My wife was seriously injuried by a DUI driver. We were referred to Steve by our Aunt (out of state attorney) and neighbor, who had used him years ago. Jim is a rare individual and lawyer. There are some hideously awful people in corporate healthcare who carry on as if they are doing God's work. They are bankrupting and killing us and "legitimate "law firms are covering it up. Jim sees right through it and knows who to go after and how to do it. . I was referred to Buzz by a good friend and local Super Attorney about a year ago. I was involved in not one but two back to back car accidents to no fault of my own. I had let my health insurance go and had no health insurance. The doctors told me I would need knee surgery but it would be a while bc I was uninsured. Stephen helped me get the knee surgery I needed and quickly. Paul really went the extra mile in our case. We hired him for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling!
And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. Paul had so much work to do to make this happen! He worked evenings and weekends without any complaint or reservation. He went above and beyond, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. So many parties to liaise with!
Then, he helped to call all the rehabs (due to our limited time to help)! He found out which had availability when. How much they cost. Which offered financial assistance.
Even he helped to set up the initial call between the patient/inmate and the rehab facility, which was way harder than we anticipated. Without Paul, it's highly likely that we wouldn't have had an acceptance letter before the hearing, and that might have been the end of his chances of going to rehab versus prison.
Paul was professional, courteous, and hard working. He got it done. We are very appreciative.

Got hit by an 18 wheeler and was given a “$3900 settlement.” Other attorneys are saying this is outrageous and that something is fishy here. Either they did not do their due diligence in pursuing the other party in damages, or they held onto a good chunk of the actual settlement. Back is permanently screwed up from this accident.They also give out gift cards for these reviews. (which is also illegal). These guys are scumbags. Beware of these people. Please do not make a decision based off of these reviews. I have given them the opportunity to make this right.

Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive.
