I had gotten into a car accident and didn’t really know anything about finding a top notch attorney. I called a few accident attorneys near me but they didn’t really make me feel like I was of importance until I called The Patel Firm's Austin office. Once I went in and met my injury lawyer Mr. Minesh Patel and Corina Flores I knew this was the law firm I was looking for. They made me feel extremely safe, comfortable, and confident. I knew that they would do everything in their power to get a outcome I deserved, and they did exactly that. Every road block or issue, Mr. Patel resolved. They made me feel like family, especially Corina. She constantly went out of her way to help me with everything from getting doctors and chiropractor appointments, scheduling MRI, Xrays, and physical therapy that latest several months. She kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case and also resolved any issues getting me my settlement in full. I was hit by a car when I was just starting my motorcycle ride on Austin to Bastrop via Highway 71. It was a terrible crash and could have easily been fatal for me but I was blessed to only suffer whiplash and some fractures in my arms and leg. This was a bad injury which required surgery and four screws at St. David's Surgical Hospital in May 2023. There was no question the other driver was at fault. I had witnesses, pictures and a Texas Highway Patrol reported the car wreck all in my favor.
I called a couple of other injury attorneys on the phone and even met one in their office near Southeast Austin. I realized it was going to best difficult to find the best accident lawyer around Austin. My coworker from Progressive Insurance found Minesh Patel's law firm on Google Maps and after talking with him on the phone, I was confident he could handle my accident case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh, my accident lawyer and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party’s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. On top of all this he discounted his own fees. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

My name is Johnathan I literally called just to get a little bit advice and a different perspective from another attorney to see what I can do with my case she set me up with a free consultation called me back immediately and sat on the phone with me 48 minutes out of her day gave me so much information and knowledge on my case it benefit me in so many ways she communicated things to me that my own lawyer didn’t even do. Cia, from start to finish, over an almost 2 year period (including the initial Denial) stuck with the case and me. Constant contact, constant updates.....Very detail oriented, specific, highly knowledgeable and persistant. He told me on day 1, after reviewing my VA medical records that I would eventually be awarded. He was right. My case just NEEDED a Judges review and Hearing. I hired this agency for a Social Security Disability claim. I am happy to report after almost 3 years later, the back wages have been received and disability claim has been approved. It was a long stressful process from a time standpoint. However, I was extremely pleased with Farrah & Mobina's support and knowledge of these type claims. Farrah is an asset to this firm. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her role. She was always on point with requesting medical records when necessary. Mobina was a pleasure to work with on the hearing day. She was very easy to communicate with and had confidence in my case which made me less nervous.

I started my case without much hope. I had not been able to see specialist in over 20 years. Well I had evidence of my pain I had nothing to show my limitations. Mr. Bisbey has proved himself over and over to myself and my husband as being the BEST ATTORNEY around - he is very trustworthy, reliable, decent and knowledgeable and this is hard to find. He cares about his clients and always looks out for them. You can trust him. Can't say that about many attorneys as was the case he just handle - a real estate transaction wherein we were the lien holders of a note and were supposed to have been paid at the time of the closing but this did not happen because the other attorney failed to collect our money and gave all the proceeds to his clients knowing that we had a first lien on the property. My partner and had our children ripped from us without warning. It was a complicated and not a common case for any attorney - especially in a conservative state and city like Houston, TX. The odds were stacked up against us from the moment our children were taken away from our home by the other party. One lawyer we consulted with told us straight up and forward, " You will not win. She will win; but you can try and give it a shot". This partcular lawyer had 25 years experience in family law. Needless to say, we were not surprised. We understood this case wasn't for any everyday lawyer. Our case required a skilled, talented, and confident lawyer. Gladys Del Fierro is the best attorney ever. She help us in a juvenile drug charge case. She ended up getting us deferred prosecution which is like a dismissal with minimal probation time. However Michael Gross did what my last attorney did not, which was win my case! In meetings over the phone and in person he was always prepared and knowledgeable of my extensive medical history. For me it wasn’t just a hearing for social security, it was a fight for my life. He took my doctors notes, medical history and discussions of my pain and suffering to accurately convey to the judge the representation of my “quality of life”, or lack there of. Throughout the hearing it was evident that my faith was well placed in his hands. He thoroughly knew my medical background, was able to direct the judge to exactly where to look throughout the documentation of my exstensive medical history, as well as recite medical definitions & findings for my conditions. He was very professional and talked me through all the steps in preparing for my hearing with the judge. Sat with me while I was talking with the judge and let me know how it was going. After the hearing, he briefed me on how I did and let me know that I was going to receive the benefits that I was asking for in the hearing. I received my full benefits.
