Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024. THE BEST!! Due to a mail forwarding error, I didn't receive a parking ticket...by the time I got the mail, the infraction was 12 hours from suspending my license. As far as attorney's go John Lawlor is an knowledgeable;e, professional and respectful as they get. Always patient and thoughtful, he makes me feel I like was the firm's top priority with %100 percent attention and focus. As someone who is fairly unfamiliar with the legal priority, I know the intimidation one fells when representation is required. In 2009 an accident injury scared the heck out of me. In September of 2019, I had the please of meeting Stephen as a referral for being an excellent personal injury/accident lawyer. After our first meeting/consultation, I immediately felt at ease and comforted to know that he was going to come to an expedient and positive resolution of an otherwise unnecessary accident.
This accident could have been completely avoided altogether had the driver of the vehicle that literally ran over the front of my car, hence not paying any mind that I was parked stationary, directly behind him.
As a result of same, the front end of my car was ripped away and crushed, also causing 2 herniated discs, for which I had to undergo months of rehab treatment and pain management/several injections in my back.
After several months of treatments, diving a crippled vehicle, Stephen was able to come to a superior resolution, which in turn paid all medical expenses, car repairs, etc., leaving me at the end with no liability. I was more than happy with the results, as a matter of fact, extremely impressed by his professionalism, perseverance and follow through, to ensure that I got maximum results and 100% liability remained on the driver/fuel truck at fault. He is extremely thorough, well versed and has excellent negotiation skills! He was also able to save the extreme court costs that would have been incurred if we had been forced through the process of mediation, multiple depositions and trial.
I am so grateful for my excellent results and if ever in need of a kind, compassionate but firm and diligent/results driven lawyer, he's your guy!

A real quality that seems to be lost in this day and age for people. Mr. Ben and his staff took the time to explain to me what may or may not happen in my son's case. Never once did they "tell me what I wanted to hear" they were honest and clear and never made any promises. Jason Pearl has been a go to several times for injury claims. Unfortunately, myself and my family have been prone to a long line of accidents. Including one that nearly took my life by a drunk driver. I have never dealt with someone who is more compassionate about his clients then him. He listens to his clients instead of talking over them and always puts the ball in their court and gives them the final say. He advises his clients honestly of all possible outcome based on all possible decisions. The one time I didn’t use him (at my wife’s insistence) it turned into a three ring circus and I had to do the attorney’s job for them. His office staff is just as phenomenal as he is. If you are injured in any way I strongly suggest you speak with Jason first. He won’t necessarily paint you a rosy picture but will give you honest advice which is highly unusual this day and age. Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything
