself a favor!!! RUN!! Find other representation, they are atrocious!! Dont' use this office and definetaly don't use Garrett Filetti. Zero communication. Zero concern with what the client wants. Grossly inept altogether! You will be left with way less money and zero results..... but you better believe that everyone at Elise Buie Family Law is getting paid!!!!$$$$$!!!!! Crooks!!

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.

It was a pleasure working with and having Brian walker represent me a while back , he made it so easy to talk to and asked the right questions and made note of everything and reassured me of everything.
If you are looking for a reliable, experienced, professional, kind hearted lawyer but gets straight to the point , I would definitely suggest working with Brian , he had an assistant who spoke Spanish and she too was super amazing and sweet.

If it was possible to give Brian Walker more than 5 stars we would do so in a heartbeat. When looking for an attorney back in 2020, I had called more than 5 attorneys and each one saw our case as a money case. They wanted money before even going out and speaking to my significant other which was an important thing to us. When I had found out about Brian I called right away and his assistant patched me through to speak to Brian. Brian talked to me over the phone for over an hour talking about my significant others case and what he could see and understand just by glancing at it. The very next day he spoke to my significant other and got down to business. Brian called me right after letting me know how much the total would be to take on his case, I mentioned to him that I was doing this all on my own. He offered me an amount of retainer and the rest to be paid off in payments. When I had the retainer amount ready Brian was actually on a trip but took my significant others file with him just in case something came up & it surely did. That same week Brian came back and appeared in court as my significant others attorney. Brian has worked hard these last 4.5 years on our case. Despite our trial date being pushed out over and over again Brian had us ready either way. He was always ready to answer our questions no matter how big or small the question was. He’s a very sympathetic person when speaking to him outside a court room, but the moment he’s in the court room representing his client he is quick to dismiss any accusation and stand behind his client no matter their race, charges, or attitude. After 4.5 long years Brian has now given us our freedom from all of this. My significant other was told he was facing many years in prison & Brian got us out of this problem. My significant other is now my husband and father to our two beautiful girls & none of this would’ve happened if we didn’t have Brian fighting in our corner to reduce his bail & give us the opportunity to continue living our lives as normal as we could while the case was being worked on and Now that it’s all over we couldn’t be more grateful!
As much as we are thankful for Brian we are also thankful for his legal team. His assistant have always been so kind, thoughtful, and very cooperative with us. There was never a moment we felt like we were being dismissed by them, we always felt heard when expressing our questions and concerns. They see their clients more as just clients, but as a family. Many times when we would call they would ask about our family and how things were going in the pregnancy and our toddlers life.
With that being said, if you’re looking for someone to fight for you or your family member with such a passion and dedication Brian Walker Law Firm PC is the way to go! Be mindful Brian is a very busy attorney and can be a little hard to get to, but when he gets to you his mindset and priority are you in that moment. Brian Walker will never see your case as a money winning case, but as a person needing help to prove their innocence in a system that can seem hard and unfair at times. Absolutely one of the best decisions I've ever made was choosing Angus Lee for my attorney. I was dealing with a serious criminal offense that I thought could potentially ruin my life. I felt hope immediately upon meeting with Mr. Lee for a consultation. He was cautiously optimistic and realistic at the same time. I was impressed with his confidence and professionalism, and felt that I would not feel as comfortable putting my future in anyone else's hands. His knowledge of, and experience with, first and second amendment rights also gave him an advantage in my case. Angus was always in contact throughout the entire case and I never felt like I had to chase down information. He is known and respected in the local and regional law community and it showed in the courtroom. He was always early, prepared and positive. I was seen first at every hearing and out in minutes. There’s saying I remember from my childhood, “be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let it your request be made known to God”. I found myself in a precarious situation that required law services which also required patience. A friend gave me Mr. Lee’s information and I proceeded to contact him. We discussed my situation and realized the gravity of the issues before me. He clearly explained each issue in laymen’s terms and let me understand that the process will take time. Mr. Lee was through and meticulous. Mr. Lee had the ability to keep me engaged in the process and kept me focused on important matters.
The process took a year to complete, but it culminated in a successful litigation, having my charges dropped. The character, deportment, and professionalism of Mr. Lee was exemplary. I’m truly grateful for his services and give Mr. Lee my highest recommendation.

I have retained the Law Firm twice. I was being sued by the county in civic court over a rare firearm violation. Mr. McAleer was trustworthy, professional, and responsible. The final lawsuit judgment was very satisfactory to me. I was so satisfied that I retained one of the attorneys for my divorce, Robert Andersen, straight away without shopping around for other attorneys. Again, I was highly satisfied. I contacted Erin after being falsely accused of an extremely serious crime. Erin was pro-active and secured video evidence that proved the allegations were made-up. This quick movement on his part made all the difference in my case.
Erin was easy to talk to and took my recollection of events and crafted them into a coherent legal defense. My case did not even make it to pre-trial, largely in part to Erin's skill and diligence. Scott Johnson and his partner Deric Orr have gone above and beyond.
My case started in March 2015. It is now June 2021. Everything is finally over.
Every step of the way, one factor or another slowed my case down.. Although the efforts that these two beautiful men put forth showed their worth time, and time again.
I went from facing 8+ years in prison for a crime that happened before 2008, to being sentenced with 15 days Jail and 15 days Work Crew.
I don't know the full details of all the effort they put in, although the only bad news I was ever given was that something happened to slow the case down.. Whether it be a vengeful prosecutor, or someone else's screw up. Every step was arduous and stressful, I've been a ball of anxiety... But these two never gave up. I paid an initial sum of $6,000-$8,000 (forgot the amount).. And not a single time was a requested or required to pay more.
I believe the effort put into this extremely arduous case far exceeds the price that was paid. Based on anecdotal evidence, Scott Johnson and Deric Orr are the best Defense team in all of Eastern Washington.

Laura Shaver is an excellent defense attorney. She defended our son on a DUI and a totally uncalled for DV charge. A big portion of my job involves driving, so when I recently received a traffic infraction I decided to look into options rather than just “lying down” and allowing it to go onto my driving record. I reached out to Mr. Lawrence and I am extremely glad I did. After reaching out and paying the retainer, he assured me that “he had it handled from here”. Everything went extremely smooth. I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Joshua is a professional lawyer, he took my case and resolve it with confidence. I had DUI and DWI charges plus reckless driving and child endergement. During the few months that my case was processed, Jason went the extra mile to help me to understand exactly what my situation involved. He took the time to relieve my concerns and explain in terms I could understand, exactly what my options were. He provided compassionate advice while accurately describing the options I had and the ramifications my decisions moving forward, could have on the outcome of my case. Ultimately we decided the best course of action was to contest the validity of the allegations. After 2 hearings in front of the judge, it was such a relief that my case was dismissed. I feel that with a different attorney I would definitely have been looking at a much different outcome. I credit Jason's confidence and proactive approach as well as an open line for consistent communication, to the outcome of my case. I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. I met Christopher Swaby when he was assigned to my case by the Office of Assigned Council when I was facing charges of Felony Vehicular Assault. We were up against a particularly aggressive prosecutor with a reputation as a “take-no-prisoners” hard liner and a long list of convictions in similar cases. Mark was awesome! He helped me vacate a misdemeanor so that I can get a second chance and move on with my life. He knew the statute well and how to represent my case. He was very quick and thorough in preparation and because of his bullet proof motion and supporting docs, the judge granted the motion. This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel.
