I was originally represented by one of the big disability firms for a complicated cardiovascular case.
After one and a half years of little to no communication with the other firm (and no results) I did some research and found Will. After our initial conversation I retained him and asked the big firm to withdraw.
Will immediately assumed responsibility for my case and provided outstanding representation. He obtained a positive result on my case within months.
Will did an outstanding job on my case. He has great in-depth knowledge of how the Social Security Disability process works, He is great with client communication and helping the client understand the process. I would highly recommend him.

Without going into detail, my disability case was statistically the most difficult to win e.g. mental disorders like depression/bipolar with over 90% initial denial rate, and mine was. Even after appealing and going to a hearing, mine was denied like the vast majority of similar cases. At this point you’re required to actually file a lawsuit against the government as the last step, which we did.. My odds were extremely long, which is why I thoroughly researched every SSDI attorney in Denver, and the consensus was that Mr. Dawson was by far the best with a 99% success rate. Against the enormous odds, and due solely to Mr. Dawson’s extensive experience, my case was approved quickly. I recommend him to anyone with and SSDI case, and going with anyone else will decrease your chances, period. My only regret is that I can't give him more than 5 stars!

I cannot say enough great things about Will and his team. I am a complete pain to deal with and the entire time they were nothing but prompt and professional. They outlined my responsibilities and provided valuable information and made me feel at ease with the process. They also scoured thousands of pages of medical records and exam notes setting up the ALJ perfectly. The hearing went smoothly. Several months back my claim for SSDI was approved. I am so excited that I am able to start the new year in a better position to support my family. I honestly believe this would not have been the case were it not for William Viner. I probably would not have had the patience to stay in the fight. I have worked with several attorneys in my lifetime, but none were as caring about their clients as Will. He was amazing, he made the entire journey a pleasure. He walked me through the entire process in real time, updating me all along the way through conference calls and emails. I had a good idea what to expect and the various timeframes that I would face. Since my claim began at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, there were additional hurdles Will had to go through in representing my case. Jon took on my case after I was already 1 1/2 years into my claim. Most of the funds in my case were already depleted. My case/injury was small in comparison to most other cases but that didn’t matter! I was always given the attention and effort that I needed. Any phone call that couldn’t be answered immediately, was always returned, even if Jon was done for the day and driving home. He never left me hanging. The staff was always professional and I wrapped up my claim feeling as satisfied as I could be considering the details of my claim. I would whole heartedly give my recommendation for Boesen Law!

When children are involved - especially when the safety and care of those children - it is a challenge for a loving parent to see anything but red. Amy's calm guidance and understanding of process, law and advocacy has been incredible.

Steven Earl never gave up on my case through several appeals including two federal appeals until we finally won. He is a true professional! I had always heard that the social security disability application process was a nightmare, would automatically be rejected, you would have to appeal and it would take 6+ months. My experience was nothing like that. From start to finish, I received my first deposit in 6 weeks with no appeal or hassle at all.

I was denied for Social Security Disability. I hired a lawyer (not Jack) to appeal this decision. Unfortunately that lawyer did not file the appeal within the timeframe required. So I was denied again. Through a recommendation I met and hired Jack to continue the appeal process which was extremely difficult at this point. Jack was extremely persistent. He was very patient with me. He is very knowledgeable about the process needed to file and appeal Social Security Disability claims. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone going through this difficult process. My claim was approved and I am very thankful for Jack and the wonderful job he did. He is the best. I had a workers' comp case, which I thought was complicated by other events at work. Mike is very straightforward and informs you what is important in workers' comp law and what is not. He is very straightforward on what your case is worth, and explains injury caps. Working with Pinnacol, he selected an independent doctor who was 100% on my side helping our case. Joann was great about leaving messages, on my phone and following up with email. I felt like I didn't have to fight anymore and trusted him to do it for me and he did a great job.

I was in a pretty severe car accident. The guy who hit me was completely at fault, and there were all sorts of difficult pieces to my case. Cam & Team spent hours and hours tracking things down and getting me the best possible result. I'd prefer to have never had the accident, obviously, but when live gives you lemons, you go see Cam, and he helps you make lemonade. I would completely recommend Cam & his team. I am so glad I found Cameron and his team after I was rear-ended by another vehicle during my work day.
I had just moved to a new city and was completely shaken up about the whole situation.
Cameron was diligent about pursuing all facets of care and medical attention after I had been injured from my accident.

She was able to get my social security approved in 2005 and also was able to get my personal long term disability approved after receiving LTD for 5yrs this was in 2009 they discontinued me. Bruce B. was my SS Disability lawyer. He does not pussy foot around. You might not like what he says, but you can be assured it is the truth. He's quite blunt. He doesn't have a sparkling personality, and he's not going to tell you how wonderful you are. So if that's important to you, look elsewhere. But if you want someone who will tell you exactly how it is, and what you need to do, this is your guy. I appreciated knowing the facts.
I hired him after my disability claim was denied by Social Security even though I was disabled and told by my doctor that I could no longer work. Mental disability is very tricky, so I needed an expert. He knew exactly what to do. In fact, he was so good that the magistrate (judge) called him the day before my hearing to tell him he was awarding me my SSDI. I didn't even have to appear before the magistrate! How good is THAT?!
The paperwork and documentation Bruce had turned in was so complete that the magistrate had no questions about my eligibility.
He is successful. If you want to prevail, do exactly what he tells you to do. He knows what he's doing. MHCD and the local Social Security offices know who he is. He is effective, and that is what I wanted and needed.

The IRS made a mistake and thought I owed 5 figures from several years ago from income that they double counted. Not a fun letter to get, and the incredibly incompetent IRS agents were impossible to communicate, let alone reason with. (How do you get 80K new employees and $8 billion and still require fax and snail mail as your only options for communication years later???). Elizabeth and Jason took great care of me, quickly identified the mistake, and then dealt with the IRS for months to get them to arrive at the conclusion that, actually, I didn't owe 5 figures and instead they gave me a $5 refund.
They were highly competent, super on-top of communications and updates, and at no point did I ever have to call them for an update. They would call me. Highly recommend their services.
