I was not sure who to approach with a concern that I had about my mother's care in a nursing home, so I decided to consult this firm due to my personal knowledge of where the firm was. The attorney who consulted with me was Scott Butler. Scott was a great listener, gathering all the facts, and then pursing a lawsuit. He was a great communicator. always letting me know where things stood a securing a settlement for my mother much higher than I thought possible. I could not recommend Scott high enough for any personal injury issues you may have.

From the initial first phone call to the very end I was treated professionally, honestly, compassionately, and felt like I really mattered. I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex and his assistant Emily who were both great! I honestly felt that they cared about me and my family. When I first called Tabak I was not sure if I was eligible to get anything else from my work comp claim since the claim was already conceeded. Russell and his team have gained my utmost respect. Getting injured seriously is scary. Suffering a head injury and being unable to think clearly makes it that much worse.
A year and a half after having been hit head-on by a drunk driver, Russell and his team have represented and fought for me...and I couldn't be happier with how he handled this.

I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money. My mom passed away from ovarian cancer in 2015. Mr. Keberle took on her case before she died (she hired him) and that gave her hope. After she passed, the lawsuit was forwarded onto me. Attorney Keberle co-counseled with another firm and now her case is in the federal MDL. We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

I hired Timothy Mistrioty for my daughter who received 4 tickets in Walworth, Wisconsin . I was horrified at the fact that one of the tickets was a DUI. My daughter only 23, I knew this could ruin her life. Not that she didn't create the problem herself however I have always believed people deserve a second chance. I have little faith in attorneys as most seem to just line their pockets with your money ! I could not ask for a more reasonable contract/payment for what he was about to do (however I thought it was going to be a waste of hard earned money at the time we hired him...Boy was I wrong) ! I couldn't have been any more satisfied with the outcome. He managed to get 2 tickets dismissed and the DUI amended down to Reckless driving. A paraphernalia charge amended to a disorderly conduct. Honestly how could anyone expect better than that outcome ! My daughter and I are so THANKFUL for a real attorney who fought for her and possibly changed what could have been a black cloud forever. The moment that he gave us the outcome a huge burden was lifted and a heartbreak mended !! Thank you Timothy Mistrioty for your true dedication and concern for my daughter's future !
