Wagner, Falconer and Judd, Ltd. helped me very much in my recent case of an unjust terminatinatiin with a company I had been with for almost 2 years. During that same period of time, I saw 7 different score managers come and go with only one if them having effective management skills because he had 21 years experience with the company and was a very effective manager. The large corporation I was a part of had been experiencing tgevresult if the high management turnover and had recently let 400 people go on division and corporate positions. When I was let go, I contacted Wagner, Falconer, and Judd through my Prepaid Legal Program and was put in touch with Lisa, an attorney who provided excellent guidance for what I needed to do to to deal with a trumped up charge of violating company driving rules that actually were false and attempted to decline my unemployment benefit for my post work done on the case where I had received the great work from Lisa ( and also Job Service in Sheboygan. Many thanks to Lisa and the guidance provided by Job Service on what I had to do to receive the compensation I was due. In a difficult time, when I needed to talk to someone, Wanta Thome listened to my story. From the start with the initial intake, and then lawyer Nick Kaylor- they were all patient listeners. I felt valued. Nick explained me possible outcomes in my case. He went through the complicated process and guided me in every steps thoroughly. My girlfriend needed an employment attorney and the reviews seemed overall very good. At my gf's request, I contacted this company and told them to contact her at her number. Imagine my surprise when they contacted me again instead of the number that I gave them. After that, they finally get ahold of her and set up a time for a "consultation" (their words). We get the call on the agreed upon day and it's not a consultation. We, instead, speak with a paralegal, Bernice, who sets up a time to speak with the attorney, who we are told is Nick in about a week. We wait for the agreed upon date, which we were given not a specific time, but instead a window that the call would come in from Nick. Well, we waited and around the end of the window of time, my gf called and was told that Nick would be contacting her soon. He didn't. So my gf called again, now almost an hour after the window of time ended. We spoke with Miguel, who was professional albiet short and not very helpful. He indicated that Nick had some other pressing and thusly could not take our consultation at this time as agreed. My gf inquired as to why we were not given a call to inform us this change. Miguel had no explanation whatsoever. My gf asked when would we be able to speak with Nick and again Miguel was completely inept. We asked to speak to a managing partner and Miguel refused to pass that request along. So, to review, we have waited weeks for a consultation and got blown off with no explanation whatsoever. We can't get confirmation on when we can speak to an attorney or a managing partner. This is easily the most unprofessional and inept law firm I've ever encountered. I get that things happen but communication, professionalism and a willingness to make things right is key.

I hired Howard after a one on one consult to represent me in a age discrimination/unlawful firing complaint against an employer. Howard was always happy to answer any questions/concerns I had at any given time and always returned my emails or calls in an expedient manner. I was extremely happy with the outcome and highly recommend that you hire Howard Bolter as your attorney. (Plus he looks very dashing in his bow ties!!!).

