Navruz is truly a gem of an attorney and I’m honored to have had her by my side representing me in a wrongful termination lawsuit. I spoke to a social worker in regards to the stability of their home life when they aren't with me. Being concerned about my daughter, and the inconsistency of her lifestyle which concerned me quite a bit whenever she would take the kids or present a different new boyfriend/place to stay.. (for the most part I have raised them/they lived w/me) I began to get concerned about how they were being affected by her irresponsibility as a parent. Later to find out that they were not attending school, and my oldest grandson taking on the babysitter role and would get in trouble for his little brother in which he became a totally different kid (quite angry about his whole environmen) he was told to lie to me if I asked him questions. My grandson started to call me when his mom would sleep/ or wasn't home and he would tell me things. I convinced my daughter to let me take them to live with me during the week so I can enroll them back in school and fix the inconsistency again time passed and they were safe with me; She started telling me things when she didn't get her way, trying to manipulate saying she was taking the kids from me (*if I talked to her about lying, and being irresponsible etc...) I got to the point that I needed to help these kids before she really screwed them upore and swore to look; nyo things and if she ever got into trouble shoplifting etc... I would use it to my advantage. The social worker referred me to Legal services for children and I started to work on getting guardianship and soon enough she went to jail. They were great, they helped me so much with everything including emergency paperwrk for serving her in jail for restraining order etc .. they came to my home to talk to the kids and I. They made it smooth like butter explaining everything!!! So glad she recommended this place. Perfect for kids who eed help!!!

Navruz was a gift from above during a very difficult time for me. Her ethics and integrity took my case out of principle over price. She supported my direction based on her knowledge of the law. We chose to settle out of court because I wanted to, but I know that she could have been awarded millions if we went to trial. She is that good. I trust and respect Navruz as my lawyer and now as my friend. I 1000% support Avloni Law to anyone who has this need. She will fight to the end and support her client's case with data and the law. Susan Rubenstein was very effective at handling my employment issues and she negotiated a great settlement for me. She is very experienced and was excellent at mapping out an exit strategy for me which worked out perfectly. She is very hard working and smart, and she can easily deal with experienced opposing counsel. She was able to get me what I wanted in a very professional and stress free manner. I would highly recommend her. She is also very responsive, always returned my calls, and kept me informed. She is also a super compassionate person and it was a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Vanessa and Dolan Law Firm. After being injured on my bike and hospitalized by a careless motorist, my expectations for any kind of justice or settlement were low because I did not have the motorist’s name or information. Despite not having high hopes, I filled out Dolan’s intake web portal with the details of my injury event. After some phone conversations, I met with Emile Davis at their Oakland office (this was prior to Vanessa joining their team) to discuss the accident, and Emile walked me through the different scenarios and outcomes I could expect, which was very helpful and informative for me as someone who had never taken any previous legal action. Vanessa connected with me soon after she joined the Dolan Law team, and she was professional and clear about how she was going to move my case along. After my medical treatments concluded, Vanessa worked to put together a strongly documented and effective case and kept me informed the whole time. Vanessa’s willingness and commitment to my case was reassuring for me, especially considering the fact that at that point some time had passed and we had still not yet managed to track down the motorist who had injured me, and my hopes for a just resolution were dwindling. I was later incredibly relieved when Vanessa and the Dolan Law team succeeded in finding the motorist’s identity and then brought the necessary documentation and paperwork to the company that the motorist had been driving for. I was later awarded a settlement amount that was significantly more than I had realistically expected. I have no experience with other law firms, but I can say in summary that Vanessa and the Dolan Law team were responsive, committed and transparent with me from beginning to end, and I got a much better outcome than I had anticipated.

I am a senior woman in my company and was being forced out of the firm for unclear reasons -- and being treated unfairly, to say the least. Another employment lawyer I know socially recommended Supreeta to me, and she was a godsend in an otherwise completely awful few weeks. I called her with an immediate ask, and she was able to squeeze me in, advise me of my options, and work on my separation agreement (quick turns), all in the span of 2-3 days. She was responsive, smart, reasonable, empathetic, and dependable. She was able to lay out various paths for action, options for language, tailored the approach to me, and armed me with both knowledge and resources. I needed to consult with an attorney regarding a situation I was having with my work: I was returning to work after having been on disability leave for about five months. I was very concerned about my company’s inquiries and documentation requirements for my return to work because I had good reason to believe they were infringing on my right to privacy of my Protected Health Information as a currently disabled person and also that they were discriminating against me. It was so incredibly hard to find an attorney who was willing to take my case and consult with me. I called around for many hours with zero luck. And then I found Richard!! He was willing to help me and I was so relieved to finally have found someone who will be on my side. He had excellent suggestions and advice, and reminded me of the privacy and confidentiality I have with him via attorney-client privilege. I felt safe discussing very sensitive matters with him and he really went above and beyond in helping me. It was obvious to me that he is very knowledgeable about employment law. He presented multiple scenarios to me of how my situation might play out and that is why I felt more than prepared when I had to speak with HR again. I am happy to say I am back at work now with all HR and privacy matters having been resolved. If I ever need legal advice on a future employment situation, I know I will be calling Richard again. He was also always prompt at responding to my emails, which was great, because I had certain deadlines to make in regards to my return to work. I cannot thank you enough, Richard.

