Highly recommended. I got there name from a google search when I suddenly needed a lawyer. They had great reviews and responded immediately when I needed time-sensitive counsel with a family matter. Thomas McKinley is an excellent lawyer, very clear in his communications, reassuring and compassionate. Lawyers are always expensive but I found their rates reasonable. He was able to communicate directly with the DA and save me a lot of footwork and time, and was able to get the matter resolved without me having to deal with the court directly and provided great reassurance throughout. Well worth the money and I will call him first if I ever have any other needs

I believe Mr. Boles is a kind person. He took time out his schedule to give me advice, even though he isn't representing me. Mr. Boles has a warm comforting voice and if he didn't inform that the lawyer I already have is good, I would have switched to him. We need more lawyers like him that cares for the person and not just to be treated like a number or case. Thank you Mr. Boles!

When I started looking for legal help with my workmen’s comp case, I was frantic, frustrated and overwhelmed. I was in pain and no one seemed interested in helping me. Then I found Greg and his amazing assistants Dina and Andrea. I suddenly had a whole crew in my corner ready and willing to fight for me. Greg answered every question and offered endless reassurance, especially when I would call him in a panic about something haha. He was always available and never made me feel like a bother. Chris and Jean are awesome to work with. My parents-in-law, who are in their 80s, were injured by a car (sun blinded) while walking on a pedestrian crossing. They were quite stressed about how to proceed with the case. Fortunately we found Chris. Chris clearly laid out each step of the case and what are the possible outcomes and then guided us through the whole process with tremendous amount of patience and compassion. Chris and Jean always kept us up-to-date with the progress, helped with acquiring the necessary documents from the hospital, doctors, insurance, etc. and even took the time to visit my in-laws to deliver files. Their professionalism eased the anxiety of the whole family. The case was quickly settled and my in-laws are very happy with the settlement, which exceeded their expectation. Christine, and her law firm, are great. I reached out to her from a state of confusion, stress, and frustration. I explained my employment law situation and was quickly put at relative ease. Watching Christine practice law is like watching a fish practice swimming.
Christine is pleasant, personable, and awesome to deal with. She is attentive, analytical, and shrewd. I would not want to be the opposing counsel.
I tried calling two billboard firms, but no dice. I needed to talk with somebody who could pick up on the nuances of my case. Christine was that person.
I left a run-on voicemail at 4pm on a Friday, and received a call back within an hour.
We exchanged about 500 emails, and if I had to guess, I sent them at a ratio of 3:1, at all hours of day/night, often ranting and going off on tangents, but still communicating valuable information. Christine always got back to me.
I would recommend Christine to anyone.

My discussion with Ari Karpf was nothing but eye opening and extremely informative on the situation I was subject to by my employer. He is a very quick learner and after hearing the quick details of my situation gave me the confidence that he would go to bat for me and ensure that my employer would have no choice but to be fair to me. I am averse to conflict, and as Ari understood this he helped me through the options I could use for communication with my employer that met my needs. He seemed to be a very honest and realistic counsel that I would go to for any of my legal needs in the future. Mr Hennessy was simply excellent. He provided outstanding legal advice. I spoke to him about my issue with a nanny agency sending me a false bill, and in less than an hour he found a provision and legal precedent that showed their perpetual term to be invalid. He drafted a letter (on a Friday night) and responded to several emails and his rates are very reasonable. (They should be higher!)

Jason, is definitely the lawyer you would want when dealing with legal matters or if ur not sure if u even have a case!. I as well as others who didn’t know we had a case came to him “Jason” & he listened to my / our situation and then told us we are going to challenge the situation!. He had more faith in the case than I did. Long story short he didn’t give up, we got a great settlement & even while going through the case and after the case he checked and checks up on me!. I worked with Goldsmith & Ogrodowski, LLC. for a few years. Even after a few years, I had to go check and make sure I had the name of their Law Firm correct. I know them by their first names, Fred, Rich and Heather. My 5 year nightmare started while working on a towboat as a deckhand, I was severely injured. After surgery and about 6 months, I tried going back to work. I didn't like where things were headed. I just wasn't able to do the same work as before. I still had so many issues. At the time, I had never had to call an attorney. I didn't know which way to go. It took a lot of time and thought before I finally made that decision. I now know that it was the right decision. My case was very complicated and took many years. Fred was my attorney, He worked tirelessly on my case. It felt as if I was his only client. It also felt like I was a part of his family.
They even treated my fiancée and kids like family.
I've had Fred call me at 8-9 p.m. and he was still working on my case. I could call or text any time with questions or concerns and he always responded quickly. It was never an issue. The amount of experience in this firm is amazing. Fred and Rich are the best at what they do. Very knowledgeable. This injury changed my life, forever. Fred understood that. I had hundreds of doctors appointments, a couple thousands pages of medical records. Fred knew every single detail. He was able to accurately answer any question asked over a long period of time and a period of time where things changed. You are not a number here, Fred truly cares. Fred and co. helped my mother first, then my brother and I as co-executors, hold a large company responsible for damages to our family-built riverside property. Fred extended absolute professionalism in all endeavors relating to our situation. He was attentive, prompt and most of all, completely competent in every action executed. On a personal note, Fred made to hour+ trip to pay his respects at my mom's funeral. For this I'm eternally grateful.

I was in a dispute with a private disability company a few years back and Scott’s help was absolutely invaluable to my win in the dispute. Throughout the years Scott would help out in this matter from time to time and I sincerely credit his help as the biggest factor in keeping me from feeling totally alone in the dispute. If you’ve never been in a situation where it’s you against a well established insurance company, it can easily feel like a David vs Goliath situation at times. I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life. After lost hope and frustrations I was put in contact with Attorney Cairone. I had a consult regarding my legal issues and subsequently was retained. Attorney Cairone from the beginning was empathetic, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise.
