When my 79 year old parents were involved in an accident and had a life-altering injury for my mother, we landed in the right place with Hamilton Law and Annette Kelley (and Jessica White). We didn't know how to navigate the system between suing for damages and intertwine with Medicare also. We would have given up a long time ago if we were trying to handle this on our own. But, Annette and her team took ownership to the issues, kept us informed at each step of the process and allowed for explanations which were easy for my elderly parents to understand. Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. He didn’t just turn his back on me, he helped me get some things cleared up here in Tn so I can move forward in WVa. Back on June 24th, 2023, I was cruising on my motorcycle, minding my own business, when out of the blue, this lady popped up out of nowhere and t-boned me going at least 50 mph and speeding! It sent me flying off my bike like something out of an action movie, easily 20-30 feet away.
I ended up with some battle scars - four broken bones, my collarbone, and a few ribs. My collarbone still gives me some grief, but I'm hanging in there.
The next day, I decided to give Ponce Law a call. Spoke to Nina, and she got the ball rolling. David Wyatt even swung by my place to check on me and get me signed up.
I gotta give a shout-out to Cheyenne and Brian. They did their thing, no doubt. The lady who hit me had no insurance and a laundry list of citations from our accident.
Now, why'd I pick Ponce Law, you ask? Simple – I'm a fan of that show with Paul Sr. from Orange County Choppers. He's in one of their commercials, giving his stamp of approval., I love that show, and I trust Paul Sr.'s word and boy was he right!
All in all, I had a pretty good experience with these folks. They held it down and got me through some rough times, so I'm giving them a thumbs up. If you ever find yourself in a pickle, these are the guys to call. Peace!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible support I received from Ponce Law, specifically from my legal team, Brad Spicer and Lilly. My life took an unexpected turn when I was involved in a serious accident at a stoplight. A lady ran a red light, colliding with my vehicle on the left side and forcing me off the road.

Brad Burnette helped me with my personal injury case. Brad and his team did a wonderful job, they were extremely nice and welcoming!
I’ve never needed an attorney for anything so I did not know what to expect. My thoughts on attorneys came from Breaking Bad and Don’t Call Saul. You know, the skeezy, slick talking, untrustworthy kind. They are nothing like that.
Brad was very transparent, he kept me updated, Andrea, his paralegal, was great also. She responded to my emails very quickly and helped get me reimbursed for my rental! They handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to do anything really, just heal from my injuries!
The whole case took less than a year! From December 2021 to September 2022. That is from wreck to check.

Mr.Corbett was my attorney during a difficult time. He did a wonderful job. He kept fighting for me through a very long & difficult process. The insurance company was relentless, eventhough their client hit my vehicle from behind at an excessive amount of speed ( more than double the speed limit ).They didn't initially even offer to cover my medical expenses in full. Mr.Corbett didn't back down,he stood toe-to-toe with the well-known insurance company. He continued fighting for me through the lengthy process & the insurance company finally did relent! This guy is strught to the point and gives you your time to speak. He is all about his clients. After he herd my case he had seen that the charges i was charged with was totally off the wall, my case was continued he had time to review the evidence and seen that everything was set stright. I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. And he was very patient with us and especially me. My courtroom knowledge consists of Perry Mason and Matlock reruns. He answered all my questions and never complained. I can not say enough good things about these two wonderful women, Krista and Kamie. They were my rays of sunshine during a very dark time when divorcing my unfaithful partner of 20+ years. We found ourselves in a somewhat embarassing position last year when our 19 year daughter was arrested for shoplifting. We were referred to Mr. Kim through a friend and contacted him for his help. Since she had never been arrested before he was able to work with the prosecutor and allow her to attend anti-theft classes which enabled her to have this minor charge expunged from her record. Without this expungement, she would not have been able to get the job she had been wanting for some time. Mr. Kim helped to ease our fears through this whole process and without his help, she might have been held back in life. Even though this was a minor charge, it was a big deal to our family and we can't thank Mr. Kim enough.

I met Patrick when he was appointed by the court as the attorney for a juvenile who was the subject of a lawsuit between two parents, my ex and me. His job was to investigate the evidence given by both sides and then report his findings and his recommendation to the court regarding what was in the best interest of his client, the juvenile. Patrick was very diligent in his efforts, handled himself professionally, was available for questions and further information gathering on a reasonable basis, and made sure the evidence supported his final recommendation to the court. Neither side could refute his findings. I would highly recommend Patrick.

First, I would like to start by saying that I am absolutely grateful I chose Micheal Ponce's firm and even more grateful to be given the attorney Allen Smith! Throughout my entire case he made sure that I received all information needed for any questions that I had he also made sure they were answered. Sometimes you can meet people that are a little too serious but he had a sense of humor, instead of making my case hard to get through he made it fun! Finally when it came time to receive my check I was having issues with my vehicle and had spoke to Mr. Smith about it.