I was privileged to be able to work with Howard Bolter who handled an employment case for me recently. I found Mr. Bolter to be a very capable and knowledgeable attorney who pursued my case as though it were his only case. Not only did I find Mr. Bolter to be an excellent attorney, but he was also thorough, professional, concerned, and caring. He always maintained regular contact regarding my case, he was quick to proceed with the next steps while keeping me advised during every step of the negotiation process, and he worked tirelessly to serve his client in the best manner I could have expected. On a personal note, I also found Mr. Bolter to be a true gentleman in all of his endeavors. Mr. Bolter was incredibly helpful to me when seeking his counsel. He contacted me via phone first to get an overview of the situation. After doing so, I hired him to look further into my case. I applied for the Human Resources Assistant position with Stinson, LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in August 2024. I was called the next day after applying via their online job application on their website. My initial telephone interview was with Chelsea L. Clennan, Director of Human Resources for Stinson, LLP, who's located in their Wichita, Kansas office. Chelsea was immediately complimenting me, telling me that any employer would be lucky to have me, that my skillsets are perfect for the role, that they would move quick for me in the recruitment process, they would make same-day job offers if needed-- immediately raising red flags for me that she was not a genuine person. She immediately moved me on to the second and final stage of the hiring process: the final interview with the hiring manager, the HR manager of the Minneapolis office-- both of whom reported to Chelsea. My suspicions of Chelsea would prove correct when, all the sudden, after letting her know after my final interview on Friday afternoon that I did have another offer, which I'd received the day prior, Chelsea responded to my email quickly, letting me know her and her hiring team would meet on Monday. In her email to me, which I've attached, she even told me her team considered me a top candidate. Monday came and went-- nothing, crickets. Tuesday, I received the attached screen shot email, letting me know they'd meet later that day. I replied, thanked her for keeping me in the loop, even further expressing my gratitude for keeping in touch with me and making me feel respected and valued. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- absolute radio silence from Chelsea L. Clennan. I sent a polite follow up email Friday afternoon-- again, I had been ghosted. Not a single reply or word from Chelsea or her team ever since -- despite her shtick of "you're a top candidate" and "we move quickly." I shudder to think how Stinson, LLP employees -- whether in Minneapolis or Kansas -- are treated if Chelsea treated a job applicant -- me -- with what I felt like was pure garbage and disrespect. Personally, I do not recommend Stinson as a place to work based on my experience as a job candidate and how I feel I was treated. When people like the human resources director show you their true colors-- believe them.

I walked in alone to a hearing riddled with anxiety and uncertainty, with no legal representation. Not knowing what was going to be my outcome, especially over a situation that should not have even been brought to a level where court would have been involved, I requested a court appointed attorney. I have never lucked out so much in my entire life than I did that day. Stinson Law firm just so happened to be providing pro bono work that morning and took my case. The two attorneys I worked with not only helped me feel validated in my disbelief that I was even there, but also were the most knowledgeable powerhouse of representation I could have ever asked for. If I were to sum it all up in 3 reasons why I would recommend them to anyone, it would be: Top notch negotiation skills, an unmatched knowledge of the law surrounding my scenario, and for being the most personable, down to earth people, to have the pleasure of working with.

Mr. Meshbesher was by my side, right from the get go. Dan himself, handled my case! I wasn't expecting top of the line service, but that is exactly what I received. Would be 1 star but I’ve atleast been contacted after reaching out trying to figure out what is going on with my case which is absolutely nothing. Process started back in June. I reached out to see if it was possible to reopen my case from 4 years prior because I still have major lasting effects from my shoulder surgery. (Had a different attorney) Spoke with Daniel and he stated we could probably settle out the medical as I have out of pocket costs at minimum of biweekly chiropractic care just so I can function. After this I went through the process of getting my entire file from my previous attorney and hand delivered it to his office. After 2 months of not hearing anything I decided to reach out. First by email. No response. A couple weeks later by phone and I left a voicemail. Again never heard back. A week or so later I called again. This time leaving a message with a lady who answered. After this I got a call from Daniel about a week later. During this phone call he again stated that he thinks we could settle out the medical. He stated he was going to talk with his partner and figure out a game plan on how to proceed and that he would be in contact with me again in a week. I never heard back. Fast forward a month and a half I decided to reach out again. First by email. Again, no response. I let another week or so pass and decided to call. This time I was transferred directly to Daniel. During this call everything changed. Now it was he didn’t think they could settle the medical and he stated he’d give a call back within the week. This never happened. Now 2-3 weeks later here I am posting this review. This was never with intentions of a money grab. 100% I have major issues since having my shoulder surgery. I make more money however I have a $5000 deductible so I choose not to go to the doctor because I really can’t afford that. So instead I go to the chiropractor just so I can get by. Costs me only around $150 every month. I write this review not in spite nor in anger, but more so in annoyance because I feel as if Daniel made it seem like something could be done and just constantly left me wondering what was happening. So really just wasted a ton of my time just to be given false hope. Daniel should have from the beginning just told me that there was nothing that could be done. Had he done that I would have just let it be.

