I was very apprehensive about getting a lawyer for a dog bite injury I obtained last summer. Mr. Blamer came highly recommended to me and was very helpful in walking me through the legal process. It is with great appreciation that I would like to share my experience with Robert Blamer as my attorney and legal representation in my difficult and unusual case involving my automobile accident.
When I first met Mr. Blamer at his office I was very hesitant, uncertain and confused. The head trauma I suffered in the accident left me feeling vulnerable, a position I was not used to being in.
During the progression of that initial meeting - though I remained reserved, I quickly found myself warming to his approachable personality. His strength of character and extensive knowledge gave me the assurance I needed to go forward with entrusting my case to him though I remained guarded.
As time and my case progressed Mr. Blamer ( slightly exasperated I might add ) made the statement, " Gloria at some point you are going to have to trust me ". In response I skeptically raised my eyebrows in drawn out silence. Trust is not something I have ever taken lightly or given freely and with my history must be hard earned and proven.
At the close of my case as we settled in our seats for the final decisions Mr. Blamer looked over at me and said, " I don't like to loose." I stared back intently and gamely replied, " I don't either".
Not surprising to me, we did win the case and for the first time ever I found myself signing documents without painstakingly reading them first. Mr. Blamer quickly informed me I had every right to read them before signing. I looked up at him and smiled assuredly, "Bob, I trust you". Nothing more needed to be said. I had given him the highest honor I could have given anyone.

Mr. Bieber has handled my personal affairs (will, trust, miscellaneous matters) and the legal needs for my business (sale of one business and refinancing of another). He is attentive, well organized, and intelligent. Mr. Bieber does not drag out issues, but completes his work ahead of schedule. He is extremely fair in his fees. In fact, an attorney of this caliber, should probably charge more than he does. I highly recommend Walter Bieber as a personal or business attorney.

I can't stress how well prepared Adam was for the ALJ hearing that was necessary for my case. As well, he explained every legal aspect of the case to me and was extremely helpful in prepping me on what to expect at the hearing. In the end, he nailed it and the claim was approved!!!

..where do I begin? It's really hard to put into words the gratitude I have for the work that he did. I've spent years trying to get my disorder under control. Oliver was very helpful with my case. i have needed the services of Wendy Bailey a couple of times during the progression of a divorce with custody and parenting time challenges. I have found her to be tireless and extremely effective as an advocate legally and honest/direct as a counselor. She has worked for my kids and myself on upholding the court orders with integrity. As the father with primary custody, Wendy views the whole situation from what is best for the children not just what I may want in anger or hurt. No one ever marries with the intention of getting a divorce, but when faced with that, it's crucial to have a good attorney fighting for you. Gene was that attorney for me, but more than merely doing his job and working things out for the protection of my child, he was beyond kind/understanding/empathetic/patient with me! This was an emotional time, and I'm sure he sees lots of people not-at-their-best in his field, but he never treated me as though I was an overwrought, highly emotional female!
Gene was very responsive to not just my phone calls and emails (always took my call, returned emails w/in the hour), but I'd also drop in totally unannounced more than I should have, and he'd ALWAYS make time for me. He never gave the impression I was an annoyance to him, or that he had more important things he'd rather or ought to be doing...even as I was absolutely one of "those" clients!
He gave good legal advice gleaned from years of not only book-experience, but actual life-experience, from time spent in the courtrooms, working w/ various judges and attorneys. He had background/experience on most of those we'd encounter in the system (like the judge or the FOC staff), and for those he didn't personally know, he knew people who knew them. Based upon his experience he also had ideas and implemented things I'd never have thought of...never knew to think of!...and that's his job! What I was paying him for...so that I'd have the best outcome for myself and my child in a very tenuous situation.
When it came to my concerns and worries, he was pragmatic and realistic, sometimes too much so for my emotional-state (looking back however, with a clear-head, I now see his position and admit he was right)...and yet he was very open to my own ideas and thoughts, even pursuing them, some of which helped lead to the successful outcome of our case.
His prices were more than fair for the time he gave me and the genuine concern he showed; even though he was likely dealing with dozens of other cases, he always made me feel like I was the only one. With this being my life and the life of my child's, to be made to feel important and seen was such an encouragement and very calming.

In 2010 I was in an accident in a store that is owned by a large corporation. . Before my wife and I were able to leave for the ER at the Hospital the Management at the store insisted that I fill out their injury forms.
They offered to call an ambulance, but I was taken to the Emergency Room by my wife instead of waiting longer for an ambulance.
The accident caused new injury to my cervical area and reinjured a previous Cervical Fusion that I had in 2001.
The ER took X-rays and said to see my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon within three days. I made an appointment with my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon, He sent me for an MRI and other tests. It was determined that surgery would be necessary to repair the new injury and the additional new injury to the previous cervical fusion.
During this time I received a letter from the corporation which denied any responsibility for my injury and told me to use my personal insurance to pay for any injuries I felt I may have had.
My wife and I decided it was time to retain an attorney.
My wife’s UAW Legal Services recommended an attorney by the name of Jeffery S. Cook. We called Jeff to discuss my accident. I wasn’t feeling well enough to ride in the car so Jeff actually came to our house to discuss my situation. We were impressed with Jeff instantly, he felt we had a case but with big corporations nothing was guaranteed. We instantly believed in him and retained his services.
Jeff did a stellar job; his knowledge, attention to detail, dependability and caring nature keep us aware of any and all progress. He was honest with us when it came to reality checks which we appreciated. He even honestly kept us aware of times when there was lack of progress.
I did have another surgery which involved Cervical Fusion which proved all of my Orthopedic Spinal Surgeon’s diagnosis.
After several months Jeff was able to work out a settlement that was agreeable to me and the Corporate Lawyers that represented the store. We had settlement and we would retain Jeff again if we need another attorney. As a matter of fact we did use him again at a later date.
