When I started looking for legal help with my workmen’s comp case, I was frantic, frustrated and overwhelmed. I was in pain and no one seemed interested in helping me. Then I found Greg and his amazing assistants Dina and Andrea. I suddenly had a whole crew in my corner ready and willing to fight for me. My discussion with Ari Karpf was nothing but eye opening and extremely informative on the situation I was subject to by my employer. He is a very quick learner and after hearing the quick details of my situation gave me the confidence that he would go to bat for me and ensure that my employer would have no choice but to be fair to me. I am averse to conflict, and as Ari understood this he helped me through the options I could use for communication with my employer that met my needs. He seemed to be a very honest and realistic counsel that I would go to for any of my legal needs in the future. An optimist who would provide you with a realistic view on options to manage your situation - can you ask for more? I recently had an opportunity to work with Ari regarding an adverse employment situation with a public university in Pennsylvania. There are so many things that stand out from my meetings with him.
1) Following my call to his firm, he initially contacted me on a Sunday which worked great for my schedule - I loved his availability.
2) He was personally invested in the assessment of my situation and did a great job asking questions about the circumstances of my case without giving false hope about the strength of my case. He was matter-of-fact and specific.
3) He took incredibly copious notes. About a month passed between my initial phone call with him and me ultimately hiring Ari to assist in navigating my situation. When we met for the second time, I was amazed at the thoroughness and recollection of the details of my case and we were able to get right into the heart of the decision making about how to move forward. And once I hired him we met almost immediately. There was no dust gathering as I worried about my situation. He was action oriented with the goal of moving to resolution.
4) He was clearly willing to do the work necessary to achieve success, but he also suggested ways to move forward that were less threatening to my employer and allowed me to achieve a satisfactory outcome that was timely, financially beneficial, and wasn't litigious.
5) He used his expert knowledge and experience to assess my situation in a way that allowed me to understand the strengths and weaknesses of my situation and what the most appropriate path forward would be.
6) He consistently checked during the course of our conversation to assess my level of comprehension.
7) He uses great analogies that can make a complicated topic understandable.
8) My situation was resolved rather quickly and did not require significant time. Had we needed to approach the situation in a more aggressive manner, I loved knowing Ari was in my corner and working on my behalf. He was strong, confident and competent in his approach to my case and I have every belief he would have arrived at an even more beneficial resolution to my claims were it necessary to do so.
I give Ari the highest recommendation and strongly encourage you to retain him as your attorney should you find yourself in need of legal representation when dealing with an employment situation. I'm incredibly thankful for his guidance and counsel and you will be too.

Mr Hennessy was simply excellent. He provided outstanding legal advice. I spoke to him about my issue with a nanny agency sending me a false bill, and in less than an hour he found a provision and legal precedent that showed their perpetual term to be invalid. He drafted a letter (on a Friday night) and responded to several emails and his rates are very reasonable. (They should be higher!)

I was in a dispute with a private disability company a few years back and Scott’s help was absolutely invaluable to my win in the dispute. Throughout the years Scott would help out in this matter from time to time and I sincerely credit his help as the biggest factor in keeping me from feeling totally alone in the dispute. I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life. Being terminated after informing my bosses of my pregnancy was devastating for our family, not to mention it is a terrible time to find new employment. Not only did I lose a high paying job, but also a promised partnership. The last thing I wanted to do is deal with lawyers and the stress of a lawsuit, but after asking around, Mr. Waerig's name came highly recommended. When I contacted him, he spent hours looking over my evidence and coming up with options for my case, and was always available to talk to us during the year and a half process. I never felt that he was putting me at risk so that he could improve his financial gains. He was encouraging, friendly, has a super positive vibe, and is refreshingly honest and reasonable. He spent countless hours with us over the phone, in meetings, and emails over the duration of my case. He was able to get us a great settlement without having to go to trial, and only received payment in the end, which was based on my settlement amount. He was reliably conscientious and was never antagonistic to our opposition, yet was extremely effective. My name is Joseph M. Percoco and this is not another B.S. Review story. As a long term driver and valued employee of Fed Ex freight making over six figures a year who never once took a vacation in over 10 years and has earned yearly safety awards as a safe driver with zero accidents where I would have to drive 648 miles each day awoke one morning not able to return to work and was denied unemployment by my employer and was also denied workers compensation.
I can not go into detail as this is an ongoing case but I must tell you that I was turned down by other prominent law firms and was told that this case would be to hard to win and they were not interested because the amount of man hours that would have to be put in would be grater than the end result.
