My family and I used Leon on two separate occasions over the last year. We needed to settle a dispute with a contractor and also create a Will. For both, Leon was very attentive throughout the process. He walked us carefully through both and answered any questions we had along the way. Our contractor dispute took a little longer than anticipated, but Leon continued through the entire process and was able to bring it to a close. We would use him again in the future.

In November of 2016 the unthinkable happened, my mom passed away. I had to figure out how to close out her estate equally and efficiently amongst 5 siblings. I found the right attorney with Leon Krolikowski. Leon explained everything to my utmost expectations. All of which helped make a difficult process much easier for me and my family. He gave me step by step instructions as to what accounts needed to be closed, and what new accounts needed to be opened. All of the required paperwork was filed accordingly, and he guided me every step of the way, keeping in contact with me throughout the entire process. His knowledge of Probate laws and his professionalism kept things to a minimum which made closing my mother’s estate much easier to deal with. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently thanks to him. Thank you Leon!

I came to Barry 4 years ago for a work comp case. I had no idea what to do or who to turn to. I had a friend going through the same thing with the same insurance company. My friend referred me to Barry. It has been a very long process, but having Barry on my side and helping me understand the process has helped me so much. Barry helped me get a second opinion from another doctor who said he was able to help me. Barry was also able to get me my temperary disability pay while I was out of work. I know on my own that would not have happened. Like I said it has been a 4 year road in this process but as it sit here today and write this I am pain free and I am able to live a normal life again and I have Barry Moller to thank . My case is still ongoing for now, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and I am thankful to have Barry fighting for me. He has been there to answer my questions and concerns. I have to say his paralegal Denise has been amazing as well. Thank you a thousand times Barry and Denise. I know it's not over yet but what you guys have done so far with my case has helped me be pain free and able to participate in life again.

Attorney Barry Moller is not only a fantastic lawyer but a wonderful person. I have a very difficult and often downright nasty case and I feel so lucky to know that I have Barry and his paralegal Denise always looking out for my well being. I trust them wholeheartedly and I love that we are able to work as a team. I was referred here by another attorney that was well aquatinted with the attorneys at this facility. Long story short I asked for a phone counseltation and Maria said that wasn’t possible because I had to sign paperwork. She than called me “ Mam” I asked her if she just called me “ mam” and she said “ im sorry I thought you said you were a female”. Never once did I say that nor do I sound like a female. Avoid these attorneys at all cost. They shouldn’t have people like Maria representing there company.

I understand they work hard to win. But as far as keeping people informed, they lack in that. You have to contact them, only to hear the same answer over again. When the agreement is signed, it should not take months to recieve it. Such a sad situation when we have waited since 2018. I have lost most of my family since then. They take a chunck of the settlement and make us wait. I have almost begged to get this over. They say on the website that they care...

they have done a great job writing letters making excuses of why they will not pay on the Pradaxa lawsuit I was told TWO YEARS ago settlement was imminent and now another letter saying there will be no resolution until at least 2023 I can only believe that they are incompetent or (more likely) dragging this out to increase their fees and expenses I wouldnt recommend them to defend a parking citation

The man might not be the most personable person but he does know how to handle an extreme situation involving North Carolina and CT. I would recommend any father fighting for his child this attorney.

To be concise, he knows the law and can reiterate it well. He has a strong enough presence in the court room but focuses on things not necessary to the case. While leaving out facts that are pertinent. And having a misogynistic judge sitting on the bench these tactics were not useful in a nasty divorce. Also, I had the feeling after this judge's decision he was swayed to believing the other sides out and out lies. Lies that another judge who did not have a misogynistic character flaw would see through and rule against. Perhaps Mr. Goulden is better under other circumstances but definitely not in cases like mine. He is not good in a tough and messy divorce situation. An attorney in this situation has to play as dirty as the other side.

I think the services of Bertollet law firm are poor beyond comparison. I am a prospective owner of a house .I hired firm for housing transaction and related services, buyer protection based on contract etc. During the process I had faced issues with some terms in the contract and seek help from Attorney Bertollete. As such reaching them and getting a response a question of luck . Luckily when I did get a response , I was told " We don't provide such services. We can not defend you on legal grounds for contract related issues. We just come in during closing". So we did not contact the firm for any further issues. We set a closing date 1 month in advance and informed Attorney Bertollete. 1 week before Becky comes and tells me the attorney is not available and we should move our closing. So not only do I not get any meaningful service from the firm , but I also face inconveniences and problem purely developed and caused by Bertolette Law firm. Ridiculous! In short the service could be described as unprofessional, unreliable and meaningless!

