Richard Coad handled a matter for me that was unique, complex, and 20 years old. Something that had been nagging at me for two decades. Over the course of that time I had consulted with other attorneys and none of them had a clue on how to handle it, or had even heard of a situation like mine. When I reached out to Mr. Coad for guidance on my case he was in a remote area vacationing with his family but still took the time to respond. He seemed highly intrigued by my case and showed a genuine interest in getting me the result I wanted. Not only did he succeed in an honestly impressive manner, but he was always easy to reach and kept me well informed every step of the way. Attorney Stephen Sawyer was my attorney for a case that had been in the courts for 5 years. As this case was scheduled for trial there was a large ammount of work that had to be done because of the severity of the charges and the fact that the incident was so long ago by the time we reached the trial date. Mr. Sawyer went above and beyond through this entire process. He kept me in the loop and traveled many hours to talk to me in person and to get any evidence that was needed for my defense. My case was dismissed just days before my trial and I know this would not have happened without his diligence. I highly recommend Stephen Sawyer to anyone needing defense. You won't regret it.

Niccole is an amazing attorney and I would highly recommend her. My case drug out for 3 years with lots of things that don't normally happen in a criminal case. Nicole stuck with me and was able to show the jury that I was not not guilty on all counts. I cant say enough good things about Nicole. Mr Buting has been worked diligently on all of our cases all the way thru the process with superb results in all cases. He pays particular attention to details and stays one step ahead of prosecutors by knowing what cards to show and when to say NO. Mr Buting was superior to lawyers we had used in past cases. Mr Buting covered areas on our cases which in the past other lawyers had little experiance how to research and lay out defenses . My boyfriend and I worked with Kayla Taggart. I can not say enough. She was awesome from start to finish, and I would definitely use her as a an attorney if I need to again. Long story short, my boyfriend was facing a residency restriction, based on an event that happened ten years ago. I was calling around to different places in Appleton and Green Bay with the no luck. I then called her law office. The secretary that answered told me that she might have someone to help us. I talked with Kayla and she said that she would be interested. We met with her several times. She read through the material that we gave her and she also did some digging to get us the background that we needed to be successful. She also coached my boyfriend through the process. This made both him and I more comfortable. She was positive, but didn't sell us a dream. She covered multiple scenarios and how we would tackle each one. As someone who has been involved with attorneys in the past, this is by far the best one I have ever had. If you are ever in a pickle, give Kayla a call. Shortly after meeting with my previous attorney, I knew that I needed new representation. I Absolute LOVE Block Legal Services. Mariah is very professional and sweet. My Attorney Nick DiUlio is wonderful. He was hired to handled two major issues for me, and I will continue to be a client of this Law firm.
The fees I was charged were fair, and the services I received were outstanding. I needed some repairs done on my home and needed to take out a loan. I was told that it wasn't going to happen until I went to probate court. Esq Nick DiUlio advised me that I did not need probate court, alI I needed was a simple form it took 24 hours and it was done.
When the company I presented the form to rejected it. Nick jumped right in and advise the company he disagreed with their assessment and educated them on the law. It was beautiful to watch. He did not play any games with this company.

There was a time, I was a credit disaster, I knew absolutely nothing about how credit works. I’d pay bills late thinking paying late was better than not paying at all. To be honest, I didn’t even know negatives lasted on your reports for 7 years. Why did I pay late? Because at the time, I’d think I needed to buy something shiney and then pay bills. I hired Mr. Kenyon in both a civil and criminal defense case regarding Marijuana and DUI. I've found that Charles did not keep proper notes regarding my case, as I've had to constantly remind him of what took place on the day of my arrest. During a suppression hearing regarding evidence, he admitted evidence we were trying to suppress. He was regularly late for court, and was not at his office at times we scheduled meetings. In the end, I had to fire Mr. Kenyon and appoint a public defender. Definitely not worth the $6k flat fee retainer.

I was arrested at 5 a.m on a Saturday morning and I asked a family member to find an attorney for me. She contacted Mr. Kenyon. He was extremely responsive and met with me over the weekend to set my expectations, gather facts, and begin formulating a strategy.
He met with me again early Monday morning, briefed me on the steps he had taken, and once again did a fine job of ensuring I knew what would be happening over the next few days.
As it turns out, my charges were dropped a few hours later, but it was clear that Mr. Kenyon was an excellent choice and had a firm grasp of dealing with the legal process, and developing a strategy for my defense. I would highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough good things about Sean and his staff. I had a very messy divorce. I worked with another lawyer for seven months and he did very little for me except continually remind me that Wisconsin was a 50/50 state and that even though I brought significant assets into the marriage while my ex had, none, I earned about three times more during the marriage, and we were only married for a short time, I was going to have split everything 50/50 with him. He pressured me to agree to a very bad mediation deal.
Luckily, before having the judge finalize the mediation agreement, I came across Sean‘s reviews on Google. I wasn’t just looking at how many stars he was given but I read what people wrote about him. People repeatedly commented on his commitment, his dedication, and going the extra mile. I made an appointment for a consultation with Sean. Within the first five minutes of our meeting, he said, “Let me show you what the law actually says, I have had to educate other counsel and judges about this.” He printed off the actual law where it states that Wisconsin is a 50/50 state after consideration is made for the following items, which included length of marriage, what each brought into the marriage, and the length of the marriage.
After talking a little more, he asked why I didn’t have a restraining order and I told him that my previous lawyer told me it was 50/50 whether I would get it and that it would be inflammatory and work against me even though I felt very unsafe and threatened. Sean appeared very upset after hearing this, and disagreed, but continued to be professional and not bad mouth the other lawyer.
Sean was very brave about taking on my case this late in the game with a fast approaching court date and so much information to take in. Also, my ex hired a lawyer who I had heard said is the best divorce lawyer in La Crosse. I wholeheartedly disagree, because Sean definitely is the best.
I am still in awe of the commitment Sean made to helping me get a fair trial and a great outcome. I would see emails from him sent on weekends and in the middle of the nightat times. It was so reassuring to know he was on my side and so determined. He blocked out several days of his calendar so that he could familiarize himself with my huge stack of documents. As soon as I retained Sean as my attorney, I finally felt like I could relax and let him take care of it. I knew that no matter what happened with the results of the trial, I would be satisfied, because I had the best representation I could possibly have.
My hearing went on for two days. Sean was relentless in his effort to get me a fair trial and justice. In the end, the judge decided to divide the assets 80/20 in my favor. I did not get everything I wanted, but that never happens in court. It was about $70,000 that Sean saved me based on what my previous attorney was forecasting with a trial outcome.
In some ways, more importantly, Sean gave me the opportunity to tell my story and have it validated by the judge. He was so committed to making it clear that I tried so hard during the marriage and that my ex was dishonest and completely took advantage of me. It seemed that Sean felt a moral obligation to not let my ex take more from me and to have his greediness and dishonesty exposed.
I will also say that his staff was very friendly and hard-working. Sean went out of his way to try to save me money when he could by having me do some of the legwork if I wanted. He kept me consistently updated on status and promptly responded to all of my messages. Hopefully I will never need counsel again, but if I did, I would definitely retain Sean again.
