I highly recommend Abrams Landau, Ltd if you’re filing for SS Disability. I filed on my own and was denied. I had Abrams Landau’s office to do my appeal.
They know the steps to take and give you the paperwork to provide to your doctors to have everything documented properly.
When it came time for my hearing, Mr. Landau was truly outstanding! Needless to say he won my case.
I will be forever grateful to him and his staff who were always so welcoming and very efficient in getting paperwork submitted.
I would give this law office 10 stars.

I hired Mr. Michie to represent me in a case in traffic court and I definitely chose the right attorney. He was familiar with the court (in a small county outside of Charlottesville) and he gave me great advice prior to my court date and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It is always worth it to hire an attorney and there are attorneys like Mr. Michie, who won't charge you an arm and a leg. His fee was reasonable and I liked that HE answers the phone at his office, so you get to speak with him one on one, right from the start. Even though my worker’s comp case was settled in 2012 I was presented with a letter that offered me a settlement for the remaining years. Because I was also receiving additional benefits it was not just a yes or no decision. They reviewed all my information and directed me to other contacts to help me make my finally decision. When we first contacted Mr. Trichilo my husbands case had been denied by the insurance company and he was able to have a Full Commission reverse the ruling. Because of that My husband received a substantial lump sum payment and MSA approved annuity to make sure all future medical needs are taken care of. This was our first case and involvement with any attorney and we couldn’t be more pleased with our overall experience and outcome.
We called and interviewed multiple attorneys when first deciding to hire a lawyer. Mr. Trichilo was the only one that told us what to expect and sent us the needed forms and engagement letter. He even followed up and asked if he could answer any questions.

I contacted Jose when he worked for another firm a couple years ago. He understood the dire and time sensitive situation I was in. He was honest and up front with me that taking my case on such short notice, while he would do his best, he cannot commit as many resources as he would like given the short turn around time and the other cases on his plate. Having said that, he said he would take my case, but just wanted me to be aware that he might not be able to do the job 100% like he would normally do. But he also referred me to another disability lawyer in case I wanted someone who could dedicate more time to my case.
Ultimately, I chose to go with the other lawyer he referred me to because I wanted a lawyer who could dedicate his full attention to my case. And I successfully won my disability appeal. So it is clear that Jose had no ego in referring me to another very good lawyer.
I really appreciated Jose's honesty and up front nature. And the amount of time he spent helping me even though he got nothing out of it.
If Jose says he can take your case, you can be assured he will dedicate the proper amount of attention unless he tells you otherwise.

I am 53 and have suffered back issues and surgeries for 24 years. I am at the point in life where I can't take much more day to day pain. In researching about long term disability I realized this is not a "game" the average person should play alone. Honestly I did not want to spend money as I have spent thousands on medical bills this year alone. Mr. Caballe made me feel comfortable from the start of the conversation. It was encouraged that my wife participate and he included her throughout the conversation. He pointed out so many areas that I never would have thought about or considered regarding the process of filing and collection LTD. How Social Security most likely will become part of the process and the fact that I do not have to totally stop living to be considered disabled, and ways to handle that. He also told me that I most likely will have additional questions after our meeting and to feel free to call or email him and he will respond. This single outreach says to me that it is about the client and not just the money. He treated us the way both my wife and I treat people. If I need to move forward with a disability claim, I only have one phone call to make and that is comforting.

Kenneth Farino was my lawyer on a case that lasted 2 years and 3 months. And while that is a chunk of time, I can only imagine how long it would have dragged on if not for him. No question was ever too small (or too anxiety riddled). This is by far one of the best professional experiences I have ever had, and I am saying that coming from an unexpected awful situation. I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. After an injury and being pressured and pushed around by the insurance company I was introduced to mr reid by a friend. Immediately my stress levels dropped. Brody took charge and did everything he said he was going to when he said he was going to.
No one wants to suffer with an injury and ill live with mine my entire life but I wouldn't have the comfort and medical carafe if it were not for Brody and his team. Vanessa and her team walked me through what was the most complicated circumstance of my life. When I shared the story of my circumstance, she asked many questions about home life behavior and immediately made recommendations to rule out other factors relevant to a divorce proceeding. I am beyond impressed with the representation I received in my court case. I had a reckless driving for speeding ticket and got the desired result. I was outside the norm but this is the first lawyer that I have interacted with that was genuinely interested in doing everything he could for my case and knew my case before the trial day. I was instructed in everything I would need to do to get my desired result. I did extra community service than he recommended (120 hours vs 80) as well before trial and this helped as well. Richard helped me navigate the court day and was reassuring but honest as well as agile in the presentation of mitigating evidence. I have said as well too many times in this review but that should speak volumes to the care I received that I was not expecting. I am picky with service and they were great! 10/10 would highly recommend this law office for reckless speeding tickets over 90!

I could not have asked for a better lawyer Richard Wiley was one of thw best lawyers that I ever came across.
