Law offices of K& P failed to represent me. I was involved in a 4 car accident and was deemed not at fault. I was car #2. Brandon T Hughes and the other case managers have failed to provide statements or any information to the other insurance companies which is delaying my treatment, plus I've been without a vehicle since. They do not return phone calls but he's very rude and condescending in emails and I will NOT STOP LEAVING REVIEWS.

It’s been 2 years and my case still isn’t settled and still hasn’t gone through litigation review. My case has been through several different case managers. Most of which have gone months without speaking to me or giving any type of updates unless I call and ask. My case was said to have been in litigation since January but now I find out that not only do I have another case manager but that my case hasn’t even gone through review with the attorney. My case will reach the statute of limitations this December. This is my first experience with an accident lawyer and it has been the worse experience in my life.

I hired her to represent me in an accident where I hit a lady who ran the stop sign. She told me where to go to see a doctor which ended up being a chiropractor and then I didn't hear from her. I didn't try to call her because I was working on a diagnosis but she never reached out and asked for any specifics as far as the accident. Once I got my diagnosis, we set up a meeting which she was almost an hour late for and didn't give me much information regarding the accident. I fired her and hired another atty who interviewed me regarding the accident (she never did) and who told me other things to save me money (which she didn't). I will never have her represent me in anything and would never refer her to anybody! You'll end up paying out more money to her and the doctors she sends you and not left with much from your accident!!

I agree with the other anonymous persons who have stated that Bumpus is rude, a liar, doesn't return calls, won't contact her clients (or their family members), doesn't provide status updates, hasn't produced any results, etc, etc, etc. The list goes on and on. She conducted the initial consultation and has done NOTHING since (this was 4 months ago). She has got to be one of the worst to call herself a lawyer but can't seem to accomplish the basics! IF you are contemplating hiring an attorney, PLEASE for your sake, NOT THIS ONE!!! Too bad triple zero's are not an option for a rating.

I hired Attorney Glenn Stern to represent me back in November 2023. He was by far one of the most professional yet personable attorneys I have ever met. I could contact him anytime to ask for advice and he made himself available usually the same day I reached out to him. I hear so many of my peers in my support group stating how long their case is taking and how the communication with their attorney is lacking or nonexistent; this is by far not the case with Mr. Stern! He explained all scenarios and recommended proactive tasks to complete for my case prior to going before the judge. He fought for everything to go in my favor and had my charges dropped down to a lower level which I had discussed with him in the very beginning! I am so thankful to have found such an awesome attorney. I am now two months past my court date and almost through everthing to get my life back to a normal state. If you are looking for a top notch lawyer to represent you, hire Glenn Stern! I will definately hire Glenn again, however, hopefully I will never be in the situation where I need a criminal defense attorney again!

Attorney Glenn Stern offered the best defense. Hired for my husband, he allowed us to understand all possible outcomes and scenarios and which situation would work best for our case. We were in the toughest county to be accused of a crime. He fought for everything to go in my husband’s best interested and it did! We are so thankful to have found a reliable attorney. Now my husband has nothing to worry about and his life is back to normal. Aside from that Attorney Stern exhibited great professionalism. If you have ANY LEGAL ISSUE... this firm is NOT the one. They have HIGH turnover and the partners must have inability to monitor their inability to perform because DUE TO LACK OF BEING EFFICIENT..they failed to stay on point with my court needs..lost and 4 months later didnt have the courage to conference nor advise me. So over two yeara of legal pursuit and ive lost to the crook that caused my matter and the very one that should have saved me put me deeper in the ditch. Pathetic !!!

Mr Parr seemed acceptable at first. However, he failed to finish the job. He just stopped working my case about midway through and also stopped returning my calls or emails without any explanation. As another reviewer also mentioned, his assistant Tammy was very gruff and rude. I paid him several thousand dollars up front, and he failed to deliver what he promised. Worst of all was the complete lack of explanation as to why he just quit. I would never recommend Dan Parr to anyone.

It's been about 9 years since I hired Mr. Ree. He was very direct in his communication with me and more than fair with my settlement. He took no payment for his service after getting my doctor's bills payed as he wanted me to receive the cash that was leftover. He asked only that I refer him in the future in return. Would definite hire him again!