Around mid July of 2023, I had met with Gene Adkins from Hitchcock Law PLLC to formally sign the appropriate papers to be filed with the courts to establish my deceased grandmothers estate. Up until this point, all interactions with Gene and Hitchcock Law were timely and professional with no cause for concern. Approximately one week later 6/26/2023 Hitchcock Law deposited the $2,000 retainer check as requested and discussed during our initial in person meeting. Since sending payment to Hitchcock Law, the estate papers were filed with the court but quickly rejected due to an oversight from Gene which took place on 7/12/2023. It was not until 8/12/2023 that I had reached out for an update to be informed that there was an issue and new papers needed to be submitted; no communication on behalf of Gene or Hitchcock Law. Since then, I was told new e-sign documents would be sent over to make the requested corrections, and two months have since passed and there has been absolutely no progress. ZERO communication has been initiated by Hitchcock Law in regards to these concerns. $2,000 dollars and almost 6 moths later I am still at ground zero; a complete waste of time.

Alicia is excellent. Her communication is concise, while offering empathy and patience hearing out any questions or concerns as they may arise. She is very good at what she does on a technical level, and perhaps more importantly she is incredible flexible if and when something unexpected comes up. She is exactly who you want on your side. I met with dozens of firms when I was considering taking legal action, and from the very beginning she stood out from everyone else. Looking back, I'm absolutely sure I made the right choice.

While representing me an unfair Labor practice against the Union and companies of the Union she failed to do simple legal research of unfair labor practices. After I discovered a multitude of unfair Labor practice laws that prohibited the companies and the Union of the treatment that they have done to me she refused to amend my complaint. As I constantly try to speak with her about the issue she became closed off and very combative. Unfair Labor practice laws the only took me less than 5 minutes to discover was laws that she never discovered on her own which leads me to believe she did absolutely zero research on my case. Not only that but it's unfair Labor practice laws that in my case cannot be debated by the defendant side. Unfair Labor practice laws like the violation of the Beck Act, Weingardener Act, Total Security under NLRB, and many more. Which we would have been able to prove without a reasonable doubt I did not receive as a union member and my case would be one. It also would prove the violation of the duty of representation of the Union itself in the union participation in the discriminatory practices that constitutes as unfair Labor practice it automatically entitles me to full back pay, front pay and punitive damages. Instead this lawyer refused to amend the original complaint which spoke nothing on the violation of unfair labor practices which was the exact reason that we were in court. Then this lawyer turned around and motion to be removed from my case because she was absolutely combative with a man in the complaint and adding the right case laws that was undeniable in the matter. And then she demands thousands of dollars in retribution after she failed to represent me correctly and properly research angles to win my case. This lawyer is a scam artist that makes poor financially disabled people sign a bogus contract agreement to secure her representation that's access for a high interest on the case when won. Knowing that the people calling is in desperate need she acts as a wolf and sheep clothing only communicating to rob the disenfranchised. Do you like knowledge of cases that she agree to join, well at least in my case. Then she does not put in the effort to properly defend the vulnerable worker that suffered the Injustice from their employer. I would not recommend this lawyer to my worst enemy. The laws that I've mentioned within this review I had to find on my own and once I tried to present the laws and help her out because she told me if I want my complaint amended I will have to find a different attorney. If you are someone with a strong case and financially disabled I would warn you not to take this road because in my experience it would not lead to the success in the case that would be deemed appropriate. It was absolutely a terrible experience and journey. So this attorney gets zero Stars and anyone that is bold enough to challenge my review here and seek to find out for themselves all I can do is pray for you and your family. My sincere's testimony from only my personal standpoint from my personal experience with this attorney. She will expect for you to pay her thousands of dollars even when she asked the courts to remove her from your case because she refuses to make corrections which is necessary for the greater good to your claims. Again I say this only for my personal experience, you have been warned.

