Mr.Corbett was my attorney during a difficult time. He did a wonderful job. He kept fighting for me through a very long & difficult process. The insurance company was relentless, eventhough their client hit my vehicle from behind at an excessive amount of speed ( more than double the speed limit ).They didn't initially even offer to cover my medical expenses in full. Mr.Corbett didn't back down,he stood toe-to-toe with the well-known insurance company. He continued fighting for me through the lengthy process & the insurance company finally did relent! Kudos to Mr.Corbett! I am very thankful he was the one who fought so hard and WON my case! I HIGHLY recommend him.

This guy is strught to the point and gives you your time to speak. He is all about his clients. After he herd my case he had seen that the charges i was charged with was totally off the wall, my case was continued he had time to review the evidence and seen that everything was set stright. Made everything go away in no time and did not waist no time in doing so. Totally has a since of humor to ease the stress. Handel's himself very well in the court room and very well dressed. He is not easily intimidated by no one. If i ever need a lawyer in the near future this guy is on the top of my to call list.

I really can't express how our family appreciates Randall Crossing, but I will try. Randall Crossing is an excellent lawyer. My husband was falsely accused of assault. Mr. Crossing took our case and immediately started working. He went to the supposed "scene", took photos, interviewed witnesses and did his research. Our case drug on due to COVID restrictions - no jury trials. But finally we had our day in court and my husband was found NOT GUILTY on all counts! He knows what he is doing. And he was very patient with us and especially me. My courtroom knowledge consists of Perry Mason and Matlock reruns. He answered all my questions and never complained. Thank you, Mr. Crossing for giving us back our life.

I hired Mr. Crossing for 2 criminal cases I had. He answered all my questions and also helped me with whatever I needed help with. My mother's estate had been open for approximately 6 years. I had been to two other attorneys and I could not get my mother's estate closed. Mr. Crossing was able to file all the necessary documents and guide me through the estate administration process in order to close my mother's estate in less than two months. He is a very efficient attorney and the fee for his services was reasonable. I highly recommend him for any probate matter. In fact, I have hired him again on another estate matter.

We found ourselves in a somewhat embarassing position last year when our 19 year daughter was arrested for shoplifting. We were referred to Mr. Kim through a friend and contacted him for his help. Since she had never been arrested before he was able to work with the prosecutor and allow her to attend anti-theft classes which enabled her to have this minor charge expunged from her record. Without this expungement, she would not have been able to get the job she had been wanting for some time. Mr. Kim helped to ease our fears through this whole process and without his help, she might have been held back in life. Even though this was a minor charge, it was a big deal to our family and we can't thank Mr. Kim enough.

Mr Kim and Jo Ann have been so helpful in every aspect of my case. I had an accident someone t-boned me and I had terrible neck and low back pain. They took over my medical bills and we finally got things paid. The insurance company was awful and they helped me by talking to the adjuster so

When my wife and I had our wills done, Mr. Kim handled everything. Any questions I had were answered in a way I could fully understand.
Years prior, when I went into business with a friend, Mr. Kim took care of all the things required to keep us legal and on course. When I left the business, he provided counsel on me making a clean break from my short lived business venture.

There isn't enough glowing words to express the professionalism, communication standards, and measurable results achieved by hiring Matthew Kirby. After 17 months of no results with an out of state case, I hired Mr. Kirby to represent a workers compensation claim that was getting no where. I met Patrick when he was appointed by the court as the attorney for a juvenile who was the subject of a lawsuit between two parents, my ex and me. His job was to investigate the evidence given by both sides and then report his findings and his recommendation to the court regarding what was in the best interest of his client, the juvenile. Patrick was very diligent in his efforts, handled himself professionally, was available for questions and further information gathering on a reasonable basis, and made sure the evidence supported his final recommendation to the court. Neither side could refute his findings. I would highly recommend Patrick.

First, I would like to start by saying that I am absolutely grateful I chose Micheal Ponce's firm and even more grateful to be given the attorney Allen Smith! Throughout my entire case he made sure that I received all information needed for any questions that I had he also made sure they were answered. Sometimes you can meet people that are a little too serious but he had a sense of humor, instead of making my case hard to get through he made it fun! Finally when it came time to receive my check I was having issues with my vehicle and had spoke to Mr. Smith about it. He called me and asked my location and said he would personally bring me my check! Wow! This is what you call excellent customer service! Mr. Smith went out of his way for me and brung my check to my job and made it a lot easier to take my car to the shop to be fixed! I am so grateful and I thank u very much! I give Albert Allen Smith my highest endorsement in his profession as an attorney. I had three major dealings with Mr. Smith. All were in regard to my brother. First he guided me to become my brother’s legal guardian in probate court. Then he supplied the written answers to another court’s questionnaire concerning my brother’s financial matters. Lastly Mr. Smith helped immensely after my brother died with both probate court and the bank.
I trust him for four reasons. First he spoke succinctly. Secondly he acted promptly. For example he answered the court’s 20 plus financial questions in less than 30 minutes. Smith did not say this is what we need to do. No. He just performed immediately. Third he did not present arrogance. He never implied that he was smarter than the system. Fourth Mr. Smith led in a good clean manner. He was professional but reassuring. Albert Allen Smith has an ease and a command at the same time.
Again I unequivocally give him my highest grade.

I had never been injured on the job and had NO knowledge about worker's compensation claims. I contacted Mr. Walwyn randomly after an internet search for attorneys in my area and I believe that I hit the jackpot by hiring him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he and his staff were professional and very polite. They took the time to educate me and kept me informed every step of the way through my entire ordeal. Mr. Judkins assisted me in winning a case in 6 months where a previous attorney that had had my case for over 2 years had failed and refused to carry on any further. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and communicated well with me. His entire staff was very professional and seemed glad to assist me at every turn. This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.

I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids. He made a scary situation not so scarey. I trusted him with my children and they are getting the help they need. He made the law work for the little people.
