David, and Marica were with me throughout the process. From days after I got injured until the last day of our Mediation. Both would check in often as we reached each new step. I was in a severe motor vehicle accident. Initially I was working with a family attorney to recover damages, and due to conflicting views I needed to find new representation. Than I found Tony! I felt we were more on the same page about how I wanted my case to continue. I had been through a lot physically with multiple broken bones and life lasting damages. I didn't want to settle for just a low offer because my damages were substantial but I also wanted a resolution so I could move forward with my life. When I met Tony I told him this and he genuinely seemed to care and understood my position of how I had been through a lot and just wanted a fair deal so I could move forward with my life. Within days/weeks of signing up with Tony Olson I was getting the communication and updates I wanted. I felt that my case was being push to the top of the defense teams pile. After a few months went by I'm glad to say both sides were able to come to an agreement. It was more than fair and even more than I could have asked for! After my injury I desperately sought a way to deal directly with my employer and hoped the situation wouldn't end up in litigation, however after realizing that a fair end was not feasible I was so glad to find Siobhan. She walked me through the steps and helped me to stay calm and focused on the importance of a fair and honest settlement. After trying to deal with the work comp company on my own, I was referred to Jennifer and I am grateful that I called her. She took control of the situation and got things moving forward. She did an excellent job and even though the situation was tense at times, we were still able to have a good time working through all of the issues. Jennifer stayed on top of everything and explained things thoroughly along the way. She answered all my questions and always took the time to talk to me or she called me back if she was unavailable. Ryan represented our business in a case where we were named as Third Party Defendants. He was successful in proving we had done nothing wrong and all claims against our business were released.
Ryan also went on to file a counter suit in which our business was able to recover our legal fees regarding the lawsuit.

Muldoon Attorney who didn't give in and who didn't give up he kept me informed on the statues and laws he would contact me when he heard from the individual we were suing not only would he ask me what I felt about the case but he was interested in my health how I was feeling and asked me about my job my issues that were going on such as if I had a problem at work or if I was having something going on at home asked me how the day was such as weather asked me how my family was doing when he had found out about my father he was concerned when I lost my job from papa johns. I've had work related injuries and I went to Chris Fry with O'Connor and Thomas, and all I had to do was tell Chris my situation and he did the rest. Keeping the lines of communication open between what was happening enabled Chris to get the most out of my claim. Due to misfortune incidents, I've other claims to be had, and I do what I need to do and Chris does what he needs to do. I highly recommend him to entrust what you're entitled to!

Chris assisted me with an accident in which I was struck by a car on a bicycle and settled with multiple insurance companies. He was referred to my family while I was still unconscious at the University Of Iowa hospitals, and had a specific plan of action in place by the time I finally met him 5 weeks later. Chris was patient and answered any question presented. Chris made a meticulous effort to keep me updated on the progress of the settlements and mailed me pertinent paperwork on a timely basis. At times, his office would be working with my insurance company and the responsible party's insurance company, multiple medical agencies with regards to billing, law enforcement, and my employer all at the same time. He was punctual, professional, consistent with time frames, and showed a deep understanding of the law. The experience was made most enjoyable because Chris brought a caring personality. Yes, lawyers are like anyone else employed in that they make money for services rendered. However, Chris once told me that he simply "likes to help people". He helped me in more ways than he can imagine, and I am forever thankful and grateful for his enduring work and friendship that developed. I have only good things to say about Eric Bigley. He made helpful suggestions regarding filing a long term disability claim with my company, and was quick to return phone calls when I had follow up questions. He is a really good listener, and was able to pull out pertinent and key points from what I had said. He also gave me a very realistic view of outcomes in another direction, which I felt averted a lot of unnecessary work on my part with not much payoff. Instead, the direction he suggested was fruitful. I am very grateful to him, and will retain him without question if needed in the future.

I had been fighting for my disability alone for many years when the government denied me time and time again. When i decided to hire Eric Bigley from Hoefer Law Firm to help me win my benefit. While the process took a very long time ( no thanks to the government stalling) we finally won my case. I hired Brian for my Social Security disability case several years ago. Fro. The first consultation onward, Brian was truthful, patient and listened to my concerns and wishes as well as those of my wife. As with all other SS disability cases, it took longer than anyone wanted but Brian always communicated to us regularly which was especially important after we moved.
I would certainly recommend Mr. Yung and would go back to him should the need arises.

In my case he was against a multibillion dollar conglomerates' law firm and not only got me the money I deserved but went beyond my expectations, gaining me 70 thousand more than I hoped for. Jim has been a lawyer since the early 1990's and is always continually staying up to date with the ever-changing laws and is a graduate and master’s graduate from the Keenan Trial Institute out of Atlanta, Georgia. As of 2020, Jim is a member of the faculty teaching Trial College courses for KTI.
