Where do I even begin? Anders Blewett took my case when no one else would! I suffered an injury in the mountains. He took time to call, listen, and found a solution that I didn't even know was possible. In 2015 while on duty I was involved and injured in an auto accident which I was not at fault. Within days of my accident I began hurting with neck pain. After filing the proper paperwork for my claim I Immediately contacted Everett Law Firm and explained my situation. Mr. Bernard Everett and his professional staff accepted my case during my Free Initial Consultation. Everett Law fought for my rights and medical treatment when work comp denied me my work comp benefits. Mr Everett got all my benefits reinstated and without Mr Everett I’m not sure what the outcome would have been. I think that at some point in their life, everyone needs some type of expert legal counsel. That time came for me when a trusted friend defaulted on a loan for which I had co-signed. I made a genuine effort to pay what was owed, but unfortunately a third party purchased the debt and I was left owing many times more than the primary lender had originally agreed to settle upon. Acting on the recommendation of a business associate, I contacted Mr. Gerstner for legal counsel to discuss my options for settling this matter. Upon meeting with him for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the level of detail/interest that Mr. Gerstner took in collecting the information needed to pursue my possible courses of action. He researched my case thoroughly before ever sitting down with me to discuss my settlement options. When we did meet for the second time, Mr. Gerstner was well prepared for the conversation and explained to me my rights in addition to those of the plaintiff. He didn't "sugar coat" anything, but was compassionate in suggesting how my case might best be resolved. I couldn't have been more pleased with this lawyer or the outcome of my case. Mr. Gerstner worked countless hours in preparing my proposal in a fashion that was acceptable to both parties. Mr. Gerstner's fees are very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring legal assistance in any of his various areas of expertise.

I had several meetings with Kraig discussing the merit of pursuing a personal injury claim due to a rear end collision I was unfortunately involved
in.
Kraig was super patient with me explaining the process with the at fault insurance company.He was very candid about was it in my best interest to hire him, or not, he continued on to give me some very helpful free legal advice ,I even offered to pay for his time, but he declined.
I found Kraig to be a genuine individual .
I would not hesitate a moment to refer him to family or friends!

How refreshing. We had a ton of questions for a Workman's Comp/Retirement issue and only had one day in which to make our decision. We called Kraig late in the day on a Thursday afternoon and he was beyond patient with us plus took the time to explain everything in great detail. He explained that in our particular case we probably wouldn't come out ahead to hire him, but did give us tips on how to negotiate ourselves with Workman's Comp. Who does that? He did not try to up sell us, sign us or give us grandiose expectations, simply straight talked and gave us our best options. Thank you Kraig. We choose your law firm at random from internet listings but will recommend and choose your law firm in the future because of your compassion and the professional interaction we had with you. My husband even commented how nice it was you didn't seem like you were trying to get rid of us once it was determined we weren't hiring you. It is really stressful trying to figure all the Social Security, Retirement, Workman's Comp, etc. for a lay person; you answered all our questions and then some plus eased our minds that we were making the right decision. Highly recommend.

I spoke with him about laws pertaining to workman comp. and my rights on getting 2nd opinions. Whether a job can place me on comp. due to Dr. Restrictions after still doing the same job for 9 months. He was very friendly and helpful in the many steps I could take.. There was no pressure to hire him during the consultation and tells you up front his charges if you do. Would recommend him to friends and family and I am keeping his card in case I need him again.

My husband died last year. He handled all our insurance policies. I was sure he told me that if we had an accident and our car had to be fixed, that our policy paid for a rental car for us to drive while the repairs were being done. I ran the car off the road so I wouldn't hit a deer and did quite a bit of damage. When my agent told me I was not covered for a rental car and would have to pay almost $1000 for the car rental I couldn't believe it. I called Bulman Law for help. Thomas Bulman asked me to bring the policy down to his office so he could read it. He read it, called the insurance company and pointed out the coverage was paid for and that he would file a complaint with the Montana State Insurance Commissioner if they didn't immediately give me my rental car. I had my rental car by the end of the day. There was no charge for his consultation and help. Thanks so much!

I called Bulman Law. I was connected to Thomas Bulman about my legal question. I gave some info of why I was calling. He immediately became annoyed saying it wasn't worth pursing; it did not pay out enough. Instead of saying he wasn't interested and ending the call, he proceeded to insult, demean and personally attack me making inappropriate and unprofessional comments. I complained to his partners. One apologized but Bulman sent a email response proving he's unprofessional. Call log of my call to him at his office "disappeared" but I have the call record on my phone.

He did not interview witnesses; he did not keep us informed; he missed court deadlines and court hearings. This was a very serious personal injury and he messed it up; and it has been very, very difficult to remedy. It has been devastating for us. We spoke to another person who had hired him for a very serious injury, and he messed that case up, as well. He has been before the Commission on Practice twice that I know of, but he is still practicing law. Maybe I can save an unknowing seriously-injured person from going through what we did. He may be okay with other areas of practice, but not for personal injury cases.
