While on vacation in Boston, I was falsely accused of a serious crime, arrested, and faced with felony charges.
After spending the night in jail, I was assigned a public defender who was entirely unfamiliar with my case. Unfortunately, not only was this public defender incompetent, but he also lacked the appropriate credentials to handle a case of such seriousness.
I was facing a minimum of five years in prison, and my bail was set at $60,000. The public defender made no effort to fight for me. He didn't attempt to have my bail reduced or identify any weaknesses in the case against me. Instead, he simply agreed with the prosecutor and judge, and I was sent back to jail.
After three nights in jail, my family informed me that they had hired a criminal defense attorney named Paul Moraski, who would be visiting me in a couple of days.
True to their word, Paul arrived at the jail two days later. I was escorted by a correctional officer to meet him. From the moment we met, I knew Paul was the right lawyer for me. He had an incredible personality, was highly educated and knowledgeable, and held himself to a very high standard. For the first time, I felt hopeful again.
The first thing Paul said to me was, "We’re going to beat this case." He then assured me, "I am going to get your bail reduced from $60,000 to $30,000 so you can go home." Paul not only understood my case thoroughly but also knew the courtroom inside and out, thanks to his 14+ years of experience.

Words cannot truly express how thankful I am for Atty. Alex and all his hard work on my case. I reached out to him in a bit of a panic, because my original attorney plan fell apart at the seams.
My case was pushed back a couple times. The original date was in June. Pushed to the beginning of August. For some reason, the court then moved it to the end of August, but without notification of my attorney. However, Atty. Alex rolled with it.
Whenever I would call, he would always get back to me as quickly as he could. I would receive updates when needed, and he thoroughly prepped me for what to expect at my hearing and how he believed things would go, based on experiences with similar cases in the past.
We even had hiccups the day of my hearing. After waiting for 2 hours, the person hearing my case excused themselves for a conflict, and we were given to someone else. About an hour later, we finished up with the hearing, and both of us could not be happier with the outcome. As Atty. Alex had told me, it truly was an "outlier" of a result.
He was calm, honest, down-to-earth, professional, and highly attentive through it all.

On 4/29/2022 I was injured on my job thru no fault of my own as I was leaving to go outside both doors opened when I started to walk out the rubber mat peeled back from the right door and as I was exiting to leave my right foot got caught which caused me to fall forward hitting my shoulder. 30 minutes later I checked into the emergency room getting ex rays as time would have it I requested a mri I told that I have 3 back muscles and 1 bicep muscle torn needless to say my job had me see a orthopedic surgeon who looked at my mri his reply to was if he did the surgery he would do more harm than good, at the time I contacted attorney Lauren Van Iderstine who sent me to Dr. Barry Saperia who told what he could do and he explain in detail about my injury thankfully the surgery went well all back muscles were connect and my bicep muscle was not. Being placed on worker compensation for an injury/illness that I contracted on the job was devasting. I worked with my doctors and employer to get back to work in the best capacity that I was able to. When the injury/illness kept coming back and my job was being threatened I was referred to Attorney Gray by another attorney to protect myself. I feel so fortunate to have had Judson Pierce represent me in my workman's compensation claim with the City of Boston. Judson for our initial meeting was kind enough to come to my house and explained to me in clear understandable language what my options were in making a claim.
