If I could give zero stars I would, I don't know about the other attorneys at this law firm, Mr. David Daneman get another attorney before allowing Mr. Daneman to handle your case, all about money, very unethical, dont listen to his clients, to busy trying to get paid from everyone involved in your case. Maryland is so Corrupt, the attorneys has jumped on the band wagon. Mr. Daneman Will show you empathy and compassion don't fall for it. Make sure anything Mr. Daneman discuss with you over phone, make sure he follow up with an email of your conversation.

I had a very unfortunate traffic incident several years ago in the state of Maryland. As a result, my Pennsylvania driver’s license was suspended. I had tried several other avenues to get this resolved before finding the Killian Law Firm. Each one led to either a dead end or being treated/spoken to with such disrespect and arrogance that I had almost given up on ever getting this resolved. Then I found this wonderful firm. Not only were they willing to work with me on a payment plan, but AT NO TIME did the treat me as anything other than someone who simply needed help and guidance. Their communication was quick and thorough. And their handling of my case before the Maryland Courts was exemplary. I literally cried when they called to inform me that my matter was handled. I don't think they told me the truth one time during my entire case. After my case is over and I received almost No medical treatment and almost no money, now I am talking to other attorneys. They are all telling me Seigel and Rouhana scammed me and lied to me. If only I had called other attorneys earlier, everything would be different. Do not fall for Seigel and Rouhana's lies. They want to get you as little money as possible. All of their clients say they have been taken advantage of but they don't find out until it's too late. They have a class action being filed against them soon by their former clients. They are thieves.

If I could give him NEGATIVE stars I would.
First off, he made a mistake on my settlement and blamed the other people. Afterwards, his communication skills continued to get worse cause HE KNEW He made a mistake. I HAD TO CALL AND ASK MULTIPLE times on an update!
After he failed on the first settlement, he went back for another. That failed!!! I continued to ask what is the status of my case. I continued to get strung along my Dan.
In July 2024 I was told he would go to the hearing and have my settlement in a month(after I was told multiple things different times). It is now August 13th(today), I and Dan have went our separate ways. Not only was my hearing pushed back to OCTOBER.... But I had to call and find out. Went to the office ltr that day to pick up my case work. He said my girlfriend had made a threat, I asked what it was. HE WAS UNABLE TO TELL ME HOW OR WHAT THE TREAT WAS. Upon me leaving the office, DAN Wanted to say more things as he was walking away. I ASK "WOULD YOU LIKE TO STEP OUTSIDE AND TALK"(no need to walk away we when can talk face to face or step out away from others if it's something you can't or don't want to say in front of people). He got HOT & wanted to act big and bad in front of his team. But walked off saying to call the COPS.
1. Lies when he makes mistakes.
2. Tried to cover it up and blame the other party.
3. HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL communication.
4. Will catch an attitude if he is wrong and you ask questions.
5. Tries to over talk you in a conversation to get his point across to make you feel like you are wrong.
6. Acts as if you are the problem if you challenge him on his word or work.

I have used this attorney for my divorce and for a job misconduct issue. Always knew his job and related issues in court. After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable.
I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. I've been fortunate to have Doug as my attorney since 2002, through various on-the-job injuries. Worker's compensation can be a confusing and intimidating beast, especially when the employer is a county government that does not care in the least for its public safety employees. It took me a bunch of phone calls and horrible consultations before finding Ms. Jones to handle my worker's compensation case. I live in a smaller town where almost all of the attorneys who will talk to me about a work comp claim will set up a meeting for a lawyer who is in Baltimore in their office. The local lawyers don't take these cases, except this firm. I think they are the only ones who actually handle the work comp cases without shopping it out to another lawyer in the city. Not only did I get local service they are good lawyers too who handle a lot of different stuff.

Our Son had two Title IX Complaints filed against him with the University of Maryland from another Student. As a Family we disagreed with the Complaint. We hired Ron and he assisted our family and represented us in the proceedings against him by the UMD Conduct Offices. The Charges filed were of a serious nature and could have lead to an expulsion from the College and would negatively effect his academic and professional career for his future.