I am also an attorney with general knowledge of employment law, and Rich quickly earned my confidence and respect. Rich is both experienced and compassionate - I always felt my stress reduce after we chatted - and he kept me on track/focused on the end goal. I worked for one of the largest tech firms in Silicon Valley and was subjected to discrimination. Luckily I knew Sarah from my network, and she advocated for me through a 6 month process that ended with a favorable settlement for myself. Although I have no direct comparison, it is difficult to imagine a better lawyer to have on your side. Most importantly, at every step and decision, Sarah was clearly advocating and recommending the best outcome for myself, not trying to maximize or speed her gain. This included her supporting me “walking away” from a significant offer, despite months of work from herself. Unfortunately, the discrimination continued, but fortunately I had Sarah as a continued advocate. She provided immediate guidance, responded within minutes to incidents, and ultimately secured a substantial offer with every detail negotiated for my benefit. Apparently Sarah took vacation during my discrimination ordeal, but I would never have know given her responsiveness. Sarah is not only extremely competent and hard working; she is selfless and displays tremendous empathy. I can not imagine a better legal experience during employment torment.

Eric is an excellent attorney, especially good at negotiations and getting matters settled to the satisfaction of the client. What I especially liked about Eric is that he listens and has a conversation with you. He respects your needs and wishes and gets it done. He is an excellent writer, he drafts agreements well, good reviewer and he's thoughtful. What this all means is that he is someone you can trust and get you through your case successfully. I highly recommend attorney, Eric Gruber of the Gruber Law Group. I was rear-ended while driving on the 101 freeway in Marin County, California. I sustained neck and back injuries and was not being properly compensated for my medical bills by the at-fault party's insurance company. I knew I was being treated very poorly by the insurance company, but I did not know who to turn to. Two other attorneys turned me away because my case was not big enough. Eric was then recommended to me by a lawyer friend. I hired Eric and he assisted me quickly and got me the additional monetary compensation that was appropriate. I just wanted to take a moment to not only post my highest recommendation for Barbara, but also thank her. When I first started looking for representation, my instinct was to search online. I went to a few interviews with other attorneys , but I didn't feel like they understood the complexities and severity of what I had gone through. They all wanted to take my case, but I felt like a number...as though it was all just dollar signs to them. Finally after much effort and frustration, I asked one of my attorney friends who he thought was the best in the industry. Right away, he arranged a phone consultation with Barbara. After our initial conversation, she made time to meet with me as soon as possible. She understood the minute intricacies of what I experienced immediately. It was a very difficult/ painful issue to talk about, and Barbara made me feel welcome and understood. She not only is an absolute master in her field, but she is very astute and empathetic as well. From there, Barbara & her protege Emily Stehr ( brilliant rising star), took care of every detail. They produced and amazing outcome while at the same time caring for my discretion. Rich Falcone is a superb attorney and client advocate. He is also very skilled at negotiation and mediation. In addition, Rich is a super trial attorney and litigator. I have used Rich as an attorney on numerous (more than 20 cases) for both business clients and individuals and each time, he continually impressed me with his skill, professionalism, common sense and ability to craft a fair resolution or successful outcome for his clients. Rich is one of the best attorneys in California - without question. I was at a very low point of my life when I got terminated from a very popular and huge financial institution. I was dealing with major health issues combined with my livelihood being taken from me. Upon my first conversation with Chris, I felt an immediate connection. He not only showed an interest in me but listened to the facts of my case. When I met Chris in person at his office, he was very polite and professional. I think what impressed me the most was his sincere interest in me and how I had been treated by this Company. He looked online and shared with me the labor laws pertaining to my case due to a wrongful termination. Chris explained the legalities of which I was entitled to and explained with a lot of detail what could be ahead of me. He shared with me the anticipated window of time that my case could more than likely take. He provided with me the choices I could/would be presented with as time would take over in my case. Chris always handled my office visits professionally and always offered me coffee, water and even something to eat. His office environment was quite comfortable, clean, and orderly. ......I was a 57 woman with health issues when I lost my job. In all honesty, this was not the sort of retirement I looked forward to after 40 years of working. Robert Aaron assisted me in a wage claim on commissions due in the digital media space. He was generous with his time and expertise...gave me fair and unbiased opinion as the the relative merits of my case and the liklihood of if it was going to trial or settle. It took about 10 months to settle...and involved a settlement conference. He was always prepared and was a calming influence. The end was result was satisfactory. I would recommend him without hesitation.

One of Attorney Khadder's CELA colleagues (a fellow attorney) highly recommended him. During the free consultation, Attorney Khadder took the time to understand my case, reviewing all of the relevant documents and weighing the pros and cons of various options. During this process, he really took the time to listen and empathize, even when I was rambling! I want to start by saying; this has been a very interesting and rewarding experience that I wish no one should ever go through. But in the case anyone is faced with an unlawful and injustice situation, it calming to know we can call on Oleg. Back in 2019, I was involved in a lawsuit with my former employer. During this time, it was stressful emotionally and financially not knowing what would come of my case. Oleg and his team did an effective job walking me through the steps from beginning to end. Below, I have identified into three categories that presents my feedback. Communication/ Responsiveness – Whenever I had a question or the lawsuit advance onto the next stage, Oleg was clear and precise on this delivery of information. This information was prioritized based upon what was relevant or what current concerns were. Oleg is easy to talk to. As he gets to know his clients more during the beginning process, I do see that he adapts his tone, speed, and vocabulary to mirror with his clients’ expectations. She reviewed my case with me and confirmed that she could help me win employment case and it is covered by my insurance. None of that happened. She refused to bill my insurance on my behalf. When pressed, she would do it and I had to pay for extra for billing insurance. I paid her lots of money and got nothing in return.
