We would personally like to thank Attorney Myrlin Earle for his commitment, integrity, and dedication to our case. On April 28, 2016 our lives changed forever. My husband was hit by a tractor trailer in Atlanta, Georgia.
Initially we consulted with a well known prestigious firm in the City. After several months of discovery the firm decided to withdraw as Counsel because they did not see the value in our case.

Myrlin was invaluable in helping me through a difficult time. After my cycling accident, caused by an uncovered man-made hole on a city road, I suffered a serious shoulder injury. Because of the accident, I needed shoulder surgery. To my amazement, the city did not take responsibility for the uncovered man-made hole in the road. In fact, they just ignored my situation and that’s when Mrylin helped in a big way. Mrylin walked me through the process and made it easy. On the rare occasion when I needed to speak with him after hours, he never made me feel that I was imposing on his personal time. He answered my questions, no matter how trivial and took the time to continually update me on where we stood with the city. Myrlin insight on how the process worked was invaluable. He kept my patience in check and in the end, we won our case.
Mr. Earle was responsive, and I really felt that he had my best interests at heart.

The entire process of my case was nothing short of Amazing. Campbell represented me and did an amazing job. I felt like he really cared about my overall wellbeing. He and his team often emailed me to check on my healing in my case. Whenever I had a question he and his assistant was always available to help me understand every detail. Amazing Law Firm!!! Jacob Jackson has went above and beyond working on my car accident case from day one. I am a single mom raising both of my teenage daughters myself. Both of my children have an underlying medical condition which requires several doctor visits per year. I was referred to David by my pastor after I had been injured working at a department store in town. Remodeling was happening and I was struck by a 4x12 piece of sheetrock. David immediately got my benefits started from my employer and then went after the contractor who caused my injuries. He took care of following up on all my personal and medical needs. When the case was finally over, he helped me with the purchase of a home and even found a nice used car from a wholesaler for me. From the time I first called the offices of Startett & Harris I was treated like I’ve been affiliated with them for years. I was greeted by all of their staff with respect, concern ,and sweetness. The folks here are just as sweet as they can be, but on the business end of this firm is just unbelievable professionalism. I have never called there offices and not been able to get the answer to a question that I might have, and if I wasn’t able to talk to my attorney he had called back within an hour. My wife was seriously injuried by a DUI driver. We were referred to Steve by our Aunt (out of state attorney) and neighbor, who had used him years ago. I was recently in the process of buying my first home. A few years ago I had done a credit consolidation and realized that could significantly hamper my credit score and thus my ability to purchase a home. I reached out to Mr. Morrison and he returned my call that same day. We met in person and he immediately advised me what credit agencies to contact, what to ask, and what information and forms I needed to have completed for my mortgage company. After speaking with the credit agencies, I again met with Mr. Morrison. He provided accurate and knowledgable advice on completing the forms and ensured I had done everything correctly to better my chances with the mortgage company. Without the help of Mr. Morrison, I feel I may still be renting an apartment and not enjoying the wonderful home my fiance and I now live in. Our situation was a very sensitive case because my minor son was injured . Mr. Leibel was so sensitive to my son's feelings. He really listened to his wants and needs. He was NOT greedy and never tried to push him into something just to get a bigger settlement . He does shoot straight from the hip and lets you know exactly where you stand. We never had to worry that things were being sugar coated. This man has a heart and really does care about the well being of his client!!! Jim is a rare individual and lawyer. There are some hideously awful people in corporate healthcare who carry on as if they are doing God's work. They are bankrupting and killing us and "legitimate "law firms are covering it up. Jim sees right through it and knows who to go after and how to do it. .
