I have used Brett on my workers' compensation claims for the past 12 years. He has a vast knowledge and can provide relative cases if needed. He has always been professional, up-to-date and ethical. He gives very detailed summaries and prepares me for how he thinks the claim will resolve so I'm never caught off guard. Mr. Coughlin is a professional. At first meeting he explained his procedures and fees, and had an initial go-over of the case and salient related issues. In subsequent meetings he without fail took copious notes, and his files were ready and generally well-organized. He never committed himself to one outcome over another, speaking mostly in terms of what the law perceived and why, and in process helped me to understand my own case and how it should proceed. I came to see that I knew so little of the legal system that I realized I could best benefit my case by listening to my lawyer and following his suggestions and observations. So I did. In addition to Mr. Coughlin’s sense of professionalism I would note his diligence, patience , and overall integrity in the guidance provided me in the resolution of this case. I would entrust my family to his guidance in other legal matters as well.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Jason is a great attorney who fights for you and doesn’t just take your money. Jason worked very hard on a case for me and it got transferred to another state. He didn’t just turn his back on me, he helped me get some things cleared up here in Tn so I can move forward in WVa. I feel Jason is honest and a compassionate man who doesn’t do his job for just the money. Jason truly fights to help his clients, and you don’t have to mortgage your home to hire him. Back on June 24th, 2023, I was cruising on my motorcycle, minding my own business, when out of the blue, this lady popped up out of nowhere and t-boned me going at least 50 mph and speeding! It sent me flying off my bike like something out of an action movie, easily 20-30 feet away.
I ended up with some battle scars - four broken bones, my collarbone, and a few ribs. My collarbone still gives me some grief, but I'm hanging in there.
The next day, I decided to give Ponce Law a call. Spoke to Nina, and she got the ball rolling. David Wyatt even swung by my place to check on me and get me signed up.
I gotta give a shout-out to Cheyenne and Brian. They did their thing, no doubt. The lady who hit me had no insurance and a laundry list of citations from our accident.
Now, why'd I pick Ponce Law, you ask? Simple – I'm a fan of that show with Paul Sr. from Orange County Choppers. He's in one of their commercials, giving his stamp of approval., I love that show, and I trust Paul Sr.'s word and boy was he right!
All in all, I had a pretty good experience with these folks. They held it down and got me through some rough times, so I'm giving them a thumbs up. If you ever find yourself in a pickle, these are the guys to call. Peace!

If I had a question about anything no matter how minuscule it was they were always glad to answer it. If I had to call either of them any time of the day, if I could not reach them right away, they called me back very quickly. They both explained the processes of my case and what to expect. Our experience with Ponce Law has been exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through a challenging time in our lives. Brian my attorney and Savannah my Paralegal, treated us like family, providing unwavering support and expert guidance.
Our ordeal began as we were driving eastbound on Old Clarksville Pike in Cheatham County. A car traveling westbound waited for us to proceed through the intersection. However, a tragic turn of events unfolded as another car, approaching from behind the stationary eastbound vehicle, clipped it and then collided head-on with our car.
Our situation took a discouraging turn when Farm Bureau informed us that they wouldn't be able to provide the assistance we needed and that we should seek legal counsel. This law firm is nothing short of phenomenal. My biggest advice is that if you are injured at work, contact them immediately. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trying to "do the right thing" and avoid obtaining counsel while assuming laws, companies & opposing counsel would also be honorable. WRONG.
Tim Roberto & Bri Seay were able to get me the care that I needed and was being refused. There is a difference between fair & legal. Do not let the kindness & soft spoken tones from this dyanmic duo mislead you. They know the law & advocate for their client to the fullest. My only mistake was not seeing them & signing sooner. This team is also not in the practice of making false promises or fabricating a case. It will well serve you to obtain them immediately.

I could honestly not say enough about this man. He has helped me and my husband so much. Mr. Meade came highly recommended by my activism organization, and throughout my case I absolutely understood why.
He was very thorough, informed me in a way I could understand of every option and the consequences of each. I saw active and effective progress with his working with the DA. I truly believe Mr. Mac Meade fights for his clients' best interest and outcome. I am fully confident that I received the best legal representation possible.
While I hope to never need his services again, I wouldn't need to consult elsewhere if I did, and I would recommend him as a defense attorney to anyone.
I must recognize his Paralegal, S., as well who was always very helpful, accurately and timely relayed messages, and explained things thoroughly as well when I spoke with her. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering them.

DO NOT HIRE! We hired Mr. Himmelberg to handle a simple case for my boyfriend in April 2023 and aside from reporting himself as the attorney and ONE update to us, (which we had to call and text him several times to get) he has done nothing. He doesn’t answer phone calls, text messages, or emails. He has even hung up on us when we try to call. He is disrespectful and uses language that is incredibly unprofessional; having once said when we were inquiring updates “pump the breaks and let me work the case” . If you’re looking for an attentive and professional lawyer, do not hire this man.

Brad Burnette helped me with my personal injury case. Brad and his team did a wonderful job, they were extremely nice and welcoming!
I’ve never needed an attorney for anything so I did not know what to expect. My thoughts on attorneys came from Breaking Bad and Don’t Call Saul. You know, the skeezy, slick talking, untrustworthy kind. They are nothing like that.
Brad was very transparent, he kept me updated, Andrea, his paralegal, was great also. She responded to my emails very quickly and helped get me reimbursed for my rental! They handled EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to do anything really, just heal from my injuries!
The whole case took less than a year! From December 2021 to September 2022. That is from wreck to check.

From day one it was clear that Brad knows his stuff. I signed on after the first time meeting him and to be honest, he made the whole process a breeze. All I had to do was sit back and be patient.