Manny and his firm took my wrongful termination case. The amount of time and diligence he took for my case was second to none. You need an attorney who specializes in this type of work and Manny certainly knows how to litigate these difficult cases. I had an unfortunate accident while at work. My employer had told me that they would take care of all of my bills regarding the accident. After about a week, I start receiving calls with regards to information needed to bill my employer. I began to reach out to obtain the information from my employer, at which time they began ignoring my calls. I reached out the Attorney Goodstein and with in 48 hours of that initial call he began getting things in motion. He was always available and worked not only to get all my medical bills paid but also got me a settlement more that I expected. Attorney Goodstein was always personable and prioritized me and my case. To speak even more to his professionalism, my whole case he and I only ever spoke via phone or email because it was convenient for me! The previous post on here was unfortunately made by my mother. I want to sincerely apologize to Atty Goodstein about what was written about him. I can't speak to why my mother would say the things she has but I can speak to my experiences. Greg is a kind and caring guy. He is welcoming and caring especially after what was a traumatic accident for my family and I. Whenever I reach out to him I receive a call, email or text within the same day. Never more than 24 hours. If I ever have a question I can reach out. Its very easy to post bad reviews these days. It's not fair to do it on things that are not true. This office was very much unprofessional when I first contacted them. They stated that they were able to help me. They spent 60 days trying to obtain video footage, which they never was able to obtain then they told me that they couldn’t take on my case because they don’t take accident cases when this case was due to a car accident, so there’s something going on and they’re protecting people that they shouldn’t or they genuinely did not want to help but they were very unprofessional about it and they spent four months before they told me that they weren’t able to take my case when I could’ve just found another lawyer four months ago.

I was able to have my surgery and eventually get back to work. Eventually we were able to resolve my claim at a fair and reasonable value. at no time did I believe that Attorney walker was in it for the money. There is something to be said about an Attorney who fights for you. Attorney Walker did it and more. I would recommend him to anyone that has a claim.

I met with attorney walker back in January 2019 after being referred to him from the Connecticut workers comp commissioner's office where attorney walker recently retired after serving as commissioner for 30 years Attorney Walker presented himself as a caring and compassionate attorney so i retained him to represent me in work place injury claim because the insurance company started playing games with weekly partial disability payments unfortunately what i thought attorney walker could straighten out unfortunately continued I'd leave voice messages only to get no response I'd speak with his secretary Gail who makes claims she'll look into my concerns but like her boss never get back to you i began sending emails to have a "communication" trail but response back if you got a response could take days i had two commissioners hearings and each time it was attorney walkers partners On April 24 2019 there was a stipulation hearing regarding a settlement i received a letter from attorney walkers secretary Karen saying i didn't have to attend i left attorney walker a voice mail asking him to verify that i didn't need to attend the 8am April 24th hearing and as usual no response from attorney walker then the morning of the 24th at 8:45am i get a call from Secretary Gail asking where was i Thanks to the commissioner for allowing me to participate via telephone only to find out that a form a key part of the settlement had been misplaced by attorney walkers office causing a delay in the commissioner signing off on. The agreement causing me to have to find and pay for a neighbor to drive me from Manchester to Bloomfield to resign the document i originally signed on April 4th 2019 Now i have no medical treatment no income no settlement check for the next 20 days (May 22nd) and i was lead to believe by attorney walkers secretary Gail that the check was being sent out on April 25th and i could expect to receive the net proceeds on April 30th which came and went without any payment other than now they have 20 days putting it back to May 22nd with no income no treatment no money for food I gave attorney walker 1 star rating and that was me being generous

As a recent widow in my 70's I had very little experience dealing with contractors. When I needed a contractor to replace a boiler I hired someone who professed to have knowledge of this type of work. Unfortunately he took advantage of my circumstance and was not knowledgeable at all. A simple job took weeks. I paid him in full thinking the job was done correctly. I had to hire a new contractor to replace the unit that was only a year old and installed incorrectly. I contacted Patty who advised me I had been subjected to elder abuse and she took the ball from there and was able to get me reimbursed for what I paid. I will be forever grateful. Linda