Around mid July of 2023, I had met with Gene Adkins from Hitchcock Law PLLC to formally sign the appropriate papers to be filed with the courts to establish my deceased grandmothers estate. Up until this point, all interactions with Gene and Hitchcock Law were timely and professional with no cause for concern. Approximately one week later 6/26/2023 Hitchcock Law deposited the $2,000 retainer check as requested and discussed during our initial in person meeting. Since sending payment to Hitchcock Law, the estate papers were filed with the court but quickly rejected due to an oversight from Gene which took place on 7/12/2023. It was not until 8/12/2023 that I had reached out for an update to be informed that there was an issue and new papers needed to be submitted; no communication on behalf of Gene or Hitchcock Law. Since then, I was told new e-sign documents would be sent over to make the requested corrections, and two months have since passed and there has been absolutely no progress. ZERO communication has been initiated by Hitchcock Law in regards to these concerns. $2,000 dollars and almost 6 moths later I am still at ground zero; a complete waste of time.

I initiated a first contact with this lawyer through AVVO mail. That was mid September 2023. To date, no answer at all. If you have no interest, at least take 5 minutes to send a standard “i cant help you”. My time is valuable too.

Rachhana was my initial and only contact during a very long legal process. She flew to another state where I was living just for a few hours in order to meet me and gather facts. She could have managed the initial interview over the phone but went the extra mile (well hundreds of miles) to make it more personal. She had to make several long trips/flights in order to gather information and complete this case. This is an attorney who is passionate about the causes/cases she fights for. Although, she was very busy she would return my calls (within reason-a day or two but I never once wondered if I or the case had been forgotten or if she would call me back), she answered all my questions and explained every development step by step. Rachhana was professional and honest. Her knowledge about multiple state and federal laws, the legal system and case process was amazing. While I am sure she had other cases to work on it never seemed as though she stopped working on my case. I truly cannot say enough about her as an attorney (exceeds all intelligence standards) or as a person (just an overall wonderful person). I have had other legal questions and while I wouldn't expect her to take time out of her busy schedule to answer just any random question, she did. I would recommend Rachhana Srey as the number one attorney to call in her area of expertise.

Based on my personal experience with Rachhana Srey at Nichols Kaster, I would unequivocally & without reservation recommend enlisting her and her firm in legal representation for all matters regarding employee rights as afforded under FLSA. Prior to contacting any law firm, I had done my own extensive research in FLSA to fully understand the extent in which my former employer had violated the law with regard to exempt & nonexempt classification. Once I was certain I had done my homework, had a thorough understanding of the law, & gathered up the requisite documentation to support a claim, I began to search for representation. I made numerous phone calls & had several meetings with law firms claiming to have extensive knowledge & experience in the area of employee rights, only to discover these so-called experts really didn’t understand nor interpret the law the way it was written. That is, however, until I spoke with Rachhana. They took our money and saved us none in our efforts to get help managing our debt. They failed to complete agreements with creditors, failed to make payments… you can negotiate more effectively on your own without legal representation! I highly recommend you do NOT work with Northstar. Considering how much we payed them, we were more in debt because we payed them and did not make payments on our debt. Northstar is a SCAM. What a regret that we ever signed anything with them. Save yourself the grief and find any other way to handle your financial problems.

I was referred to this group for a special needs trust. They basically charged me over $450.00, didn't listen, made assumptions, and finally said they were "too expensive" but have to bill me for the first hour. Needless to say, I ended the engagement. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone unless you're interested in wasting money on expensive, inexperienced lawyers that don't take their time to review your request but still charge their high rate.

He is a nightmare and only wants to make sure his interests are obtained which is your money. It is a crime that this person who knows the ropes of the legal system quite well employs them for his own benefit. The irony of it is that he promotes himself to be a defender of victims yet he is the worst of it. This individual missed our deadline rendering our $$$K investment null and void with no recourse. Not only that, he was abusive and refused to listen to anything we had to say. I repeat run from this individual and do not ever pay him by the hour. Anyone else is better as despite his obvious long term affiliation with the courts he is a really big travesty as well as being unprepared for trial. You will do all the work and he will bill you for every second. Plus he also knows how to "soak" a client and a situation so that he maximizes his profits. UGH.

I felt that after he was paid that he was no longer interested in my case. I as client should not have to call my attorney several times to ask status on my case. Do to his negligence my case could not go forward do to loss time to respond. I lost my case. Which was $7,000 gone fast. I suggest find attorney that is reliable in followIng up with their client.
