My experience with this law firm has been one of unprofessionalism and negligence. My uncle, the executor, hired Mette law after my father died as one of the people in the firm was a neighbor and fellow church goer with my father. They asked for a $5000 retainer to handle the probate process of my father's estate and then proceeded to sit on their hands for the next 3 months. In the meeting that we had in August they outlined what they were going to do in terms of handling all the bills, getting all the mail redirected to their office, and to set up the estate checking account to handle said bills. So far, none of this has been done. I sent multiple emails asking them when things are going to get done and most of the time they do not answer me. When they do answer me or my uncle, they just say that this process takes time; but they have not done anything that I can see. My uncle calls and no one is there to take his call when he talks to the secretary. Mail is piling up in the foyer according to the real estate people when showing the house, I get termination letters for the bills such as home insurance and electricity and then we frantically have to pay it ourselves even though there is money in my dad's checking account to handle the bills. So they took our money and then have not done anything to earn that money. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

The cost was reasonable and they even offered methods of phased payments as well as levels of legal pursuit & actions I could pursue on my own for cost savings I felt fully informed of the various paths to move forward for the best chance of success. Contacted Mr Dryden, via his cell phone. Spoke directly to him he asked that I text him my basic info and I did. That was six days ago. I’ve heard nothing from him since and received no mail or email from his firm Willig Williams and Davidson. I reached out via text and email yesterday and 24 hours later...... crickets. I’m a Police Officer inured on duty, I can’t recommend someone who won’t even return a call or email.

Mike Dryden is the hardest working attorney Ive ever had the privilege to know. He handled my complicated Workman's Compensation case against Red Cross who didn't believe they should be held accountable for my injuries that resulted in not one but two spinal surgeries.

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was going to file bankruptcy and was told I had to pay them $1,500 upfront, that was fine and I paid. I had other things come up that were not so good so I did tell them to hold off on processing papers. At this time nothing was done on their end, all I did was send papers in and they received them. I decided to not file for bankruptcy at this time. I reached out to them and let them know that and the first thing I was told was “no problem we will refund your money back”.. It has been over 4 months and i still have not received anything. I’ve called multiple times, I either cannot get ahold of anyone and nobody calls me back or I do get ahold of someone and they tell me they will find out what is going on but never do. I am disabled and have been waiting for my money back for months I think that is a ridiculous way to run a business you are supposed to have trust in. My advice is if you are going through hardships, and or need to file for bankruptcy please put your trust elsewhere!!!!
