Well I got injured at work it took almost 3 months to get any compensation from the company and I wasn't getting anywhere so I had to call an attorney.I gave the law Brothers a shot I told him my situation and Elias said he can help me with my case. this place deserve -0 ratings. It’s better to admit this law firm is laughable because they provided such horrendous service, unfair, thirsty, ineffective work, good for nothing job to me and my mom. We I found this place through a friend and I wished I was more picky because with the amount of money I spent 50k + I would think I got help, fairness, respect, understanding & support from them. I did NOT get HELP from neither Mr. Ahga & Ms. Ingae shame on you both for thriving to not help me and my mom in those hard times. Good job you did the total opposite of what your job is intended to do. Injae in the worst in this field because she was not beneficial, offered my mom no assistance with really little as understanding the whole case she just wanted to move along money this and money that…. Very money hungry. She did not care about clients needs and sure does not respect them. Ms.injae tried to kick my husband out of one of our meetings .. mind you we already spent 20k+ We’re frustrated/disappointed at the same time because we see that we’re not going anywhere with this case. It kept getting worst and we kept losing money. My husband spoke out about all they cared about was the money. SPOKE NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH! We felt some type of way but still wanted to work with them but ms. Injae’s attitude and behavior made us uncomfortable because she felt like it was fine to move on with the case without my mother really understanding + demanded a few thousands to continue case Like what? You’re working for her!!!!!! Why would you keep moving forward when your client is telling you she doesn’t understand can’t move that fast with info given. Give her time and explain to her but that wasn’t the case .. ms. Injae lashed out and told my man to get out if he doesn’t calm down. Very unprofessional and I wish I would of ended the case right there. She was lucky she didn’t go any further because that would of been the end of her meal ticket. These people are independable, unrealistic, unprofessional, rude, money hoarding, unpleasant law firm & worst kind of people to go to if you’re looking for help. And Mr. Ahga is the main character hiding and making sure he gets money from us. Shame and pitiful.
At the end of the day, my case is over and that’s all that matters I regret ever using there service because it was so horrific. This place, I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family because they didn’t do there diligence at all. From now on I know better and will always tell people to skip this place of business. I put this review up to warn/save anyone that is thinking about using them.

As soon as I hired Michael, things started to move forward with my workers comp case. He found me two doctors, got me an MRI -first imagining done on me since accident! -, got me 24/7 caregiving, a walker and a wheelchair, and, above all, got my case moving forward until settlement. I originally hired the hack lawyers Beach Cities Legal. After six months of my claim being denied and complete lack of care I fired them and hired Mr Rott. Quickly my claim was accepted and I got the medical attention I needed.
I had Mr Rotts cell phone number and he always answered my calls. He attended most of my Dr appointments and was very active in my care.
I never saw the inside of a courtroom.
He brought me from being denied to a $2.5 million settlement.
I can’t recommend him and his staff enough.

