I had a pretty bad wreck on a motorcycle, and really didn't know what to do, but it was suggested that I get an attorney. I looked at several and decided to go with Fuicelli & Lee and contacted them for a consultation. After speaking with Amanda and explaining to her what had happened, we ended the call. After a few days, it was recommended that I look into another attorney (not because of Fuicelli & Lee), but because this other attorney did a great job for the one who recommended when they had an accident. I reached out to this other attorney and explained to him everything that happened. He obviously wanted to take my case, but he knew these guys at F&L and had NOTHING bad, but spoke highly about them. I decided to stay with F&L mainly due to the fact that Amanda was very attentive and informative and very patient. I was then introduced to my assigned attorney (Lori) and was very comfortable with speaking with her. I was very ignorant with everything that was going on and they both were very patient and understanding. NOT one time did either of them make me feel like I was an inconvenience and ALWAYS returned my calls and answered my questions. This firm got me the full settlement even though it looked a little grim, but they both were always positive, and I know they worked very hard on my behalf. They both are tremendous at their jobs, and even if I wouldn't have gotten such a great settlement, I would still highly recommend this firm and especially these two to work on your case.

Mr. Fuicelli berated me to the point that I asked him to discontinue all communication with me. Inexplicable and bizarre.
I can see why an attorney would want to force a settlement for a case they fear they will lose money on, but it’s odd to me that this change of heart happened so quickly and that they weren’t even trying at the end. They clearly wanted to settle but were not interested in letting the defense know about the information we had that would hurt them in trial. It felt like they had joined the defense counsel and were no longer working for me.

Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Where do I start. Bradley Smith is the best lawyer in the state of Colorado, arguably several states. Smith & Weidinger Law Firm is unmatched. Bradley Smith is a Prior Assistant District Attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who knows the law word for word. Attorney Molly Ullrich also assisted with my case and brought so much to the table. They reviewed my case saw so many things wrong went to trial and I received not guilty. No one wants to get in trouble but if you do for any reason, your only choice should be Smith & Weidinger for the best results possible.

Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state. The case took a while due to all my medical issues and tracking down my records but his team stayed persistent throughout the whole process. He was able to negotiate my settlement and make sure all medical providers and insurance companies involvied were satisfied. Lastly he and his team were able to secure a fair settlement for my pain and suffering. Nothing can restore me to full health but it will help me continue treatment and manage my pain moving forward. My wifes lawyer with this firm asked me to leave her meeting with him regarding upcoming disability hearing. I do not understand why, I am the spouse and should have been allowed to set in. This is 2nd time he has did this to me. The first time he had no problem me writting him a check, retainer. I just do not understand! My wife sets in when I meet with my attorney. Just in closing I feel this is wrong. I will never recommend any one to him. Nothing against the firm and the other lawyers. I doubt they treat there married clients this way

Zaner Harden is an Exceptional firm. From 1st phone call seeking information to the finish of my case they were amazing. Always available if I had a question, always updated information almost in real time, and very sensitive of the human nature of our case .

In the extreme, sub-zero temperatures of January, my building lost heat, water, & was declared uninhabitable. My insurance company left me homeless, delaying coverage for shelter, food, and water for weeks- despite an approved catastrophe claim.

I reached out to Patricia’s law firm two weeks ago from a referral from a fellow lawyer who doesn’t practice this type of law. I was in a hit and run accident and injured. I went through the intake process during the initial phone call and was told I would hear from Patricia within 1-2 business days. Two weeks and three phone calls later, where I was told each time the person I wanted to speak with was “away from their desk,” and three voicemails left with that person, still no response. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. In the beginning it felt like this firm truly had my children's best interest at heart. My case played out for over 3 years. After "winning" at trial with further litigation to take place, I was struck with an uneasy feeling. I felt bullied into a settlement as the attorneys were fed up with my case. Many people had told me over the duration of my case that things weren't quite adding up and that my attorney did not seem to have our best interests at heart. I began to reflect on the case and all the inconsistencies, placating to the other side and capitulating to them as well. I then conferred with another attorney and ended up retaining her services to finish out my case.
