Kevin helped my grandmother file for bankruptcy, and my family and I had a wonderful experience with him. Kevin was extremely patient with my grandmother as she took her time gathering the requisite paperwork for the bankruptcy filing. Throughout the process, Kevin was very responsive to emails and calls and empowered us by translating complex bankruptcy laws into in terms we could understand. We faced an unexpected hardship near the end of the bankruptcy, and I was very grateful for Kevin's compassion and willingness to help. As a result of the hardship, we asked Kevin to do some additional work for us beyond his original scope of work and authorized him to bill us for his additional time. After the bankruptcy was complete, we asked him how much we owed him. He said it wasn't too much extra work and told us not to sweat it. That type of professionalism epitomized our entire experience with him.

We hired Tim Tarter in regards to an IRS audit in 2009 - 2013. The IRS stated that we owed hundreds of thousands of dollars due to the fact that we were raising and training horses as a hobby. We hired Matt because we we were having trouble understanding how to work out our international taxes and US taxes. He was honest with his legal scope on the matter, and was effectively able take care of all our necessary needs in a thorough, professional manner to ensure we did everything according to law and IRS compliance. Additionally, we felt his pricing was fair and appropriate for his work, as sometimes attorney hourly charges can get a pricey.
I would definitely hire him again for other business matters.

I came to Mr. Buttons with a convoluted mess of a tax situation complicated further by a stressful IRS audit (complete with intimidation, threats, wrongful seizure of tax return monies, and freezing of bank accounts). Prior to retaining Eric, I worked with two local CPA’s to reach a resolution (neither of whom made any headway), finally in desperation I went searching for someone with the acumen, knowledge, and skill to handle the audit and make the nightmare end! I had almost given up hope of ever getting justice and was certain the odds of seeing a refund from the IRS was nonexistent. After retaining Eric, he immediately had the IRS release their hold on my bank accounts and, in relatively short order, managed to completely resolve ALL of my tax issues. As I type this, I am staring at a letter I received this morning from the IRS containing confirmation of resolution as well as a check refunding everything. I have no doubt that had I continued without Eric’s help I would still be fighting and miserable. I've been fighting IRS for 8 years. My Tax Preparers had done fraud on

I contacted Lorenz for some business law help. Specifically, I had some questions about a contract and NDA that were being drawn up, and I wanted some answers from a local attorney. It was important for me to understand the language of the contract, and there were a few things that weren't quite making sense. Mr. Brechner accepted my case and handled it with unquestionable effectiveness. His partner Mr. Arboleda is also someone I would recommend and found them both to be exactly what a client could hope for from an attorney. Hiring Mr. Brechner led to an outcome that was greater than I had expected. Because of the complexity of the kind of cases Mr. Brechner handles I would advise anyone that it is money well spent when hiring him. If you are considering not hiring an attorney for a case such as Mr. Brechner handles, your decision could cost you a lot more. Be prepared to supply a lot of financial information. it will be a lot of work on your part to get this information, but don't avoid doing it. The process is very involved but you will come out so much better from his services.

I am a Certified Financial Planner in Scottsdale, AZ who refers business to estate planning attorneys with some regularity. Several years ago I was looking for a new estate planning attorney to refer business to as I had become very frustrated with an overall lack of responsiveness and high expense from those I had been referring business to. So I called every Martindale rated attorney in Scottsdale. Steve Fox was one of two attorneys in Scottsdale to return my call within a few days time.
Since then I have referred clients of mine to Steve with regularity and have been extremely impressed not only with his, and his staff's, responsiveness, but also with the way Steve has priced his services. When it came time for me to get my estate plan done, I asked Steve to put it together for me.
Steve is an excellent estate planning attorney. He is one of the few in Scottsdale with an LLM (which is like a special degree in tax for attorneys); remember that estate planning is really a tax code issue. He was also a former employee at one of the big national accounting firms (more tax experience). I do not know if he has a CPA as well or not.
Finally, unlike most of the other estate planning attorneys in Scottsdale, Steve is relatively young (I think he is currently 40/41). Which means that he will be around for a while to keep your estate plan in order for the inevitable.

I had a small case compared to most of what Mr. Campbell would deal with, fighting a Chapter 11 in which I would have ended up being a claimant. Mr. Campbell got it dismissed and sent back to the court in which it should have been taken care of originally. After a terrible accident, I found myself in need of an lawyer. Getting a name off the side of a buss or a park bench wasn’t appealing. I was in a life-altering car accident in 2021, I had a severe concussion, painful whiplash and other injuries.
Mr. Bleaman and his team did so much heavy lifting throughout the years. They organized all my Doctors and navigated through the legal headaches- I was really lucky that the only thing I had to focus on was making a recovery and getting back to my life.
Jody was always very sympathetic and attentive. Whenever I was going through physical or emotional pain, she would contact all my Doctors or call other offices, so I didn't have to.
