I was arrested and released for wreckless driving driving home from work after another driver tboned me when they ran a red light. The Officer saw burnout marks and incorrectly assumed they were brake marks from my vehicle. Being quite upset about this incident, I searched for a laywer. First two I tried contacting didn't ever give me a call back but I was quickly reached out to by note and kidd. After meeting with Jacob Smith I decided to retain him as my attorney. Jake very helpful with any questions I had and was very easy to reach out too. Anytime I had to leave a message he was quick to reach back out to me. Jake worked well and was able to get the Charges against me dismissed and the case dropped. Without that looming over my head anymore I can finally move on past that. If I ever find myself in need of legal help again, he will be my first call. Very satisfied retaining Jake.

Unfortunately, I’ve had to retain a lawyer three times but with that being said, I’ve used Brad Barshis from Newton Hall attorneys at law and each time he’s been upfront straight forward allowed me to be upfront front straightforward with him, the comfortability within the entire office staff is great. Those three have all been dismissed and off of my record, anytime you get a lawyer this is the outcome we all want and by using this law office gives you the opportunity to have that done

If it was possible to give Brian Walker more than 5 stars we would do so in a heartbeat. When looking for an attorney back in 2020, I had called more than 5 attorneys and each one saw our case as a money case. They wanted money before even going out and speaking to my significant other which was an important thing to us. When I had found out about Brian I called right away and his assistant patched me through to speak to Brian. Brian talked to me over the phone for over an hour talking about my significant others case and what he could see and understand just by glancing at it. The very next day he spoke to my significant other and got down to business. Brian called me right after letting me know how much the total would be to take on his case, I mentioned to him that I was doing this all on my own. He offered me an amount of retainer and the rest to be paid off in payments. When I had the retainer amount ready Brian was actually on a trip but took my significant others file with him just in case something came up & it surely did. That same week Brian came back and appeared in court as my significant others attorney. Brian has worked hard these last 4.5 years on our case. Despite our trial date being pushed out over and over again Brian had us ready either way. He was always ready to answer our questions no matter how big or small the question was. He’s a very sympathetic person when speaking to him outside a court room, but the moment he’s in the court room representing his client he is quick to dismiss any accusation and stand behind his client no matter their race, charges, or attitude. After 4.5 long years Brian has now given us our freedom from all of this. My significant other was told he was facing many years in prison & Brian got us out of this problem. Words cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel to have found Nathan Cliber to handle my case. Not only was he an absolute pleasure to work with, but he was always upfront and direct about our chances of success and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into if I wished to pursue certain actions. He was considerate of my time (money), keeping me on track and focused when he could have chosen to sit back and let me ramble while he collected $100s. He may be a good lawyer but he’s defending a piece of garbage chase jones. Who totaled 3 cars in 11 months and going to say “he’s not out stealing cars, or running around with a gun”. Stealing a car is better than killing a family going 112 after already totaling 2 cars. CLEARLYYY he doesn’t care and is a white kid believes. “I can do what I want and get a slap on the wrist”

Two weeks before we were set to move across country, I was served with a combination of papers that would not allow my son to move with me. I showed up to our first meeting nervous and a complete wreck, but I left feeling at ease and confident. Everything about our case was unusually rushed, but had you been sitting in the stands- you never would’ve guessed that Clarke had less than a week to prepare for our first court date. He took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, and then he fought hard for exactly that. There wasn’t a single phone call or meeting that left me feeling like I was talking to another monkey in a suit who only cared about the money. I felt like Clarke truly cared about me, my family, and our case. We are now living happily across the country (my son included) and I can’t thank Clarke enough for all of the work he put in to make this happen. I will always recommend him, and I plan on hiring him again if/when needed.

The Team at the Vern McCray Law Firm were a great asset for us. We met with Roxana Manesh for a consult about a restraining order that was trying to keep us off our own property. I met Christopher Swaby when he was assigned to my case by the Office of Assigned Council when I was facing charges of Felony Vehicular Assault. We were up against a particularly aggressive prosecutor with a reputation as a “take-no-prisoners” hard liner and a long list of convictions in similar cases. Mr. Swaby’s persistence in researching and interpreting the evidence and presenting the facts of my case to the court was impressive to me, especially coming from a public defense attorney. Our first offer from the court was to plea down to a Gross Misdemeanor which Mr. Swaby encouraged me to reject. His relentless pursuit of the facts and his handling of my case, particularly his ability to work with this prosecutor, resulted in all charges being dropped and my case being dismissed without prejudice. I hope to never be involved with the criminal justice system again, If I do, I know what attorney I will seek out.

