Bill recently helped me through a Workers Comp case. He was extremely communicative, and as I struggled to understand the different elements involved in Workers Comp, he was reassuring and supportive. He never failed to answer any phone call or email, he demonstrated dedication to the specifics of my case with efficiency and concern for a good outcome. He also gave periodic updates as to how things were progressing at multiple points throughout the five months he represented me. His experience in this area of law is very helpful, as he was able to draw upon past experiences to guide us in the right direction. When you're going through a difficult case, and you add to that the Workers Comp piece, you want someone who communicates. Bill did, in spades. I was rear ended in an accident by a vehicle that had no valid insurance and Mr. Bergman came highly recommended by a friend who was a prior client. This was not my first rodeo being in a motor vehicle accident my first experience being injured and represented. Mr. Bergman and his team were so helpful in explaining my rights, referring me to great doctors, and answering any questions I had along the way during my case. Thanks to the great medical team that was recommend by Mr. B I was lucky to fully recover from my injuries and get a great settlement from the insurance company at the end of my case. I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries. I was recommend to Scott because he has represented my family members and immediately he referred me to the best network of doctors that he works with to take care of me. I ended up having surgery to fix my right knee and if it wasn’t for Mr. Bergman and the doctors advocating for my care and case, I wouldn’t have received the settlement I got. Allstate was putting up a HUGE fight not wanting to settle my case without reviewing all my documents even though I had a case worth greater than the limits of their policy. Mr. Bergman put Allstate in their place and got every penny available that was on the table. The money that I have gained from this experience is blood money and doesn’t begin to cover the pain and suffering that my family and I have suffered but it does help reset for lost time. I want to also share a story about my best friend that died a year and half prior to my accident, who got t-boned, said he was fine, and then the following day died because he had a hemorrhage in his brain. Please, whoever is reading this, if you have been in even the smallest of accidents, GET CHECKED OUT BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, you never know. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his team, they fight for EVERYTHING!

I got t-boned one morning on my way to work when someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and I found myself being a victim of a car accident for the second time, my first experience I took no action, and I do regret that. Attorney Rodabaugh explained to me (in a way that I could understand), the process when it came to my claim. In my almost 30 years of working, I'd never had to deal with a Workers comp claim. I was overwhelmed as well as dealing with my injury. I don't drive and he was willing to meet with me at the local library to review the process. Having someone there to help me go through this process, helped with some of the anxiety of not only what was going on with this case but also the fact of dealing with a medical issue in my family. Attorney Rodabaugh was able to get the hearing moved because I wouldn't have been able to go through the hearing in the current state I was in.

I was referred to Mr. Turnbull not long ago and he represented me in a crunch when I was being charged with misdemeanors and a bogus felony trumped charge. Throughout the whole process I was nervous but I never failed to lose trust in him down to my final indictment hearing which resulted in my charges being suspended. Tracey was the only person who got my husband help when he was left to sit/sleep in a lazyboy waiting for workmans comp surgery for his back pain and herniated disc for 3 months. After battling Workers Comp for over a year I threw my hands up and said I cant do this on my own. Tracey was referred to me by a co-worker. After a personal one-on-one meeting with Tracey I knew she would be the advocate I needed to guide me through the complicated Workers Comp red tape. Tracey has been wonderful as my advocate for this case. Every time Tracey is called, usually because the Workers Comp Adjuster thinks they're God, she is right there to help me. On days when Tracey has had other obligations she will promptly return any calls that I made to her. Even after almost two years of battling Workers Comp Tracey has never given up or put me on the back burner. I put my family and career at risk when I got arrested for a DUI. Based on a word of mouth referral, I contacted Mr. Grace. He really put my mind at ease. I have used this attorney for my divorce and for a job misconduct issue. Always knew his job and related issues in court. Very smart and has a very quick sence of changing the tides on opposing counsel. Well worth the money. I usually dont recommend lawyers to anyone because as a police officer, they are the enemy. After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable. I called many different law firms and they would not take my case.
