I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. And besides being an overall exceptional lawyer, he's just as great a person behind the suit; a honest man, a caring father, and a real person. I assure, that this is a real review from a situation that went on years and was finally resolved. And to mention, his brother also helped a family member of mine through a situation some years ago, which is why I was even recommended. Sometimes good people get caught and bad situations, and at those times, you want a lawyer who can see you for who you are, to speak for you when it matters. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. Because of the way they helped me and handle my affairs I will always be grateful to Mr Hark and his staff.

I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. He is the man who is on your case and cares. I didn’t actually believe them until I experienced his personal service and his office service as well as his results. Now I found out from myself. I just want to thank Ciro & his best efforts on my case and I’m glad to say that I am very content, he went above and beyond for our motor vehicle collision. The other party that hit us didn’t have an absolute thing (license, registration, etc. ) but Ciro fought and made sure my mother and I received a decent amount! It was a little wait but that’s to be expected, but he continuously made sure we were fine and grabbed every little information he needed to make sure our process went smoothly. I first met Adam when my son took martial arts lessons at a local school where Adam was the chief instructor. Being a martial artist myself, I could tell that he had a deep understanding of the art he was teaching. I suffered a head injury back in 2013 and was searching for a Attorney, and was referred to Ed Lopez...he handled and settled my case easily and quickly, but unfortunately my wife got injured in 2015 so of course Ed was our first phone call...he handled her case which was a difficult case to say the least as it involved 2 separate injuries but Ed kept us updated and assured us that everything will be fine...we can not say enough and thanks to Ed Lopez we received the best possible outcome that neither my wife or I, had ever expected! Worst experience of my life. Charged me way more then he first said and he did nothing but screw me over and kept postponing my court date because he had more important things to take care of he said. I was fighting to see my son more and had to wait 7 months to get to court bec of him. He Charged me 5000 to do nothing then wanted another 5000 to goto court. He was a horrible horrible laywer. My case was so easy I ended up not going to court with a laywer and i got 50 50 custody and got more then I asked for by myself. Don't waste your money on this guy.

After paying $5000 he made my child support turn from $20 to $800, sent me an email telling me he was trying to contact me for more than a month when clearly the email was working fine and in zoom court he doesn’t know how to present himself professionally. One instance where he was representing me against my ex-wife, the camera was pointed only at his mouth from the nose down. Another instance, he had a picture of Scarface with a machine gun in the background in his office during court. Shop around.

My case has been dragging on for years. Though this may be the way it is in workers comp cases, I feel, at times, that Mr. Jacobs could be a little more aggressive getting things accomplished. That said, he has certainly stood up for my rights and has gotten many things approved. He certainly tries to do what is right, but, the law itself holds him back.

Let me explain very quickly before you look at all the other reviews of lawyers that are out there I'm starting to really understand why people think that they are the scum of the Earth and the games that they play I don't know which is worse insurance companies or law firms but to get to what I'm talking about my case was dropped from a serious car accident and I was uninformed how to adapt and how to work out any problems that were occurring they should have just told me up front that they weren't interested in the case and that my injuries weren't serious enough for them to handle but I had an accident occur and I know people that have had little or no injury at all and it made thousands of dollars so if you want to waste your time with the law firm that will give you the runaround you'll just be talking to assistance and voicemails all day then come here I've had a better time talking to my dog or taking them for a walk and picking up after them after the way I was treated as a no one the coming here instead of handling it like a man and calling me they send me a certified letter in the mail after a year of wasting my freaking time go somewhere else

I have been getting the run around from doctors from day one. I heard that this guy was the best. In short,he does not return phone calls, he is very rude on the phone when he does call. I don't doubt that he's a good lawyer. I'm assuming my case and injuries did not generate enough dollar signs for him to work. Every time I do talk to him, he asks me the same questions ,that I answer again. This means he is not familiar at all with my case. The only reason why I don't go in there and see him face to face...is to avoid conflict escalation...I have legitimate injuries that are not even being treated. I never thought I was going to go through this with the "top lawyer" in jersey.

He overbills for every little thing he does. I found myself with exorbitant bills and very little to show for it. Seemed like nothing was being done on my case to justify it. As someone else said here, very little communication. The work was shoddy in my opinion, just reflecting a general lack of care.

Fiore Bucci only answers your calls until you give him your retainer. After that don't expect a call back or an email. I've left 3 or 4 calls and emails and no answer. And when you do get him on a phone for his lack of responding he charges you for it. I had to get a new lawyer and start over after I paid him close to $1,600 and almost nothing was done. When you do press him to do something, he promises it and days go by and nothing is done. When he says he'll have something for you on a certain day, don't expect him to do what he commits to. I think he is the wrong profession.

My title says it all. Arrogant , lazy, know it all. A complete waste who should just retire. He doesn’t know how to speak to people. He does nothing to help you fight your case. Call here, call there. You get no answers from Rob only boating about himself. His daughter is helpful. This practice in general needs motivation, classing on manners, respect and the law! Rob is useless and I regret retaining him. SSA told me I could have done this myself, to think he gets paid. Hence got SSD by a professional who cared.
