I hired Andrew Muirhead after attempting to file on my own and getting turned down twice. From the time I met him, Andrew inspired confidence. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the process to me and even suggested I seek additional medical consultation with a specialist, which I did. Following his advice resulted in strengthening my case. I began my SSDI application online with absolutely no knowledge of the process. Initially I was denied. It may sound cliche but I turned to Google to find an attorney who specialized in SSDI. I came across Mr. Andrew Muirhead’s law office site. I was apprehensive if Mr. Muirhead would take my case since I started on my own. Not only did he accept the challenge, he advised me step by step how we would proceed. Although there were many appeals and denials, he never gave up. We agreed we would follow this through to the very end. Ultimately after nearly 3 years we decided to reapply. My case was remanded by the appeals council. It took an additional 3 years, almost to the day. He believed in me and read through medical records front to back. I was informed today I was approved fully favorable. I can not express my gratitude for Mr. Muirhead and his office staff. I believe paths cross for a reason and I truly will forever respect and be grateful for the patience, guidance and professionalism he displayed throughout the lengthy process. They know the Law and did everything to stand up for me in my Workers Comp claim and Social Security Disability cases.

When the Adjuster fought us on specific things like not Authorizing more Physical Therapy for my Workers comp claim they Immediatly submitted a request for a hearing on the matter to the Industrial Commision of Arizona and was approved and resolved in my favor without a hearing.
They will stand up for your rights in all and any circumstances and truly are sensitive to your needs and fight for a positive outcome for you.

Dr. Anaise helped with my VA medical claim for obstructive sleep apnea after I found him through hours of online research and comparison. I could tell by the reviews that I was making the best choice for me…and now I absolutely know I did! I contacted him through his online portal and I was contacted the very next business day. The email was detailed with regards to his opinion regarding my case, information that was needed from me, cost for his service, and the timeline. Unfortunately, not sure why, but I hesitated. Big mistake! When I finally sent my information about a month later, there was constant communication. I not only received my IMO when I was told I would receive it, but it very detailed! I’m no medical expert, but after reading through it, I just knew I made the best choice! After I reviewed it, it was then finalized by Dr. Anaise and emailed back to me the very next day. The hard copy was also mailed out two days later! The promptness of Dr. Anaise and Dr. Benham cannot be denied! The only delay in this entire process was when I waited to submit my information to him! I was granted 100% VA disability (less than two months later). The information from Dr. Anaise was clear, service was prompt, and quality was exceptional. I found Janell online about 2 years ago. When I made my first call, she was so helpful in explaining things to me, and how it works for a work comp. Issue. She informed me I didn't need her service at the time but to keep in touch. Thru the first year she would give me helpful advice. When I called her about a year ago, she replied, now you need me. So I hired her right then, the whole process then was so much less painful than I ever thought it would be. So when you might think bad things about a lawyer....it doesn't apply to Janell.

I hired Mr. Schiffman and his law firm to help me get the benefits that I was awarded, but the insurance company/carrier was dragging their feet on paying out.
That was until Mr. Schiffman and his entire, experienced, patient, and fast working staff got involved.

I called several lawyers and I needed my questions answered. But they would not answer me in plain easy-to-understand English. I had three lawyers who wanted to take my case. I could not get them to answer my questions. They kept giving me mumbo-jumbo. My mother unexpectedly died in my arms of a heart attack in April 2022. I was disabled and had not worked in thirty years. I lived with my mom for 57 years. She was divorced and I never married. We were each other's caregivers. She was my best friend. I was frozen with terror as there was no money to take care of myself. I had to sell things I owned and received a loan from a family member. I then received financial aid from D.E.S. programs to help pay my utility bills. This whole time I was stuck for three months feeling very uncomfortable about these other lawyers who gave me disinformation and kept me confused. But they kept sending letters pressuring me to sign their contracts. They treated me like a number instead of a real person who was in extreme grief over losing my mom. So I continued looking for a lawyer and thank you God for letting me see and find Kathryn Dicus. When I called her she answered my legal questions quickly and understandably and I told her that she was the one I wanted to represent me. She was easygoing to talk to. She was honest as I realized that this other lawyer who wanted to represent me had lied to me about the law. I give Katheryn Dicus ten stars!**********

Kathryn is amazing in what she does. I suffer from Dystonia one of those awful invisible illness that most of doctors never hard of. After 2 years with another company, I found Kathryn Dicus on Avvo and scheduled a consultation tham hired her. The process takes time, the first judge already had made up his mind on mot approve my case so she complained about that judge and they assigned me to another judge. The new judge granted me partial disability award on a illness that has no cure. So I got some back pay for 2015, 2016 and 2017. So Kathryn appealed my case to the Federal court and they reversed the state parcial award and granted me total disability on November 2020. I finally got the rest of the back pay, monthly payment and Medicare insurance. It took Kathryn over 7 years but she worked hard on my case with professionalism and patience. If you need a disability attorney, you would be crazy not to hire Kathryn Dicus.

