Rick was recommended by a friend for a worker’s comp case I had. This was the first time I’ve ever had to use an attorney and hopefully the last. He did a wonderful job with my case and we avoided court and a settlement that I was very happy with. If you ever have the pleasure of working with him, he will give you the very best. What you might not know about him is the numerous awards he has received, voted on by other attorneys in the state. Tell you what, the best in the business don’t need to spend millions on advertising every year or hire Hollywood actors for their commercials!

I reached out in regards to a landlord tenant matter. I had around an hour long discussion with Raymond (hopefully that's the right name). He was extremely professional and was able to give me helpful legal advice for my issue. He also gave me his professional opinion on the matter but never tried to convince me on what legal route to take which is exactly what I was looking for. Steer clear of Charles Rose and his team. Very unprofessional with how they handle cases. The billing is very sketchy and your money will disappear in the blink of an eye. No one ever gets back to you when you call. Charles spends time on things that are unnecessary and then bills for them. The explanations given on why things are done is so vague that it makes you wonder how he even stays in business. I could go on with how terrible of an experience I have had, but long and short just avoid Charles Rose and his team.

I contacted Red Oak Law to have my estate planning documents done for myself and my husband. The process started out fine and we provided the requested information to the attorney in June 2024. After that, I did not hear anything so I assumed the documents were being worked on. I followed up via email on September 6th, 2024 for a status update. I waited two weeks and did not get a response. I called their office on September 20th, 2024, and the receptionist told me she would have the attorney call me back, but he never did. It may be worth noting that I was using a legal plan benefit through my employer to have this done, so perhaps clients paying out of pocket would have a better experience. However, I contacted another law firm in the area and they were much more responsive, scheduled a meeting with us right away, and will have our draft documents completed within a month.

I hired them for my disability case. I have been unable to work since 2017. The only way I have mobility is by using the DONATED wheelchairs that were given to me because I have zero money coming in. I have Diabetes, chronic pain, IT Band Syndrome, Agoraphobia, anxiety and depression, and they tell me it's my problem that I wasn't approved. They were very lazy and didn't do one thing to help me get approved. You are better off trying to get SSDI yourself rather than hiring this lazy bunch of lawyers.

I Was represented by attorney Burkham in my disability case. (2024) The professionalism from Attorney Burkham and her assistant were no less than top notch! They are no doubt all business which is what I needed and they were there to help you if you have questions. Always returned calls. Never sugar coated answers. Their knowledge level was very good. If you would ask if I would trust them with any other cases of any sort I may have ?? for sure. They do deserve a 6 star rating but a 5 is all the computer will allow us to give.

I looked around and remembered seeing Attorney Bush's ad on tv and what he talked about. To me it was a no brainer to hire him. Attorney Rachel Fitzgerald is so brilliant! She got me everything I deserved from my work comp case! I couldn’t be happier. It was a long drawn out 4.5 year battle with my previous employer and she stuck it out and won me my case against them. I wouldn’t recommend neither of these attorneys. Mr French and Mr Betker are both liars. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. I was promised reimbursement of attorney fees which was more than the amount that I was suing Midas muffler for. Unfortunately, now they refuse to accept responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I trusted these attorneys and now I regret that I gave them my trust. Because now they are denying that they promised me attorney fee reimbursement because they didn’t put their lie in writing. They don’t deserve any rating because they are liars. So don’t trust them, and make sure that they put all of their promises in writing before you give them your money. I never imagined that attorneys would lie to the consumer just to get their money. Beware of these fraudsters.

Called 9 months ago to get set up with a lawyer through LaRowe Gerlach. Just for standard business paperwork and whatnot. I was directed to Max and had a phone call with him, where he said he’d work with us. I sent over the documents he requested and then proceeded to wait for a reply.
Over the next few months I called in several times, figuring he had simply been busy, but always spoke to a secretary who said he would call me. He never did. I eventually asked if he was not interested in having us as a client and was assured he was.
Finally I called asking to get linked up with a different partner and the secretary refused to direct me to another partner. Saying Max would call me.
It has been over 9 months and I have still only heard from max the one time. I wish I could speak on behalf of any other partner, but apparently the firm as a whole won’t let you switch once someone has dibs on you, even if they don’t actually intend on doing any work with you.
Mostly frustrated that they wouldn’t just say “we are not interested” and instead proceeded to waste my time. Very unprofessional.

