I hired Mr. Michie to represent me in a case in traffic court and I definitely chose the right attorney. He was familiar with the court (in a small county outside of Charlottesville) and he gave me great advice prior to my court date and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It is always worth it to hire an attorney and there are attorneys like Mr. Michie, who won't charge you an arm and a leg. His fee was reasonable and I liked that HE answers the phone at his office, so you get to speak with him one on one, right from the start. Everything initially was perfect. Seemed like top notch service. But his paralegal Kristin is very condescending and a smart alllec. I was working with them for at least 6 weeks and although it was a peculiar situation, for them to all of a sudden to decide to fire me as a client was completely uncalled for. At the time I was renting a basement apartment from the people I was filing the lawsuit against. I didn't want them to receive the letter before I moved out. We had a move out date but then something came up with my new apartment and I asked if we could push it out one week. Later that evening Kristin sent me a rude email about them deciding to no longer work with me and then Doug sent me an email about how someone he knows specifically told him how slip and fall lawsuits are very hard to win in Virginia. Thankfully I was able to find another law office in Leesburg who were able to get me a very nice settlement. I'm just sad at the way I was treated by Kristin and for them wasting 6 weeks of my time!

I highly recommend Abrams Landau, Ltd if you’re filing for SS Disability. I filed on my own and was denied. I had Abrams Landau’s office to do my appeal.
They know the steps to take and give you the paperwork to provide to your doctors to have everything documented properly.
When it came time for my hearing, Mr. Landau was truly outstanding! Needless to say he won my case.
I will be forever grateful to him and his staff who were always so welcoming and very efficient in getting paperwork submitted.

Well worth the time and money
Long story short I've never been in that kind of trouble before. At first I tried hiring a lawyer that didn't show up and then I seen Casey in court. That same day, I got a letter in the mail with his picture in it and I knew I had to hire him. His team answered my call, listened to me and handled my case with Professionalism. They were very open and kept me informed of everything. Casey made a gameplan and we folloewed it. Turns out he actually knew what he was talking about about! Mr. Brian Drummond came highly recommended to my family by a trusted friend, and we now know why. Mr. Drummond is an outstanding lawyer and human. He supported our family when both of my sons were dealing with 2 different court issues in 2 different counties at the same time.

I would like to share the experience that I had after doing a Google search for Workman's Compensation Lawyers in Arlington, VA. There were many attorneys listed all over Northern Virginia and even into Richmond, VA. After researching websites and reviews of several attorneys, Charles O'Donnell was the attorney that impressed me the most. I have multiple existing Workman's Compensation against Amazon Logistics which I have been handling by myself primarily because when I made calls to attorneys 3-4 months ago for help, not one would give any assistance. Their legal assistants listened but at the end of the day, my case was a little too complicated or they just did not believe thay would prevail if they had taken my case.
I believe most attorneys will give a free consutation, but I truely got much more. In the end, my phone conversation with Mr. O'Donnell lasted one hour and six minutes. Mr. O'Donnell is a great listener and was very thorough in understanding all the complexities of four different accident events that were on record with Virginia Workmans Compensation Commission. Even more important was the information that he shared that related to my accidents that affected both knees. Mr. O'Donnell maybe could have taken my case (?) but declined as I already had a working settlement on
the table that I had negotiated but had second thoughts about.
From my experience today talking with Mr. O'Donnell, I would highly recommend that you give him a call if you have a need for an attorney in Northern Virginia or DC Metro area. I like people that forget about themselves and think well about their clients. That person is Charles O'Donnell and I truely believe he will represent your interests as good as any attorney in our area.

The accident that I had was horrible and it changes my life completely. I was here in Virginia alone with no family members. When Mr. O'Donnell and his staff member came to see me in the hospital I was able to see how they work and that they care about their clients. With his help and his staff I did not feel alone anymore. They fought for me and did everything they could to get me the treatment I needed and to be able to walk out of this accident with something to start a new life. I though my life was over when I had my accident but Mr. O'Donnell and his staff should me that It was not and that there was many things I can do after the accident. He saved my life. I've been working with Terry for about 6 months now on a workers comp claim. When I had a attorney tell me I had no case to give it up there's nothing I could do, Terry said that he would take my case and he has fought for me on everything that comes up. He is a guy that will fight for you even if he knows that it isn't a 100% win he will fight for you till the end and I trust my lawyer with everything. I hired Angelica Lee as my attorney early this year. I was involved in a car accident where a vehicle rear-ended into my stopped vehicle. I was injured during the accident and went to the emergency room. I contacted Angelica the next day and she immediately took me in for a consult. I don’t even know where to begin. Attorney Brody Reid and Spencer were amazing. I unfortunately was in a car accident my first week living in Richmond and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take care of me. If you've started reading this, see it through. Obviously, you or someone you know was hurt while working and you need help. I'll tell you like it is. You need an expert. Mr Shoen IS that expert. I found myself in a fight for existence . My case was complicated and I was afraid he would toss out those 3 little letters, SOL. You know "Seek other lawyers." Please...Please check with other lawyers before even thinking about Geoff McDonald and Associates...I don't know if Geoff is a bad representation but I can tell you the Associates is Not good, Not honest and give you the ran arounds...also myself and the lawyer had talk about a settlement and agreed on my cut..but when it was time to come to get my check it's 500 dollars short and no explanation....I argue that this wasn't the amount we agreed on..but they held my check for over a month and bills and such were brewing and when they finally gave me my check and I found out tht things had changed and instead of me paying my bills they wanted to pay my bills 4 me it seems...but all and all I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...I SHOULD'VE STAYED WITH WHO I KNOW. MARKS AND HARRISON IS THE BEST..THEY ARE THE REST.......
