I am a retired police officer, who sustained a serious life changing injury while on duty. After the injury, I tried to go through the workers compensation process on my own. That was a huge mistake and the flawed methods of the workers comp system just wore me down. Instead of giving up, I met with Doug Moreno. Ryan is a good attorney! He took over my husband's case from one of the worst hippie slob attorneys we've ever met. It took a while to settle the case, but those who understand workers' comp and the ever changing laws in California will understand it takes a good amount of time until the case can be settled. There's a lot of back-n-forth between quite a few entities involved, and a lot of the time, the defense drags it out. Ryan was easy to work with and talk with and kept us in the loop the entire way. He's also very knowledgeable regarding the ever changing California workers' comp laws, who the good doctors and specialist are, and other issues you will have to deal with throughout the journey. I've worked in the workers' comp field with quite a few attorneys, and I would hire Ryan again in a heartbeat.

Trust me when I say there is no better attorney. Dan was recommended to me by another attorney for a rather complicated case with Social Security. When I spoke to Dan over the phone, he explained the process thoroughly and was very patient with me when I had questions. As a resident of San Francisco, I have an array of attorneys to choose from, especially in the Bay Area, and out of all the ones I spoke to (there were several), Dan was the best one for the job. Dan is definitely worth the commute to his Sacramento office.
Appealing to Social Security is a tedious and stressful process, and Dan handled my case with the utmost care. He's extremely knowledgeable and was clear-cut at explaining the process to me where I could understand it plainly. It took roughly over one year to hear back from Social Security, but Dan would check in with me periodically to reassure me he's on top of things, and that we're just waiting to hear back from Social Security. Dan is incredibly intelligent and is skilled with these proceedings. He was very calm throughout the process and explained to me in detail what’s to be expected, and ultimately won my case.