I was referred to Bill by another attorney that my brother in law was using at the time while being in Northern California and dealing with a out of state attorney that i fired. When Bill picked up the pieces he moved swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way if i had questions he would answer them in a timely manner. I was injured because of the negligence of the company I worked for. And since there are laws protecting the employer and not necessarily the employee, Jonathan never sugar coated anything, he gave it to me blatant and honest, and I appreciated that!! The company I worked for was not forthright, they did not return phone calls, and they drug this thing out a lot longer than need be. But Jonathan never gave up, he always returned my phone calls, and he made me feel like I mattered! He was so up front during my consultation, I ended up getting the exact amount he said my case was worth. If I could give Jonathan more than 5 stars I would. Mr. Golchin was my lawyer for a case which a careless driver passed the red light at a intersection and hit my car so badly. My car was totaled and I was screened by the emergency. Unfortunately, the other driver did not acknowledge her fault, initially. But becasue of high endeavors, efforts, and consistency of Mr. Golchin, the other driver's insurance take the responsibility of the accident and paid the maximum available amount for my medical expenses and etc.
Mr Golchin is available almost 24/7 for answering your concerns and providing you with the helpful advice. He replies all the emails promptly. All the paperwork were done remotely (online) and there was no need to meet him in person. In 2014, when I was stranded in Tijuana, MX after escaping political persecution in my home country (long story), I frantically looked for an immigration attorney to seek asylum in the US. I shot off emails to several SD attorneys, asking them questions the answers to which I already knew to gauge their: 1) responsiveness and 2) expertise.
You'd be surprised how often lawyers provide the wrong answers even during the first consultation. No way I'm paying a single cent to any lawyer who doesn't know the law.
It turned out that Mr Golchin was the only who responded promptly AND correctly. Not only that, he PERSONALLY TRAVELED DOWN TO MEXICO just to meet me, and this was before I even retained him. That just goes to show his sheer dedication and willingness to go the extra mile in performing his duties. He left an extremely positive impression so I retained him.
When I was in immigration detention, he worked tirelessly to liaise with ICE officers to get me released ASAP and also visited me personally. With his assistance, I was finally paroled into the US. When the time came to file for a work permit and to file for asylum (I-589), Mr Golchin prepared the necessary form and documents conscientiously and accurately so as to prevent unnecessary delays.
When I had to defend my case in court in Los Angeles, Mr Golchin traveled more than a handful of times to my city to represent me in court. Though not a loud/flamboyant lawyer, he knows the law extremely well, he makes a huge effort to acquaint himself with the facts of your case, and when arguing he adopts a deliberate, collected, yet persuasive tone to convince the immigration judge of his position. Mr Golchin and I have always prepared through Skype conferences or personal meetings right before any court appearance.
Most importantly, Mr Golchin won my case for me (I'm finally a US asylee) at first instance, and the government attorney had also promised not to appeal the decision. I think, after all said and done, this is the most important point. I wouldn't be singing praises if my case had to go to appeal. I've also always felt comfortable consulting Mr Golchin on not only immigration matters but also other legal matters. He has been of assistance to me in legal matters beyond immigration.
In short, I'd highly recommend Mr Golchin for your immigration-related matters. He's the perfect combination of legal expertise and also genuine care and attentiveness for his clients.

I met with Matt after wc insurance company would not make a decision regarding claim. I made my decision to retain him within 10 minutes after meeting him. Mr. Brody was my third work/comp attorney. I don't recall who recommended him to me, but I'm sure glad they did. The pain of my injury was severe for many years and long term pain leads to a whole cascade of other medical issues. The first two attorneys were essentially worthless, letting me flounder for years, never following up on things, not returning my calls, not letting me know what was going on, what my options were, not making sure I was getting the proper medical treatment, not even listening to me. Mr. Brody was and is the opposite of all of that. By the time we met my case was a long, large, complicated mess. Most days I could barely even think and my mother, then in her 80s, did most of the driving. He listened to me and he explains things patiently, even if he has to do it over and over, which he had to because of my pain level, all the meds I was on and even because I was just worn out and depressed. I also lucked into an excellent doctor, after seeing many who didn't even believe I was in pain, and between the two of them they fought for me. It was over 11 years before my evil work/comp company finally relented and allowed me to get an intrathecal pump for the pain and I know Mr. Brody was a huge part of that. After the pain was at a livable, but not workable, level (meaning I still can't work,) I just wanted to be done with it and settle. I was physically and emotionally exhausted. He wouldn't let me. He kept saying, "I think we can get more money." He wasn't saying this because he wanted more money, he was saying that because he knew better than I did that I would need it. Six and a half more years later, the settlement amount was definitely more, and I'm so glad he wouldn't let me quit because even with the three times what I was willing to settle for, I now see it still wasn't enough. My case was over 17 years long before we settled. So thank God he fought some more. Over five years later I had some glitch with Social Security and they wanted numbers and dates that I just didn't have and couldn't remember. I called Mr. Brody's office, hoping he hadn't retired, for the info. I left a message and he returned my call less than 24 hours later. I faxed him some info from Social Security and just hours after that he calls me back with the information I needed. If you have a work related injury, call this man. You can't do any better. He will fight for you and he truly cares, as well.

My case has been a real mind twister of doctors attorney's and very challenging medical problems related to my injury after fall thru an opening on a new constructed office building here in San Diego caused from a poor call, get back to work after a rainy morning on slippery decking. Gerald has stayed weekend going over the scads of documents in preparation of this case. Prior to Gerald taking over I spent many years of uncertainty.
