This firm, and Della more specifically, were incredible to work with. Della took my case without any hesitation and handled every curve ball that got thrown our way tactfully. I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

Mrs. Gohari represented me in my case and it was an admirable experience working with her. She is very patient and explains every legal term in a detailed and a clear manner. I interviewed a few lawyers and was disappointed when I presented them my case; however, when I met Nina, she simplified it and gave me an entire overview of my case and the timeline with a reasonable rate . Igor has been in my corner the entire time I have been in dispute with the IRS. He knows the in's and out's and contacts within the IRS due to his having been on the inside for them earlier in his career. Attorney Mark Straface handled a legal malpractice case for me. Legal malpractice is not an easy case to take on because usually it means you are sueing an attorney who knows how to cover his butt. Mark invested many hours to insure I would come out on top of this case. But more importantly, he was honest and transparent thru the entire process. I am so thankful I hired him to represent me.

In the midst of everything that has occurred, one final straw was being sued. I contacted numerous lawyers, some who did not want to help me or others who were going to charge a ridiculous amount to go to court. Once I consulted with Mr. Straface his knowledge set me at ease. Gary has a heart of gold. He listens to the "heart" of the case and quickly understands the credibility of his client, which enables him to work with a passion. This is A notice , that if this firm continues to be dishonest , representatives im my case, I will be addressing my concerns with the State Bar. Intimidation has been used to try to discourage me to tolerate lack of representation towards my case. I’ve been questioned regarding statements that the opposing party has made after this firm contacted the opposing party. I’ve been told at least five times that this case was being filed with the court in the jurisdiction of my claim. I have yet to see any proof or case number in relation to this matter. My intelligence has been continuously insulted which has prompted this email. The doctors that work with this firm are also questionable. I’ve seen the Social Media accounts for this firm quoting that clients should be honest with the firm . While the firm follows a”do as I say and not as I do “ behavior. And in my opinion has poor work ethic. I have been respectful in this matter and patient. I don’t feel that I am being properly represented. I was told that A private investigator was hired and that I would be contacted , that it took 2 weeks to obtain insurance information from the Landlord who refused to provide her insurance. It’s been well over that time frame. I was told that the firm was providing payments upfront for filing and obtaining information. Although that maybe true this service is not free of charge. This is where intimidation and manipulation came into place regarding the percentage of my settlement. At this time I do not view this firm as trustworthy. I have kept my public opinion to myself, out of decency and respect. I don’t feel that anyone should be taken advantage of , because of lack of knowledge or different profession. Being rude , because a client is unwilling to accept anything said without proof is unprofessional is wrong ethically and morally. In my opinion it’s a manipulation tactic. I don’t appreciate the treatment I’ve been receiving, or the dishonesty. After I emailed this to the firm , I was accused of being disrespectful, which I now way was disrespectful . I expressed my true feelings regarding my experience and of course they terminated representation after this, to cover up their lies. I stand by what I said !

Finding Joni was a God send! Literally!! I heard her commercial on the radio and wrote her phone number down. A year later, when I decided I needed a lawyer, I couldn’t find her number so I prayed about it. The next day I got in my car driving home from work and her commercial came on the radio! I pulled over in my car and immediately called her and was able to speak with her. I made my appointment and met this wonderful, intelligent, compassionate woman who understood what I was going through, and what I needed to do. Joni not only helped me through the most desperate time in my life, but also became my friend. She was always there for me answering any of my questions, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning. I would describe Joni as a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She looks so sweet but she is fierce and gets the job done!! Please heed the warning of others. My hearing was an embarrassing mess of incompetence. For one, it was clear that attorney (Charlie) had not reviewed my case, as he was caught off guard when the judge stated that we were contesting not one, but two rulings. This should have been obvious with a simple glance at my file. Charlie’s closing statements were short & comical, given the huge blunder at beginning of case. In all, they ended up giving me poor advice that resulted in the case being lost. You’ll literally have two calls with this firm: one to take your money, and one 20 minute brief the day before the hearing. The second call isn’t even scheduled. Mine happened after hours at 7:45 pm after I waited all day for a call. Please look elsewhere, or represent yourself. I’m convinced that the the majority of their positive reviews are paid for.

Hired him from a referral and was more than disappointed from day 1. Charges some of the highest rates in the industry so I figured he has to be good. Quite the opposite actually. By far and away the worst lawyer services I have ever received. I found him to be extremely slow, unmotivated and lacking a ton of knowledge and expertise in areas he 'specializes' in. Could not complete simple tasks effectively and didn't seem interested in anything but charging for hours he spent doing God knows what.
