I hired Tim when my disability carrier was stalling in paying my disability claim. I am an attorney, and had years of experience hiring and supervising other attorneys. I reached out to other attorneys I knew in Denver for a recommendation for this type of case, and heard back from two whose opinion I most respect that Tim was the right choice. I was involved in a head on collision one early morning heading to work. The gentleman that caused the accident accepted full liability. Even though the gentleman accepted responsibility for the accident it seemed impossible to keep up with the incredibly overwhelming medical bills that seemed to never stop revolving. I also was dealing with many details, questions, and concerns from the insurance companies. After much advice and consideration I took my time to find the right attorney that I felt comfortable with. Bastion was fantastic! I was in a car accident in April of 2015 and couldn't get any help from the Insurance companies. I was hit by a drunk driver several months ago and had serious injuries. I wouldn't have thought of contacting a lawyer until both insurance companies, mine and other driver's, asked for recorded interviews with me. I didn't want to take a chance on saying something that would jeopardize my claim. A friend referred me to Mike Keating. He and his associate, Deidre Ostrowski, represented me throughout the process of settling my claim. I received more money than I could ever have expected. But that is only part of the story. In working through the process, I had to deal with two auto insurers, my health insurance company, two health care providers, the ambulance company, the towing company and Medicare. You know that feeling when life has you down, just another example of Murphy's Law? Well, I was there. Stuck in a mess with my insurance company, after I was on my motorcycle and struck by an uninsured driver. Confined in the hospital, lost in paperwork, and overwhelmed by the whole situation.
