As with any legal matter, it is likely an emotional matter for those going through it. You don't usually PLAN to hire an attorney but when you do, Lori Keeton is who you need. I had the fortunate/unfortunate need to call Lori due to a business matter that needed a heavy level of expertise. She not only calmed my fears, but she expertly laid out my situation in a way that made it seem way less frightening. On March 12, 2021, a lady ran a red light when the car beside her turned right on red. She was on her phone. I was going through a green light. Needless to say, we crashed in the middle of the intersection. After hitting the front of my car, the impact caused her to spin around and hit my driver's door. That turned my car into a commercial sized van which caused me to t-bone him. Then, the van spun around and hit my passenger's door pushing my car across seven lanes of traffic. This accident totaled my Lexus convertible which was in mint condition. Cars like that with no accidents and low mileage are very difficult to find. I mention that to say, you can get another car. However, you cannot get a new spine. This accident herniated C-4 to C-5 and further damaged C-5 to C-6, also damaged C-7 to C-8. My life came to a screeching halt! Initially, I couldn't move either of my arms. The policeman at the scene had to tell me what happened because I only remembered the van and didn't know what caused the accident. I was going through a green light! On April 12, 2021,
I had neck surgery replacing C-4 to C-6 with two plastic discs, six screws and a plate in my neck.
I am saying all of this to let you know that I have been in five other accidents and never had to have surgery or miss work! After hiring two other law firms which were no help, I was referred to CRLegal Team. They believed in me and worked hard for very little money! One would think that since she ran a red light, this would be a no brainer! No, her insurance company saw me as damaged! How could I prove exactly what this accident caused!?! There weren't any MRIs before this accident, only after! I didn't do anything wrong! I was in the wrong place at the wrong time! The policeman told me that I was the fourth person in an accident at that location. However, I am the first person to survive! I am here for a reason!
CRLegal Team has been a huge blessing! So, anyone out there who has been in an accident and wants honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic, just skip all small firms and others who are headquartered in other states. They want to make a fast 33% and put forth no effort! It bothers me that those other law firms each received a portion of CRLegal Team's fee! They did almost nothing! Thanks to CRLegal Team my medical bills were reduced 75% and I received a check on Christmas Eve. I am grateful for their hard work and highly recommend using them! Don't hesitate, just call now, you won't regret it!

We sincerely hope that you never have to experience being named "Defendant" in a lawsuit based on false, malicious, and meritless accusations. Yes, it does happen...and it happened to us. Had we met Fred Ervin when it all started the lawsuit may never have been filed and if it had been filed it would not have proceeded to the extent to which it did proceed. We are certain that it would have been settled quickly and appropriately. But hind sight is 20/20!
We spent almost a year represented by another attorney defending us in the lawsuit. The lawsuit was out of control and continuing in the wrong direction. We needed to make a change. We needed an EXPERIENCED LITIGATOR. A trustworthy family friend with a great deal of experience in real estate introduced us to Fred Ervin and we realized during our first consult with Fred that he instantly understood the dynamics and legal issues of our lawsuit far better than the lawyer we had been paying to defend us for many months.

I spent 1 year trying to get disability on my own. I was diagnosed with a very rare blood disease that causes severe fatigue & a compromised immune system. I was denied that whole year of 2023. I sold a home in Charlotte and the buyer chose Hoard Law for the closing. So as the seller I allowed Hoard to complete the closing documents on my side as well. That was a HUGE mistake. Closing was delayed by several days because the buyers documents were not sent in a timely manner (maybe not his fault), but it took us as the seller reaching out to him to discover this. He never once let me know of the delay. In addition when the closing actually recorded we were also not notified. It took the buyer's agent reaching out to inform us that closing recorded. And even then it took several hours and several follow up calls before our funds were actually wired. He will no doubt respond to this and claim I am not his client and that this is a false review (like all the other negative reviews he has). But if you are considering Hoard Law I urge you to reconsider

I want to start out most and foremost how the hell can a law firm give a deed to someone before they even wire money to someone's account and then leave me sitting in a motel room for 2 in a half days this Law Firm shouldn't even be in business they are not professional law firm in my book they suck and I would never never never never never never use this company ever again leave me in a motel room for 2 and 1/2 days I have to eat out wash my clothes at a laundromat and then they wire my money to my lawyer and they're $150 short what a poor poor poor sorry ass Law Firm this is I wouldn't use them to represent me in a dog fight and to top it all off we've had three people try to get in touch with this so-called lawyer three people 2 and 1/2 days they will not return no calls no emails I just want to know why they still in business sorry ass company

On June 09, 2018; I was in a car accident on my way to work. To date: I am STILL waiting on a settlement, or information, or an Update as to the status of my claim.!?!? They have done absolutely nothing to keep me in the loop, and each phone call to make an inquiry was initiated by me. Each phone call, I was dismissed and disappointed, and felt as if my case wasn’t important. I called to inquire about the status, and was actually told by an office employee that they were working on a huge case, and that someone would return my call as soon as they were available. Needless to say, that Call was never received, nor returned. On several occasions, I was calling in at least twice a week with updated or new information regarding my case, but was made to feel as if I were a nuisance, and again, calls were never returned. However; I do have to agree, my job has NOT been the most cooperative at providing information to the attorneys, but that IS part of being a hired attorney, that is retrieving that information for the clients claim. I am truly disappointed in my choice in representation, because this was a very easy, open & shut case.
