Great law firm Bob is a great lawyer. If you get injured I defitenly recommend this firm. Don't settle for what the insurance or a company wants to offer you. It might take some time but Bob janssen and his fellow colleagues will work to get a much more fair settlement. Bob advised me to wait and be sure I was recovered as fully as possible. I have permant complications from a surgery and he wanted to make sure I did not need another surgery or other medical care in the next year. So he told me he wanted to wait. This really showed me he cares about you as a person. Bob is a very smart and empathetic person he will do what is best for you and your case.

I signed up for my disability in October 2022. I realize my failure at communicating, but how do you contact the one who is handling your case when they don't answer texts or calls on the number they give me. I have gone through four different people calling me about my case but I have never spoken to the attorney in charge of my case that I know of. There's so many scams, how do I know if Riley, Gigi, or Celeste are real employees of the Tabak Law Firm. I am now waiting for my case to be heard in court. I was left a message to call Celeste at a particular number and left w and behold, no answer during call back today or yesterday! How do I break the contract and get a local attorney? I don't see paying what they will be charging me when I can't contact them when it's the most important time to talk with my representatives!

A year and a half after having been hit head-on by a drunk driver, Russell and his team have represented and fought for me...and I couldn't be happier with how he handled this.

Steve represented me in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in injury to myself that was the fault of the other party. Steve never hesitated to take on the case, despite the fact that the other party was driving a company vehicle and they were self insured. Worst Experience Ever- Horrible Law Firm - completely botched my personal injury case. Attorney Eric L. Andrews from their firm dropped the ball. So much so that I am filing a grievance with the State of Wisconsin Bar Association. The entire Groth Team was complicit in his/his team mishandling of my case.
Attorney: "I can't fight two insurance companies at once"
Client: "I thought that's what attorneys do, fight on behalf of their clients?" Are you going to dispute anything, ask additional questions? I am in so much pain.....I have an MRI scheduled! (tears)
Attorney: "No, there is nothing I can do, your case has been dropped!"
Dark despair - and then I was sent this check to add insult to literal injury

A family member recommended Megann and her firm after we relocated to Wisconsin. While my wife and I had some ideas and a few priorities concerning our trust needs, a thorough and friendly discussion with alternative approaches to consider, helped clarify what we wanted to accomplish. Perhaps needless to say, there were perspectives we had not thought about.
In terms of process we had an initial meeting that focused on what we wanted to do, especially regarding children and grandchildren. There was a follow-up phone call with a couple questions she had raised. Shortly thereafter a first draft document was mailed to us for review and comment. Several weeks later we had a second meeting to discuss the draft and make any changes that followed that discussion. That meeting led to the final meeting where we signed the documents. About two weeks later the copies of those were mailed to us. Incidentally, our second meeting was done through Microsoft Teams at our request since we don't live in Milwaukee.
Both my wife and I strongly recommend Sage Legal Group for both their expertise and the way they communicate.

I had a workman’s comp case with a major company and after doing a bit of research, I decided to go with him… after the initial meeting, it was really hard to get ahold of him. I would be the one to reach out and have to get updates after sending him requested information. There would never be any replies. Finally, when he did reply, it was extremely short. I had ENOUGH when I got a response asking for an update & he referenced another persons case followed by saying “there’s not more we can do since you were the one at fault.” ??? The case he was messaging me about involved a head on car accident when mine was a workman’s comp case??? I thought getting a lawyer was supposed to relieve stress, not cause more. I was doing all of the work myself and did not feel heard at all. Ended up having the case dropped and losing a lot of money.

Worst ever---they don't respond in anyway except to withdraw your money. One person denied I called him multiple times although I did have it on my phone. Continued to withdraw from account even after i emailed and said I was done with them. When I finally spoke with other people in the company to explain my problem, THEN I got a response but was told they were keeping my money for everything they did already----which was NOTHING No calls for me or to me, no responses to my calls, text and emails. I have never been one to take reviews seriously. I prefer to give a company a chance. Big Mistake BIG. I should have read these reviews before I made this poor choice to retain them. I have to laugh how they have answer to everyone and make it seem like they did nothing wrong. Look forward people. Move on this company really will rip you off. I would give them a minus star , but the woman who finally helped me get this company to stop taking my money actually gave me very good tips and helped.

Hired Jason for a work comp case. I know my case was going to be rather involved so I sought out a lawyer through my Teamsters union. The Teamsters Lawyer out of Washington state recommended Jason.
After initial consult, I felt quite confident with Jason. However, at this point I felt compelled to write this review.
Over the months and months at this point of my surgery, having difficulties with the insurance company with TTD benefits, and not receiving medical devices needed for recovery that the insurance did not want to cover, I made several phone calls to Jason‘s office.
The first phone call I placed to him with questions about the insurance company/ work comp carrier went unanswered for more than three weeks.
When I contacted his office again, I was told that I needed to set up an appointment for him to call me back. This was accomplished with an appointment date, however, I did not get a call back.
I called his office again, and was put on hold for him to finally pick up the telephone. this was after my scheduled appointment time.
The Work Comp insurance finally came through approving the medical device with the help of DWD Madison Wisconsin work Comp division, (not Jason) that I needed after my surgery, but once again, I did that with the help of the Work Comp division in Madison Wisconsin not Jason. I also needed Jason to help me fill out a hearing request with the state of Wisconsin against the work comp insurance carrier because they were not paying me the correct TTD benefit amount. TTD benefits at this point in time are still stalled. The Work Comp carrier hasn’t done anything to adjust the weekly benefit amount.
I finally got the division DWD Madison Work Comp involved. Jason Oldenburg was not. I had to do this on my own. The state took a look at all of the monetary/medical equipment that I needed. And they have been the only ones that could give me any kind of help at this point seeing that Jason did not.
The state did all the TTD financial calculations, (which at this point the Work Comp carrier has not adjusted ) and stepped in about the medical device that I needed after my surgery six weeks after the surgery.
I also requested the paperwork for hearing with the lawyers from the DWD Work Comp division in Madison. I received the paperwork and it was quite perplexing, and I didn’t want to try and fill it out myself.
When I received the paperwork from the Work Comp division in Madison Wisconsin, I looked over the paperwork, called Jason‘s office, and talked to Ashley at the front desk, requesting a return phone call from Jason.
After 2 1/2 weeks it never happened, he never did call me back. That’s enough for me. If you can’t count on someone upfront before things get complex, how can you trust him when things start to get dicey/complex.
He apologized to me after the first unanswered phone call months ago, and said he would do better, keep me informed, “and to give him another chance” retaining him as a lawyer. I agreed to give him another chance and he did it again (no call back) I need help with my TTD benefits, he has been no help. I will not give or put my trust in a lawyer that cannot simply return a phone call. Anybody who Reads this review may think I am distraught, upset, or angry. I am not, just just very disappointed.
I wish Jason Oldenburg and his law firm well, he’s just not for me! I dissolved the client/lawyer relationship.