I contacted LaRowe Gerlach LLP regarding a legal matter that I wanted to ask them to represent me on. The operator transferred me to Mr. Joseph Hesler’s voicemail , as he would be the most qualified attorney at the firm in that matter. After I left him a detailed message, a few minutes later he calls me back and started treating me like I am some sort of a spam caller. He was very rude and asked me how did I get his number and why did I call him. After I briefly explained that I left him a voicemail and I had called the office to seek representation in a legal matter, he said that he no longer accepts new clients and hung up on me. Of course this surprised and shocked me at the same time to why an attorney would do that to a potential client. I called the office again to talk to the operator. After I told her what happened, her answer was: “Well, you might as well keep looking around.”
So there is my experience with this firm. I’ve had contact with some other law firms and attorneys in the past, but nobody had treated me and talked to me like these guys did. So do yourself a favor and “keep looking around”. They are not worth your time or your money.

I was forwarded Mr. Berzowski's information from Di Rrnzo & Bomier to pursue a possible workers comp claim. In speaking with him, I wasn't given the time of day. The answers to the unasked questions were assumed as he shrugged me off. He was rude and unprofessional and it was clear that if he didn't think my case was a shoo-in (based on his assumptions) that he wasn't going to be give me the time of day. I wrapped up the conversation by letting him know that the information he was filling in the blanks with, was incorrect! I included that if he would have asked me the questions and waited for my answer, he would have known that.
What a discouraging start to an already unfair situation. I now am going to make sure that others aren't made to feel this way when truly (even if there's not an actual case) there are more appropriate ways to interac to potential clients respectfully.

Jeff took my case on earlier this year. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond what most other lawyers would have done. All correspondence from him and his secretary were prompt and very helpful in helping me understand my case, the laws that the other person had violated against me and what steps were going to be taken and why, and my case was resolved in a very timely manner! I felt totally helpless when the incident happened and Jeff and his secretary were very knowledgeable about the laws and put me at ease. I contacted six different attorneys about my case against a past employer. Some of them didn't even get a call, instead opting to send me a letter a week or more later. Aplin & Ringsmuth got back to me after about 2 days. They couldn't help with the case (no one could), but they were sympathetic, down-to-earth, and even left the door open in case I wanted to pursue another route.
After I hung up with Aplin & Ringsmuth, a different law office called me, and the Attorney was rude, rushed, and had me feeling like an idiot the entire conversation.
Other law offices don't even come close to this one's level of service.

I spoke with Lisa for 12min while on a break at work. Dad and I had same routine for 13yrs. Dad is prejudice and my fiancé is African American, I’m now considered a N lover and dad since hired an attorney. This is what dad does his entire life hires attorneys when he is mad or to get out of trouble, he has 3 DWI’s. My fiancé is a substitute teacher and supervisor at a very large company. Dad does not work has an unsafe home. No bathroom sink, showers don’t work, a junk yard, literally. Dad never enrolled any of our kids in school or sports. Never showed up at school or sporting events. Well after a 12min talk with Lisa she decided I sleep by my fiancé every night, he lives 18hrs away for the last 2yrs. I never missed a day of work in 2yrs so u tell me how that’s possible. Dad convinced our son he’d get the child support money. Well since I’ve seen my son dressed poorly, enrolled himself in school, was not at dads all summer long, out running around with friends. Been in trouble that normally he wouldn’t have. Called me several times to pick him up cause dad didn’t show up, has no friends sleep over, well he’s embarrassed of the “house”. Lisa herself said my son was influenced by dad. Well why let a drunk and a 13yr old convince her it’s ok for dad to have custody when I clearly had all evidence that dad never enrolled in school, sports, took shopping and drank a ton all day and night. I’m sitting watching my son suffer. I told everyone I did not have money to fight but figured I had all this evidence why it would not be good for our son. Physical proof. Thus is so so so sad. Heartbreaking. From a 12min conversation are u kidding me. Even if my fiancé was in this state i was home and never missed a beat with my kids. Not a beat. Horrible that it’s about money and letting a 13yr old convince you cause dad pressured him. Well my son I can promise is now regretting this just like I told the courts he would. Now what? I can’t hire an attorney??? My son now suffers. What a shame do not I repeat do not let Lisa represent your child. She put mine in an unsafe and horrible situation. Heartbroken!

I hired Mr. Standford to represent me on a workers compensation claim after he was referred to me by a family member. Everything seemed to be going well. After the case went to court, i kept receving doctor bills. One bill, in particular, kept coming. I would call Mr. Stanford and tell him. He would tell me to fax him the bill and he would take care of it. Well, this same bill kept coming and I would continue to call Mr. Standford and express my concern. Again he would tell me just to keep faxing him any bill i received and he would take care of it. Well the bill finally stopped coming and I thought he took care of it. So I decided to try for a small loan. After being denied the loan, I discovered that the reason for denial was due to an unpaid bill that had gone to collection, the same bill I kept faxing to Mr. Stanford. Apparently he never followed up on the bill. Had he followed up, I wouldnt be stuck trying to figure out payments for an awfully large doctor bill that I shouldnt have had to pay.
