I found Mr. Abbott to be very professional during the course of my divorce process. He is a no-nonsense person who is very upfront about what to expect during this emotionally painful undertaking. He was also very compassionate and caring about the dissolution of my marriage. His staff was more than willing to help with any questions that I might have had and they responded quickly to my inquiries. The cost was more than fair as well. I had a consultation with another attorney and he was going to charge me three times what Mr. Abbott did. I am glad that I went to Mr. Abbott for my divorce and would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Bisbey is the antithesis of that and is genuinely kind and empathetic. Mr. Bisbey has proved himself over and over to myself and my husband as being the BEST ATTORNEY around - he is very trustworthy, reliable, decent and knowledgeable and this is hard to find. He cares about his clients and always looks out for them. You can trust him. Can't say that about many attorneys as was the case he just handle - a real estate transaction wherein we were the lien holders of a note and were supposed to have been paid at the time of the closing but this did not happen because the other attorney failed to collect our money and gave all the proceeds to his clients knowing that we had a first lien on the property. Well a week later Mr. Bisbey had our money. Thanks for being there for us.

I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. I was in a car wreck with my wife a friend and a co-worker. We all got hurt. I tore my knee up and had surgerys. My insurance from work did not want to cover my injuries or bills from the wreck. I had consulted with Mr. Rubenstein, regarding my case against my employer, related to unpaid commissions. Jonathan came referred from another attorney. I contacted him about a Business Lit case. He met with me when he said he would and was completely honest from the beginning. He did not lie or try to pump up any expectations. After he read the contract I was involved in, we found out it would have to be handled entirely different state. When I came to Jack McCormick I had no idea how to file for disability - what the process was or what to expect. All I knew was that I was mentally and physically no longer able to work. First and foremost, Mr. McCormick listened to me. In order to work as long as I did, I had downplayed and hid my disabilities for years. It was difficult to go from that to talking about everything, having to discuss every detail of my physical and mental impairments, and ask for help. Mr. McCormick started from the very beginning and walked me through each step. Filing for disability is terrifying. I sought out Packard Law Firm for representation since at least 2014. In the firm they have many nice and caring attorneys, legal aids and staff. However Michael Gross did what my last attorney did not, which was win my case! In meetings over the phone and in person he was always prepared and knowledgeable of my extensive medical history. I had faith in his capabilities because he showed true compassion for me, and for his career. He knew which one of my disabilities was the best to lead with, and throughout the hearing he was poised and articulate. For me it wasn’t just a hearing for social security, it was a fight for my life. He took my doctors notes, medical history and discussions of my pain and suffering to accurately convey to the judge the representation of my “quality of life”, or lack there of. Throughout the hearing it was evident that my faith was well placed in his hands. He thoroughly knew my medical background, was able to direct the judge to exactly where to look throughout the documentation of my exstensive medical history, as well as recite medical definitions & findings for my conditions. Mr.Gross did what others could not, and I’m forever grateful to him. To suffer for years and admit to the world you’re incapable of supporting yourself due to your medical conditions is a hard and embarrassing thing to do. He was very professional and talked me through all the steps in preparing for my hearing with the judge. Sat with me while I was talking with the judge and let me know how it was going. After the hearing, he briefed me on how I did and let me know that I was going to receive the benefits that I was asking for in the hearing. I received my full benefits. Then he set me up with another member of the Packard team to explain the process of receiving benefits and how Social Security works. There are numerous things that prompted me to give Adam five stars. One Adam personally calls you back or emails you timely. No paralegal. Adam always knew the correct approach to take in the case. The communication with the other party/their representation was professional and on point. I rarely provide excellent reviews for anyone because it means I have to put my signature behind that person and be able to stand firm on my position regarding them: that's hard to do with most people in today's society.
However, I immediately stood firm on my support regarding Mr. Willhelm because I have known him for almost five years now, and I have seen his professionalism, excellent and very caring representation of his clients, his stature as a Christ-centered man who cares deeply for "family", and he surrounds himself as well, with fellow professionals who display the same sense of honor, justice, and integrity. One simply has to take all of these attributes, observe his actions both in and out of the courtroom, and it is very clear that the Court NEEDS a Judge of his caliber.
Legal decisions will always have an impact on others throughout this community, because all rulings (whether it be a case you think is meaningless or not) have a role in setting a precedence... ALL rulings... We wouldn't have penal codes had it not been for rulings which began a process to make a difference. We must ensure that those who practice the law understand that they, along with their actions, make a difference... Mr. Willhelm understands this and strives to ensure his practice and his actions, make a JUST difference.
One thing I am confident about saying is this: regardless of the decisions made in what would be "Judge Willhelm's Court", you could at least leave his courtroom knowing that an honest, fair, impartial, experienced, honorable, and JUST person sat on that "bench"... No underhanded envelopes with coin being slid under his door, no "I could care less because it's not MY family suffering"... Because he doesn't operate that way.
Having Mr. Willhelm as an attorney made an extremely difficult crisis for me and my family, bearable... And during the very hard times I have always said to myself what he told me years ago which was, "You WILL get through this"... He cares about his clients, their families, and providing JUSTICE for those who need it... And I will stand behind these words any day!
