I'm part of the boyscout settlement trust and these guys are doing nothing to get us our money let me explain I hired these guys about 5years ago thinking there a big lawfirm this will be great but here is the truth we won 2.4 billion dollars a while back it was put into a trust which is being overseen by a retired bankruptcy judge her name is Barbra houser since winning the money they offered us 3500$ to buy us out if you didn't want to wait to have your claim reviewed by miss houser and her team we have zoom meetings every few months this is decided by miss houser we used to be able to ask questions live but this soon disappeared from the meeting format this review is hard for me to write because I suffered a stroke on April 4 20 24 I'm currently living in my van in Ohio it's now dec11th there are claiments with cancer diagnosis there not paid either so you tell me has this Barbra woman the judge set up one of the biggest scams in history or is it just me? I call slater shullman to have one of the reception people hang up on me they have had to hire another answering service to handle the angry phone calls after the last meeting that we had around Thanksgiving I even spoke with Jessica smith one of the partners she could not tell me where the trust goes if we are dead and gone before anything gets paid out well I found out all the moneys goes back to the boyscouts of America yet most of the money in the trust came from insurance companies affiliated with the boyscouts someone or multiple people are gonna get rich over this but this whole trust is a scam and Adam Slater brags about winning us all this money but it's all a lie but the law firm will get there 30 percent weather we are all dead or not I have put a phone call into Adam Slater let's see if he calls me back or not to be fair I will edit my review if this happens

highly recommended. I have been included in a number of class action lawsuits with Leeds. First thing- they have an lovely secretary who picks up the phone right away. In an age of tapping on numbers to get to different deptartments, this just makes life easier. Intimidating was the word that came to mind before conversing with Michael. Once I could discuss it with Michael, all of my fear disappeared. He is smart and explained to me most simply yet without being condescending. He went through each potential move and possible outcome depending on which activity I chose with his guidance. He broke down what my case could be worth through a process where he asked me some questions and then answered them on the spot. Michael emailed me often, more than an attorney at his level would typically do. He also listened. He was neither dismissive nor rude throughout my experience with him or his firm. I am happy I chose their firm and moved out of the way for them to handle something that seemed impossible, yet here we are. If clients want to be given the runaround and pushed to the back, you should not reach out to this firm. Once Michael worked his magic, it no longer mattered if we went to court and won, went to court and lost, or settled because the weight lifted off my body from my experience was priceless. However, if you want an honest and educated opinion from expert trial attorneys, well, in that case, you should contact Michael and his team. Finally, no amount of money could ever replace what Michael and his firm did for me emotionally. My case is in the process of settling, and I know that Michael and his team will be compensated for doing precisely what they said they would, but I will always be in their debt.

My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.

On a recommendation, I reached out to Tiffany at Young & Ma regarding what would become a discrimination lawsuit against my former employer. What really stood out to me at the beginning was getting a near-immediate response after I contacted her, followed by a phone call. Since things were very raw at the time, this was incredibly appreciated and made me feel heard from the start. In addition to being very empathetic, Tiffany told me the truth. Samantha called me and asked for the details of the case. I was speaking to her a mile a minute because having to regurgitate all of this up again was a bit scary. Samantha stated that if it were okay, I could write my experiences down, and she would contact me the following Monday or Tuesday. Therefore, I gave her a prewritten document about 4-5 pages long. I thought there was no way she would chop this up over the weekend and be ready to proceed with the following steps by Monday or Tuesday. I readied myself again to speak a tad more slowly and calmly.
