Where do I begin with writing this review? Since my motorcycle collision with an F150 truck back in September 2013, I have sought closure and compensation for the incident. I was pulled out in front of by this said F150 truck with no warning.
After my couple of week stay in the hospital and quite a few large hospital bills later, I needed immediate representation to try and retrieve compensation for lost income, damage to myself and my motorcycle. I found this by a recommendation of a family friend when they referred me to Levenbaum Trachtenberg and the Law Tigers.
When I first called the Law Tigers, I was greeted in my home as I was out of work at the time and could not really travel. They assured me that they would fight for me in the very best possible way legally. After many obstacles and some time later, my case went to trial and we won. Life is good, your career is prosperous, you’re loved by your kid, you’re grateful to life for a promising future, then you receive that appalling phone call. Someone is telling you that you’re being investigated by the police, falsely accused of the worst crime you can imagine, and that you must call a lawyer. And you’re advised to contact Attorney Rick Lougee.
That happened to me, it may be happening to you as you read this, and I was very fortunate to get Lougee’s name. I’m the living case-dismissed proof that hiring Rick Lougee is the right decision when your entire life is in jeopardy.
Always keep in mind Lougee’s principle: You never talk to the police. Throughout my case, sadly, I realized that the police’s investigation is sloppy, they’re lazy in finding facts, the prosecution is ideologically contaminated (e.g. #MeToo), and sometimes, like in my case, rigged.
Rick Lougee assembles an effective and unshakable investigative team for all his cases. For my case, they started working almost immediately. In a matter of a couple of weeks, they revealed the facts that would in time form the foundation for my innocence. They dug deeper than the prosecution during the discovery process, and they found a considerable number of facts and police reports that should have persuaded any police detective to take a closer look at what was going on in the accusers’ house in the first place. But remember, in today’s environment, if you’re accused, you are guilty until proven otherwise. Lougee was determined to demonstrate my full innocence and systematically rejected any proposal of a plea bargain from the prosecution. We agreed that we will go all the way for our battle at trial.
From my experience, Lougee operates using three strategies: He is brashly honest and clear with you about the difficulties of the case. He strategizes with a military mind, planning always under the worst scenarios. He puts extreme care to the detail of law’s fundamentals in his motions, executing the defense brilliantly and effectively in court. I was fortunate to see Rick fighting for me in court. I saw him delivering at least two Perry Mason moments for my case.
My case was complicated by the conundrums of the pandemic, which caused a long waiting process. The nature of my case involved false memories of abuse. Lougee undertook a careful and thoughtful search for the best expert witness from very prestigious academic institution. He covered all the corners of my case, never underestimated the prosecution, and never left my case to the odds. We were ready for trial.
In a fortunate change of events and new information, Lougee discovered a pattern in the police detectives in charge; they were secretly coaching the accusers to provide favorable evidence for the prosecution. And in a most disgraceful act, the police department destroyed all the evidence that we know existed. This triggered the dismissal of my case.
During all my predicament journey of my case, I felt confident that Rick would use all his experience and talents to destroy the prosecution’s case in order to save me from a terrible fate. My confidence was based on Rick’s experience. He has an extensive list of cases that demonstrate he never is afraid of how big the case or the prosecution is. He has been in David vs Goliath situations. He has historical cases featured in newspapers and magazines like The New Yorker, or you can find his cases in academic books on criminal law. But that’s the last thing he cares about. He is focused on beating the prosecution case, but most importantly, he cares about demonstrating your innocence. He will fight for you, call him.

I was falsely accused of two sexual felonies and was facing 17 to 39 years in prison. That amount of time would equate to life in prison for crimes I never commited. My life was coming apart and because the system is heavily stacked against the defendant, I was almost hopeless. We hired Rick Lougee because of his reputation as an outstanding attorney and his over 40 years of experience working difficult cases, especially sex related cases in multiple states. He took my case and immediately, between his investigators and his team, began to build the case proving that the charges were unfounded. He was very honest with me about what to expect and always prepared me for the next step. He was also very empathetic and understood on a gut level what I was going through being unjustly accused of a terrible crime. I am a multiple tour combat veteran and it is no exaggeration to say that this situation was the most terrifying of my life. Rick’s experience and knowledge of the law, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and CPS officials was unquestionable and invaluable. He had the BEST investigators and colleagues working hard and diligently preparing our defense and was, at all times, straightforward and professional. Rick’s team built such a strong case that the Prosecutors did not feel that the case should even go before the Grand Jury and, therefore, the charges were dismissed. From a possible 39 years in prison to the prosecutor’s decision not to indict was the worst rollercoaster ride of my and my family’s lives. Even after the case was dismissed, Rick provided us with counsel on possible complications and how to move forward with our lives. I am forever grateful that we found Rick and his team. It is not hyperbole to say that he and his team saved my life. I would highly recommend Mr. Lougee to anyone facing serious criminal allegations. He is literally the best of the best!