I have been receiving services from Snow Carpio & Weekly since July of 2015 and it has been smooth sailing since then. My lawyer Nicholas Wearne is always in contact with my doctor, my workers compensation adjuster and sends me updated information every 2 weeks. I have found that since choosing this firm to take over my case the stresses of dealing with workers compensation on my own have gone away, my mediation is mailed directly to my front door and my paychecks are always on time. Nicholas Wearne always appears to have my best interest at heart and I have referred people to him due to the fact that he always goes above and beyond what I expected him to do.

I never met anyone like her in a professional capacity. I had an out of state attorney firm representing me and she was appointed by then to handle my case in Arizona. I have been battling for disability since 2010 and I was denied here in Phoenix back in 2014. Nicole took my case knowing that it was a difficult case but she worked her butt off to get me approved and she did. She even went as far as driving out 40 miles to my doctor's office has to pick up my records because they were not faxing them or mailing them to her in time. She knew my case backwards and forwards and there was a lot of information. I don't think I could have done it without her and she was the correct person for the job. She's very tenacious and positive. She always made me feel like we had a good shot right from the beginning. Other attorneys would just tell me no and refused to take my case. Well shame on them because all they had to do is work as hard as Nicole did.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Angela was to work with. I had initially been solicited by a large out of state disability law firm based on an online survey I had taken. I quickly discovered they were doing very little that I could have not done myself and merely listed diagnoses on my original filing, and not the most significant ones - which of course was denied. I thought I was stuck but thankfully a family lawyer in town recommended that I call Angie.
Angela talked more with me on my initial phone consult than the firm I had filed with did over the course of almost 2 years. And though I was very limited functionally, I had not sought a great deal of medical care due to limited finances and insurance. Angela took the time to really review my records and ask me questions about how the various issues I had effected my day to day functioning and had me request a letter from my primary physician. She took that and all my records and wrote a wonderful On the Record Request for my hearing. While it was a very stressful time, her responsiveness and knowledge about each step of the process really helped. I ultimately did get a fully favorable decision and back pay for over 2 years and am sure this would not have happened with the big out of state firm I had initially signed with.

Kiel was wonderful, I started with Kiel. My case was reassigned to Peter. Cori worked hard and was amazing throughout the process, finding doctors that I couldn't remember their names, just fields of expertise or sometimes just buildings they worked in. I thank goodness for Peter Canova at this firm who took my case. He is patient, kind, perfect gentleman and genius at what he does (Disability Attorney with Roeschke Law). When I'd go off track, and I did many times 'cause my mind spins out or I forget and freeze up) Peter got us back on track and carried us. I think only Peter could have done what he did as great as Peter did. Cool, calm, collected against the challenges of my memory and all. Kiel, Handled my disability case from 2017 to 2020. I can honestly say, I was not the best client. I was suffering financially, mentally and all the education on disability was overwhelming. I hired Kiel Roeschke right after I had submitted my application. A few months after I received a letter from SSDI that they wanted more specific information about my previous employment.
Destiny, Kiel Roeschke's assistant, spent over an hour with me over the phone gathering the information I missed in completing my application and submitted it for me. Months later I was denied. Destiny immediately filed for reconsideration. A few months later I received several letters requesting that I go to three different appointments; physical, mental, xrays. All of this was completely overwhelming for me. I emailed Destiny and said I wasn't going to these appointments. She immediately was in touch with Attorney Kiel and I then received a call from him a few hours later. He answered all my questions and explained what the benefit to me could be if I went to all the appointments. He was very professional, spoke a in a manner I could completely understand, and was very kind. He spent as much time with me as I needed to make a decision. Ms Foster answered my question a long time ago but I didn't realize I could write a review, I hope this message finds you. The question I asked was something that affected me deeply and she responded quickly with a professional attitude but more importantly kindness. The other lawyers answers were cold without any emotional sympathy.
I am on SSI and my partner proposed and I was both excited but fearful of the affect on my benefits. She calculated the actual amount I would lose which fortunately was hundreds less than I feared. With her assurance I can start my family with the right calculation and without anxiety. Thank you.

I always heard horror stories from friends who applied for SSDI, all being denied & having to appeal with a hearing, some cases taking years. When I applied in Sept 2019, I prepared for a long wait, waiting for a denial & preparing for a hearing. Then came CV-19 & I was sure I’d be waiting even longer. To my surprise, the case was a complete success in 8 months!! Dustin Jones was my case manager. He answered every question I had, usually quite quickly by email. My SSI case was really sticky because my disability is visual impairment. For years I was denied any benefit. After several appeals, I contacted Emily for counsel. Moved from another state with about 2 years under our belt for our hearing date and was disappointed to learn our original Attorney didn't handle cases in Tucson, only Phoenix.
