My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure. We also had some personal and particular road blocks that we come up against and Ashley was wonderful in giving us options and guidance around that. Both she and Jason were so kind and personable and professional. We had talked to several places before coming here and I’m so glad we did!

Patrick and Samantha did a fantastic job of prioritizing and getting the best possible outcome for what became a long and arduous case mainly due to COVID. I consulted with Patrick in September of 2019 and he walked me through what my options were and how things would look like to get my matter handled.
While navigating the court and DMV systems, the pandemic hit and everything became a waiting game. Fast forward to 2022, wanting to get the matter settled and a very determined district attorney, we ended up in trial and Patrick and Samantha showed up prepared and optimistic, guiding me through everything.
In the end, we received the outcome we were hoping for.
Throughout the almost three years of us working on this case, they made sure to keep me in the loop the entire time.
Any other attorney could have easily racked up a mountain of fees for the extended duration of this ordeal, however Patrick was honest and open throughout his legal obligation to me.

Simply put - I owe Patrick so much I can't make a Google review that really covers it. I went in for a simple issue that should have just gone away, but he treated it very seriously. He had to fight uphill with the City Attorney and fought for me to get what justice required. He advocated for me at every turn and walked me through the problems we were dealing with.

I consider myself lucky for having a defense attorney refer me to Noam Glick. Noam is a plaintiff attorney and he absolutely looked out for me. I was always able to hear it in his tone how he was working on trying to solve my case.
When I first was in touch with Noam, he took over one hour on the phone asking me questions to see how he can help me.
His patience in helping me out on a case that was a challenge from the start shows his determination. I was always able to speak, email and even text with him directly.
It was nice to have an attorney tell me how it is, what to expect and always having a plan on what can be done throughout the process. It was a great experience to have such a top notch and straight-forward attorney representing me and being very realistic.
No joke but he is a needle in a haystack. Regardless if he had not won my case, I would have highly recommended him. This review was written without Noam nor his staff requesting I write a review.
I cannot compare other attorneys but from stories I have heard, I'm very lucky. Not once did I have to go through anyone to communicate with Noam...within minutes to a maximum of two hours, I always heard back from him. The only exception when I did hear from legal attorney assistant is where I wanted to have my check sent to.
I appreciate everything Noam has done for me and he will always be my point of contact should I come across someone that needs him. Thank you!

Noam is my hero. I was faced with unanticipated legal troubles and called 30+ attorneys before finding Noam. The case was emotional and sensitive, but Noam was supportive and respectful, minimizing distress for me.

Mr. Jason Whooper is absolutely invested in his clients. During my initial consultation, he spoke to me for over an hour!! I’m lucky to get 10-15 mins with other attorney’s I have consulted with. I came upon Mr. Whooper through a 3rd party referral agency while seeking unpaid wages and Labor Law code violation compensation. While I never had the goal to hire a law firm to deal with an employment issue, will say that I feel fortunate to have ended up with Haeggquist & Eck. I contacted Nick to represent me with my former employer who was not honoring their commitment to pay on a performance-based bonus. Nick was great to deal with and very upfront about the entire process in terms of setting expectations regarding my situation. I was very impressed with his ability to quickly grasp and understand the situation after only a few conversations. That said, my former employer decided to do the right thing and pay me the earned bonus after receiving only one letter from Nick. The day I entered this office I knew I landed in the right place. I was wrongfully terminated because I refused to allow the Resort I worked for to garnish my wages by illegally changing my time records. I felt broken from this situation but once I met Alreen, Amber, Jenna and the whole team they made me feel like I had the support I needed to fight back for what was right. I never once felt the need to question their opinion, strategy or decision, they always took the time to listen and give their advice. I'm a contractor and was sued for the first time. I was being sued by the general contractor of the project for construction defect, even though I had next to no involvement with the entire project. I worked with Kyle Nordrehaug and Jon Zacharias on a case concerning unpaid overtime wages. They were extremely knowledgeable about this matter. My issue was a real-estate one, involving a not-so-amicable break-up and a co-owned house.
I spoke with five different lawyers before selecting one for my case, and Mr. Belong was the only one that I had a gut reaction telling me to hire him. In our initial consultation conversation he listened to everything I had to say, clearly took in all the information and gave me his opinions on what kind of case I had and how he would proceed. It was a really stressful situation for me but I felt an immediate sense of relief after hiring Mr. Belong because I could tell he not only knows his stuff, he is also caring and compassionate (not a hint of arrogance or self-importance).
Mr. Belong always took the time to hear me out and give me the best legal path forward. I could tell he wanted to get this done as quickly as possible with the best possible outcome for me – he was thorough yet efficient. Throughout the process he would discuss various approaches with me, listen to my thoughts on them, and would answer as many questions as I could throw at him. It felt like a collaborative effort…and when I was overwhelmed or truly didn’t have an opinion, I always trusted him to make the best choice for me.

My mother and I went to Mr. Belong to help us with a dispute regarding a lien on my property and the refusal of my insurance company to take responsibility for their mistake in granting title without a thorough check for outstanding distresses on the property. Mr. Belong was the first attorney who listened to our problem, acknowledged our stress and anxiety and promptly began to help us find solutions. He appeared knowledgable of the applicable laws and ordinances as well as pragmatic in his actions. He was aware of our financial concerns and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us. He took up our case the same day as our initial phone consultation on a Friday and the following Monday he was ready to begin sorting the situation out and researching the pertinent information. Of my dealings with lawyers in general, he seemed to be much more human and humane than I had experienced before and given the acute frustration I was going through, it made a big difference. The case was settled sideways through some unusual circumstances and Mr. Belong's services ended up being minimal, however, based on his demeanor and actions I would highly recommend him. The team was amazing in helping us with our will and trust! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and patient with us as we figure out the best path forward to suit some of our very particular needs. It’s obviously not a fun or easy topic to discuss and they were so understanding of that giving us options and suggestions that could be relevant to us. And allowing us the time we needed to sort things out amongst our family. Sometimes we wouldn’t be able to resolve things easily so we would be at a standstill for a while between me and my husband but they were great about checking in regularly without creating any additional pressure.
