I met Despina Kyriakidis in late 2020 after my dad had passed away, and I was identified as his personal representative. I shortly found out that my dad's estate was very unique and challenging -- it involved multiple accounts and various small properties that were in joint ownership with others who were also deceased and never retitled or transferred properly by deed. It took 2 years to complete the probate of this estate, and I never would have been able to know what to do without her advice. Her assistance and knowledge were invaluable, and I highly recommend her and her firm!

After living a largely lawyer-free life, my wife and I found ourselves looking for legal services as we tried to manage estate details that my wife faced as the executor of her mother’s will. Living in Holliston, we gave Jennifer a call and explained our situation. Ken, who works with Jennifer, guided us through probate court procedures and helped my wife settle the estate with her siblings. This experience got us thinking of our own estate planning (we had none at the time), so we asked Jennifer to help us put our wills together and establish a trust for our assets. Despite the coincidental onset of the pandemic, we were able to conduct meetings over Zoom with Jennifer, who patiently explained to us and helped us address health care proxies, powers of attorney, powers of attorney for tax matters, life trusts, income trusts, last wills, and memorial arrangements—topics about which we had only limited knowledge. Throughout the process, Jennifer provided clear guidance so that our own estate plan now suits our needs. As a result of our experience, we have gladly retained Jennifer as our lawyer, and when we recently met to follow up on some details of our trust, making sure that everything is in place, Jennifer found a few little things to address and is helping us explore a tax rebate for our newly installed septic system. Knowing we have such an advocate certainly gives us peace of mind.

Curley Law Firm has been in my family's corner for quite some time now. Attorney Lucy Budman set up my parent's Will and Trust years ago and when it came time to unfortunately put my dad into a nursing home Lucy and her team were there to essentially do all the hard work. At first, I thought I could do it, but No Way! Att. I originally met Lucy Budman when my mother set up her Irrevocable Trust almost 5 years ago. I had agreed to act as the Trustee for my mom's Irrevocable Trust, and Lucy was extremely helpful to both of us while we did all the legal paperwork . Later on, Mom met with her for changes to her will, and various financial issues that came up. Lucy Budman is very personable , knowledgeable , patient, and explains all the details thoroughly , always answering whatever questions come to mind. After my mother passed away last year, Lucy was always there for us, answering all our questions, our annoying phone calls, and addressing all our needs. We've almost finished all of our distributions , taxes, and house deed changes, now we're moving on to our Will. As she has been for the last 5 years, Lucy Budman is still there for us. Could not ask for a more competent attorney ! Highly recommend !

I am very please with David Asack and his office
He assisted me with a car accident case of where i was rear eneded by a company truck.
David walked me thru the proceess and was able to tell me what to expect from the other person issurance company what to expect from the dr and chiropractor
His secetary stayed on top of my case making sure that my dr and chiropractor billed correctly and made sure that any out of pockets expenses i was reimbursed.
I felt like he was always availble and was ready to assist me with any questions or paperwork

I was faced with a number of issues involving an elderly parent that required immediate action. Atty. Levin immediately understood the critical nature of my needs and initiated an action plan that enabled me to quickly move through a number of legal obstacles. His empathy, professional advice and guidance, willingness to meet at a care facility and vast knowledge on maneuvering through the legal system was greatly appreciated. I did not feel rushed or without a full understanding of the cause/effect of every decision that was necessary. Atty. Levin kept be updated as to where we were every step of the way. He made excellent recommendations and continues to "check-in" to see exactly what obstacles (if any continue) to present themselves. There are still a number of unfinished issues that require attention and I will certainly turn to Atty. Levin with great confidence as these issues require action. I was referred to Jon by another attorney that I have known for years. Jon and I have never met personally but we communicated via the phone and emails as both of us reside in different states. I found Jon to be very easy to deal with. He always took the time to explain legal procedures and went over strategies as it related to my case. He assisted me with an Estate settlement involving real estate and probate of a very close relative that I contested. His expertise and experience showed as we settled the estate in a fair manner without having to go to court and pay legal fees that would have diminished the estate considerably. I was introduced to Attorney Widdison in 1996 through a mutual friend. In 2002 I opened a real estate office in West Boylston, MA. I asked John to handle some of the legal details for my firm. The next day he was at my office, documents prepared and everything signed and sent off to the proper agencies. He has handled most of my real estate closings for my family, clients and buyers. I have recommended him to several lenders and we have all been very pleased with his performance, knowledge and ability to get the job done in a timely manner without any delays. He has always kept all parties informed of where we are in the process and on those few occasions where we hit bumps in the road, he has managed to calm the title and still get us to the closing table on time. Recently I asked him to handle my aunts estate. Like the plumber with the stopped up sink, I am an attorney who put off having an estate plan done for a decade or more. I finally decided to engage the law firm of Samuel, Sayward & Baler to do my own estate plan, including Wills, Trusts, Homestead, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care proxies, etc. I will confess that it takes time and was challenging for me. Boyd & Boyd, Centerville, MA, are experts in elder law. We went to one of their free seminars that was advertised in a mailing. We liked what we saw, and there was no pressure. we learned that Probate will cost our heirs 3-5% of our estates. We also learned that only a trust, not a will, avoids probate. Even if a Trust only saved our heirs 3-5% of our estate (although it can do much more), it would be a no-brainer. That alone would far far exceed the cost.
So we worked with Keats Boyd to set up a comprehensive estate plan- Trust, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, Homestead protection, etc. Some of the things that especially impressed us were: 1.