Mark was awesome! He helped me vacate a misdemeanor so that I can get a second chance and move on with my life. He knew the statute well and how to represent my case. He was very quick and thorough in preparation and because of his bullet proof motion and supporting docs, the judge granted the motion. Mark didn't stop there, he followed up with the court clerks and Washington Patrol to follow up on my case so my record is cleared and the vacated case info doesn't show up in background checks. He proactively followed up with relevant authorities and kept me updated via emails and phone calls along the way. All for a low flat fee! I highly recommend Mark for any of your defence needs.

We were led to Mark during a legal infraction connected with a mental health crisis for our daughter. We were not from the area and had no experience with the legal system. Several years ago, Mark was my public defender for a DUI case and was miraculously able to make a deal with the prosecutor outside of court to reduce the sentence to Reckless Driving with minimal consequences. Years later I needed an attorney and did not hesitate to reach out to Mark, now practicing from his private firm. Mark was able to get the case closed completely with no consequences. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Seattle court system and well connected with government attorneys and judges. I had come to Tim with the need to file a DVPO against my wife around february for me and our 4 kids. We had a hard time serving her and after a month she was finally served and i got my kids back. Tim always exhibited proffesionalism and experience about the case. Even when the court would schedule multiple of his cases on the same day he gave everyone the attention and dedication they deserved. We won our case easily and i could not be happier. In the last 5 years Ken was helping me with my deferred DUI prosecution case. And today the case got dismissed and I completed the program, even after some hickup at the end of the term that almost got me sentenced, because of other attorney's misunderstanding and giving the wrong information to the judge. I'm so grateful for everything Ken did to go above and beyond for today's court hearing outcome. It's better than what I expected from today but everything I prayed for. Thanks Ken!

Not only did Ken win my felony assault case, but he was able to get me back all my expenses spent over the charge! That was 10 years ago but I've always been able to call him at anytime since for legal advice on his cell! More expensive attorneys make me schedule a call back, even when they're representing me and are paid to give me advice! He's definitely the guy to call if you need someone to fight for you and not just take your money and tell you what you want to hear and send a paralegal to do the work you pay them for, which is what most attorneys do and Ken does himself.

Ken harmell was quick to help me find a solution to my nightmare where other lawyers failed im currently out on bail 25000 and accidentally missed court due to mixed up time i went to court thinking it was at 1:30 pm to find out it was 8:30 am but never mind that If your looking a for an attorney he's the one i would pick everytime. So call him its worth it because the court system is no joke. Thanks Ken!

I recently went through some felony stuff after three years of thinking it had just disappeared. Biggest devastation of my life. I had gotten my life together after that and honestly thought I was going to prison after everything I had accomplished after my horrible mistakes. Kimberly was very supportive and honest with me. Even though I didn't get the outcome I was expecting (or her for that matter.. lets just say the judge didn't like me at all and has a bad reputation) I still didn't end up in PRISON or actual jail for that matter. Work release for 90 days (60 with good time) so I am able to maintain my job and my life. She always responds to me emails right away and, like I mentioned, is VERY supportive. My experience was great and she stopped me on numerous occasions from having a nervous breakdown. I really love her and if you're looking for a lawyer you can trust look no further.

if you get salena campbell assigned as your public defender ask to be reassigned immediately. she is a crass and arrogant woman and doesn’t really know what she is doing. also took her months to reply to my initial emails and calls, then failed to let me know that she had scheduled a hearing for me when she finally did contact me.

Terrible customer service. Contacted the office many times and no help at all. I understand you guys don’t care but please it is still you guys job to do right by people . Contacted the receptionist multiple times her name is Martha and was never contacted back. Was very patient to wait and see if anyone was going to get back but never did. I know it’s not you guys fault that life happens and people go through things but please don’t look or treat people any differently!!! That’s just not right ! All you had to do was contact us back but never did just until it is time to go before the judge then they have that time but there is not much time to discuss anything. I have questions right now so that I am prepared before the judge. It’s just ridiculous! I wish someone to just get back to me !!!!
