I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

They were there for me every step of the way, guiding me when I didn’t know what to do and answering my questions pretty much anytime—day or night. They worked hard to get me the best results possible and even reduced some of their fees to help me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

3 years ago my son and I were involved in a car accident. My son’s grandfather referred me to Lupetin & Unatin for representation for the accident. His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Mr. Garibian and his team are true professionals. I had a previous employer contract come back to haunt me and needed some help. I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

Bait and switch. We spoke to Brennan one time in the beginning. He talked a good game like he was going to fight for us. Once he received our money , we never heard from him again. We were pushed onto another attorney who had a nonchalant attitude. We pleaded and expressed our concerns about our case and still there was no compassion. Not once did I feel like our attorney was for us or cared. Needless to say we are completely dissatisfied with how our case was handled. $7500 in the trash. I would not recommend this firm or van der veen, hartshorn and levin law firm to anyone.

Carl J. D'Adamo, also known as CJ, is a tenacious attorney who fought to ensure that I would receive the highest possible compensation for my injuries. I was injured in an car accident in Philadelphia, PA and suffered significant injuries. Louis handled an employment law case for me in 2005. With this being my first time requiring legal services I was quite apprehensive of the whole process.
I found Louis to be an excellent listener and communicator. He was both compassionate and passionate in addressing my complaint and issues and arriving at a successful conclusion to my situation. Louis was knowledgeable in my area of need and always seemed to have the time to answer my questions as they arose. His professionalism and attention provided a good amount of comfort in an otherwise stressful situation.
Subsequent to successfully solving my case, I had an occasion to need a legal opinion involving a totally unrelated matter and Lou took my call and answered my question promptly.
Overall, just a generally good person and good attorney to work with. I would definitely use Lou or his firm in the future.

Attorney Dixon was the consummate professional. I had two cases with Attorney Dixon, a workers compensation case and an injury case. I have been a blue collar worker for over 30 years. I was treated unfairly after some on the job injury issues and Attorney Dixon helped me get my medical bills and workers compensation benefits set straight. A friend recommended attorney Himes after I received a custody modification in the mail. I was sick to my stomach about going to court and didn't know what to do. I went in to see attorney Himes for a consult so I could be more informed about the process and my rights. Attoney Himes let me know that first I would have a mediation. Attoney Himes told me that if I didn't not agree with what what must child'support father was asking for to not agree and request a hearing. He told me to not feel pressed to agree even if it's one day. He looked through all the documents I provided him and was confident that I had enough document to keep the current agreement in place. He offered to come with me to the mediation but let me know that it was not necessary. He suggested that I save my money and use it toward retaining him if my case were to go to trail. He was very knowledgeable about custody court. He told me that if I were to agree to any modification during mediation then I would not be able to use any of my documentation in the future. I ended up requesting for my case to go to trail (the mediator was very pushy for me to just agree to 50/50). Attorney Himes represented me. He answered all my questions. He got back to me in a timely manner. He spent his time with me so that I felt comfortable (he wasn't just milking the clock). He didnt make me any promises. He actually told me "the judge could decide to agree to give him 50/50 or a few more overnight but he's not a bad guy he just has some growing up to do". He made sure the judge knew all my concerns. I ended up winning my case but even if I hadn't I would still recommend Attoney Himes. He always had my child's best interest at heart which is exactly what I wanted!
