Yo estaba atravesando un proceso complicado de divorcio en el cuál había muchas implicaciones/agresiones por parte de mi ex esposa el cual se estaba alargando más de lo deseado. Yo comencé el proceso con un paralegal por "barato" sin saber que lo barato me saldría más caro.
En cuanto llegue con la abogada Navarro se notó su experiencia, profesionalidad y educación. Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. I had been dealing with a Domestic Violence case that was overlooked by Orange County court house in January. Not only did Wail reopen my case, but also helped me with child custody. Wail and his staff ( Jennifer, Marlene and Alex) are very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. They were all very clear about the process and always answered any questions I had. Working with Adam was a great experience. We hired Adam to handle my sister's car accident case. Very unorganized, unreliable, unpunctial, attorney malpractice. Do not contact this attorney for service. Very poor in helping out client. Every time court schedule has been dialed in for me to appear he always comes with a late excuse to not proceed with hearing. I had hired Jihad after we were robbed and he had his hand out for money at ever communication. He failed to do a thing for the case, other then to ask for more money. I did it myself and recovered 100k without him. His greed was overwhelming.

Mr. Real was very helpful in taking care of my case. I was permanently injured in September of 2010 and after 4 years of minimal to no medical treatment, Mr. Real was able to finally get me approved for treatment. For a year, he was able to get the ball rolling for me medically and also conclude my case with Disneyland. He was always very helpful, empathetic, and flexible to my busy schedule. He's fee's were a portion of my settlement, which I found incredibly reasonable, especially for all of the work he did. Now, I will say that there were times where I didn't feel there was progress that was being made and there were times where I felt I had to check in quite often. Overall, though, we got the resolution and a settlement I was satisfied with. Going up again Disneyland was something I had hoped would never happen, but unfortunately had to go down that path. The final day where I had to meet with the Disney Lawyers, Alfred stayed by my side, comforted me, guided me, and reassured me throughout the entire process. April, his secretary (or assistant) was also very friendly and helpful.

I am a permanently injured nurse. I retained Mr. Real a year and a half ago to settle my case. I had a QME in December 2014. After multiple phone calls, including recent attempts x 9 Mr. Real does not return my calls. Mr. Real's staff are not law clerks and have little if no knowledge of my case, they appear to only take and give Mr. Real messages. I have attempted to request Mr. Real settle my case for 10 months he will not. I now have to file a dismissal of Mr. Real as my attorney with the California state worker's compensation board and file a formal complaint with the California Bar association. Mr. Real is very charismatic, tells you what you want to hear, and then in my case has not worked for me as he promised. Mr. Real is not a man of his word. Mr. Real is lazy and incompetent. All I can say is do not retain Mr. Real as your attorney based on my unfortunate experience. Mr. Real has caused me significant distress. After being injured catastrophically no worker should have to endure this. Mr. Real is suppose to advocate and represent you as a client not do you additional harm; that being in addition to what I or you have already sustained as an industrial injured worker. I wish you the best. Don't be a victim twice and hire Mr. Real.

He fought out case and never informed us it was closed. I had to physically go to his office to find out it was closed 1 month ago and I was never informed. What attorney does this, but he certainly took his percentage right away with out notifying us.

I was being taken advantage of by the doctor and the insurance company. Jim went to battle for me. The judge ordered the insurance company to pay me for several months which they were disputing. Jim argued to the judge and earned me the ability to treat with any doctor of my choice outside of the insurance companies MPN. The insurance company offered me a compromise & release for $20,000 but James and his office worked overtime to get me $45,000. it seemed he was also always a phone call or at least an email away morning day or night. I highly recommend him.

Every time I call, I get put on hold for more than 10min. They lie to me all the time, some one at the office asked me for my legal status, A girl at the office offered me a cash advance for my case, I say ok. She keep asking me to call back tomorrow so I did called until one day she told me that it was not approved, I ask her to mail me the copy of that and she said that it was verbal, so I sake her for the name and number of the person who did not approved it and she gave me a name and number, I called and I asked why my cash advance was decline and the adjuster told me that she NEVER RECIVED A REQUEST FOR ANYTHING FROM THE OFFICE OF MOSES LUNA. I went to the office and the lawyers want me to sign a document were they can let me go to any other LAWER, after 3 years, after they have done NOTHING BUT IGNORING MY CASES, I say no. They suppose to get back to me the next day, it is 3 weeks and they have not done a thing. Every time I call I get IGNORED..... This is not a Profesional way of treat no one. Mr. Luna is so kind, but that does not help......

I filed a claim through workman's comp after seriously injuring my back. After a year of minimal treatment and acusations of faking my injuries I hired Richard. The day after meeting with Richard, I was refered to a specialist. The following week I was in surgery. The WC company would not back down but niether did Richard. In the end, with Richard's tenacity and hard work, we prevailed. I have recommended and continue to recommend Richard Torres for workmans comp cases.

This lady does not return calls or follow up with her clients. When I hired her, it was don't worry about a thing. We will win your case. I will do everything for you. My case should have been settled months ago. And I cannot get ahold of her, or her assistant. Horrible at returning messages! I still don't know what's going on?? How unprofessional! Even though she is a %100 workerscomp lawyer, she replies I dont know most of the time.
You call her and leave a message, she will rarely returns your call and she doesnt care about her clients! You feel that she is getting pay to be against you! Soooo weird! She has no interrst in yoir business and I really dont know why and how! Maybe she wants to get retired! I have no idea.

I actually got more acomplished before I went to Mr. Diaz. My case actually got worse after hiring him because once you've entered into the work comp system with an atty you can mo longer contact anybody nor can they contact you they have to go through your attorney. This does not go well if your attorney is always unavailable and his assistant does everything and there were many errors after all they are not the one with the degree. Did not return phone calls or emails. Nothing moves fast in work comp but an occasional update would have been nice. There are Alot of people involved in a workers comp case. You need a atty who is hands on and treats your case with the compassion and dignity you deserve. I stumbled on him i should have done more research that is why i wanted to write this review. To save someone else this experience. So i would recomend you keep searching try to find someone who can recomend an atty who is respectful and hands on.