Buyer be ware! After visiting with a very close friend of mine regarding their Counsel, I encouraged this person to hire an exceptionally experienced and professional firm with a team that could serve their needs that wasn’t Jordan.
Jordan essentially went MIA around mid-November. Essentially, this friend of mine asked him a myriad of questions inquiring as to how things could be moved along expeditiously in order to close out their matter. No response for weeks on end.
Ironically enough, after he essentially ghosted said client, the client was presented with a bill a couple of days after reaching out to him - again, without any response to their email. After paying above and beyond the initial retainer he seemed to disappear.
As a matter of fact, he was quick quick quick to respond when new representation reached out to him (as in he responded within the same day)!
Lack of communication in this electronic age is unacceptable. I have encouraged this former client to contact the AZ Bar Association in order to recoup their financial losses with Jordan. He’s unprofessional at best. Moreover, he's running a one man show and he doesn’t have the resources to close things out quickly.
Please be certain that any person you hire to deal with a sensitive legal matter not only takes you seriously but be sure whomever you decide to work with has ownership interest in your situation and the staff to make that a reality. I find it appalling that Jordan didn’t have the chutzpah to face this client and admit that he didn’t have the resources to help them in a timely or appropriate fashion.

I had a bad fall out with my business partners. When I hired Adam I was on the verge of completely losing all my shares to my partners because they had the majority vote.
After our first meeting, I knew he was going to be my lawyer because he asked all the right questions. He explained what my rights were and the legality (or lack of) in what they were trying to do to me. He discussed a few approaches I could take and discussed all the pros and cons of every approach. He took all my advice into consideration when putting a game plan together. So of course I hired him.
I was ready for a very long battle because it got very personal between us. I knew nobody was willing to budge. To make a long story short, it is now 6 months later and the case is over. I sold my shares for almost 10% more than my asking price.

First class from the opening greeting. Stan Marks and his paralegal Coleen Chavira are nothing short of everything you want and need in an attorney. Professional, thorough, communicative, easy to contact, and straight to the point - they don't waste your time or theirs. My sister was in a horrific car accident that took her husband of over 15 yrs away from her - the only man she ever dated. Her life changed instantly because a tourist couldn't wait to see the Grand Canyon. I hired them on a blind referral (a friend of a friend of a relative), and never looked back. This was my first ever car accident. I’d never gone through this experience before and boy, was I put through the ringer. I was hit by a semi truck changing lanes and pushed into another semi truck to my right. I was scared, confused and this was my very first car (which I loved, so I was very sad about it haha). The moment I spoke to the team and to Chris, I felt comforted. I felt supported and encouraged.
The other guy’s insurance company that we were trying to settle with fired and rehired at least 5 different case workers for my case alone. Now the company is going under. Chris. Was. Awesome. They put red tape, hoops and so many other things in front of him and he just led me through it every step of the way.
During this time (March 2019- December 2019) my car was classified as abandoned, had the wheel stollen off of it, the battery stolen off of it, and some of the items inside were also stolen while it sat on the lot. Someone from the tow yard decided to steal the title on the car. I moved states. I got married. I was taking classes. AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS.
So everything that could have happened during this time DID. And Chris was ALWAYS on top of it. He was so communicative and explained things to me in a way I could understand. I could ALWAYS get a hold of Chris at least within the same day and that’s something I really appreciate.
I’m very grateful and blessed by Chris and the team because of the way they “held my hand” from start to finish, even through the absolute WORST parts of it. Thank you Chris!!

We have used services of Randy Sassaman's law firm for our negotiations with a big insurance company. He was recommended to me and my wife by another lawyer, who was not able to take our case at the time. And we are so glad now that Randy and Mike took that case and pursued it so tirelessly. They prepared exhaustive arguments to defend our side and were almost successful in doing so. The judge seemed to be leaning our way, so it's still not clear how the decision went the other way.
Randy suggested and we decided to appeal the case to the Ninth Circuit. Fortunately it was accepted there and Randy traveled to San Francisco for the hearing and presented our side of the story so convincingly that the case was returned back to Arizona for retrial.
That was enough to eventually reach a settlement with the insurance company that helped us financially a lot in our situation.
We will sure recommend this law firm to anybody seeking help with personal injury and insurance cases.

October 2017, we were rear ended which forced us into the vehicle in front of us. After trying to deal with their insurance and ours, our son's father-in-law referred us to Clark Richter. Trustworthy is the most important thing I can say about Cameron. His straight forward approach can be abrasive but it is necessary when trying to understand what kind of fight your up against. We liked this man right off! His demeanor. My husband and myself were in an area we were/are ignorant about but we felt the weight come off our shoulders after meeting Steven Weinberger and his partner. We feel so fortunate that they were referred to us and that Steven was the man that would take our case. Steve reversed an initial claim from my insurance company where they denied my water damage claim.
he was very implicit that when i reached out to him that i give him specifics to my case.
He reviewed them and again asked many questions to get clarification from me..he did not want innuendos or vague input

He then constructed a lefter outlining my facts and timelines.
