I would highly recommend JD McMullen for any situation that requires an attorney. He handled my case very professionally and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our case at all times. That was my friend' recommendation for my hit&run case and I could not ask for better lawyer. Caring, explaining every detail of the case, always available and my check in the end over exceeded my expectations.
Also probably worth mention that my case had one more injured person (almost similar injuries) who went with another lawyer and as far as I know got in the end much smaller paycheck.
I hope my friends would never need that kind of services, but in case they will - I have a really awesome and aggressive lawyer recommendation for them.

Nefi was great for my case and an OUTSTANDING attorney! Nefi and his team met with us occasionally and kept great communication throughout the whole process. My case ended up going to trial and I did not know Nefi was going to be a part of it but if I could have a recording of the trial to show people how good of an attorney Nefi really is and how he destroyed the cop involved in my case and ultimately got the case dismissed before the jury even got involved then I would be sharing it all over social media! Nefi and his team are by far the best representation I have ever had and I strongly recommend them to anyone for any case!

I was in an automobile accident in which I was hit from behind. I called the liable party’s insurance company to start my claim immediately, but knew based on the initial contact with them that they did not have my best interest in mind. I unfortunately had a accident flying and Robert was very helpful through the process. I've never had to sue anyone before but Robert made the whole experience very easy for me. He was patient and explained the whole process to me, also gave me advice on what he thought was the best route to take but he ultimately left the decision in my hand. I really respected that and it made me trust him even more. He's very honest, and made me feel very comfortable, like we have been friends for a long time. With his advice that I'm glad I followed.