I'm sure lawyers are busy... and they should. I would want my lawyer to be busy for me. But I believe when people call, they make the time to contact for reasons.
Mr. Ree is really busy; trust me he won't have time for you (Case started year 2012 and it’s 2015 and the case has been settled long ago but a promised check they sent out (twice) never showed up). When you call and with a very slim chance of getting through to him, he'll just make it short; say what he wants to say with only information he knows (could be very bias as he won’t listen to you) and will just hang up on you. (Does not matter how long you have tried to reach him.) His associates are best trained to NOT give you a straight answer and will brush you off without an explanation with the usual “He's in a meeting”, “he's in a jury duty”, etc. But everyone will give you different answers in short period of time thinking that you are pretty dumb.)
I think it’s pretty safe for me to state that he’s very selective on whom he needs to talk to when he wants. Surprisingly he’s best line was (of the two very short phone conversation), "you don't even refer customers to me, and it's not my responsibility to make sure you (provider such as clinics) get paid. We’ll talk when you have some referrals for me." First phone conversation was literally 3 seconds, call me back tomorrow and hung up.
(Wait a minute, hold off on your big case and wait on that referral, Danny who’s handling the case will said, “I have sent a check out”, he said this, twice; and when I asked for certified mail tracking number he said that is not necessary. Okay, will the check never showed up, and he said he’ll fax over a copy of the check that was sent out and he has not answered phone call nor called back since then.)
I can see clearly that he'll pick and choose his cases after what kind of profit he can make off of you. What's mind-boggling is that how would he want any business referrals after this? I thought lawyers are supposed to be somewhat smart.
I have heard good things about him, only to find out the opposite, which is very disappointing. If anyone asks, Andrew Ree ESQ. is not a pleasant lawyer to trust your case with. If you have a big case, trust me he’ll want your business like all the lawyers in town. Please don’t waste your time with Andrew. I hope this helps some people.
I would want to refer my business and people I care to someone with some morals and ethics as I have seen none or very little from this so called experienced "Guru." Please take your case elsewhere for your sake. I’m not sure this was just one bad case or this is their “pattern” but I can assure you and be warned that it won’t be pleasant. I don’t generally write reviews, at that a negative one, but I thought I spend some time to reach out to have any prospects to think over before you bind your self to a signed contract.

Frank and his team lied to me on more than one occasion. He was hard to get in touch with and would not return calls. I was told by him and his team I did not have to worry about a deposition. They told me the day before my deposition that I had to be there. No preparation. He and his team lied to my mother as well. Frank charged me thousands of dollars and did nothing to defend me in court, even though I spent hours gathering information that they requested for our court appearance. Frank will tell you what you want to hear and let you burn at the stake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!!!

After going thru a rather costly divorce where my ex-wife was sticking me with monthly payments of nearly $3,500 / mo and not making any progress with two other attorney's. I was stuck with payments which where determined prior to the economic down fall.
Attorney Frank Hamilton and his team (which where very hands on and accessible); worked on my case and within a couple of months where able to reduce the payments to $1,600/mo. The monthly payments could of been less if one of the previous attorneys had advised me properly against signing a document.
The fees where reasonable and whenever I fell behind due to circumstances; Attorney Frank Hamilton was there to defend me and keep me out of trouble......the attention and service was unparalleled by any other firm.
I've recommended his firm to others and they've come back with the same results.

Would not hire this lawyer again for even defense of a parking ticket. Hired this lawyer approximately March 2014 and was told that my two year limitation of filing was in November 2015.
Lawyer used up the time. He advised me by phone on 31 of October 2015, with follow up letter on November 6, 2015 that the malpractice case was not worth pursuing (risk reward); remaining filing time was basically used up and I did not have sufficient time to pursue other legal help in my case.

Seth mapped out a great plan on the one time I was able to actually meet with him in person. It's been over a year and a half since he took my case, and he has yet to make a demand. Instead, he offers same excuse for the delay whenever I speak with him( on the rare occasion that he or paralegal return phone calls. Very frustrating experience. He doesn't follow through on his own plan.

I am giving two stars because Alex her para legal was GREAT! I hired her to help me with obtaining uncontested admin papers for my son's estate on August 4, 2020. I ran out of retainer trying to get her to actually execute that request and here it is January 21, 2021 and she has not gotten me admin yet. I've had to tell her that the courts would not accept a surety bond via email. She told me the delay was because the Forsyth County Judge had lost his seat. That did not happen until December 31st. So really that wasn't the delay and it was not the truth when she said it at the beginning of December. The truth is that she dropped the ball on me, billed me for questions I had to ask three and four times for an answer, even though my initial query asked for step by step details. I had to ask her three times for the amount of the surety bond before she actually sent me the paper work to accomplish that. She would "Be on Leave" twice when I had critical "What's going on with my case" encounters. The email exchanges were not at all professional sounding, more like a casual exchanges, one where she misspelled my sons name and another where she said she filed in Rabun County, when she had actually filed in Forsyth. All in all she ran through the retainer and didn't accomplish even the most simple task of getting me the uncontested admin papers for my son's estate. I wouldn't use her ever again.

This attorney worked hard for me in the beginning and he did collect a fair settlement for me. The problem is he's keeping it!!!! He has had my funds for months now. He has not communicated with me since March and it is now August. Ive left numerous voicemails, texts and emails that have all been ignored. I've sent him a certified letter with no response and am now filing a grievance with the State Bar. I will also be taking legal action against him. I've injured myself at work and am now not working and need this money so much right now.
