He has been representing me in a case for seven straight years. He has never missed responding to a call voicemail text email and seven straight years. I was involved in a very traumatic malpractice suit against a major hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. This man never gave up on me even when it look like I gave up on myself. I think the heavens above for a kindhearted, humble man that he is. I trust his judgment and I believe what he says. You never have to wonder about his integrity. He is one of the good ones. He is now considered my family. I want to leave this honest review so people like me ( like us ) 👋🏾can find an attorney that is humble. He talked me through the process. Nowadays, so many attorneys take the money and run and forget their clients. This man has never done this to me. No matter what he helped me when other attorneys said I did not have a case. He fought seven straight years and as of today I can say we WON and he did not force me to do anything that I did not want to do. I can vouch 100% for this man and his character integrity his honesty for seven good years. We’re at the finish nine now!!!!! We are waiting on disbursements of funds and I will be taking him out to a FANCY dinner!!!!❤️❤️❤️That’s the least I can do for answering and responding and treating me like a human. 🙏🏿💯❤️

Having Burton Padove as my lawyer for my divorce was a smart decision. Initially, when I spoke with him on the phone, I could tell he was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic to my concerns! What a gem he proved to be!
I was confident in him getting the results I deserved. He is thorough and takes the time to explain things to me which made me more confident through out the process. Burt, “B”, or Mr. Padove as he is known in practice, is highly knowledgeable and effective legal counsel. More importantly, he is extremely ethical, very realistic, and does not waste time when he has a chance to act, nor will he waste yours.
Throughout the process of a very convoluted divorce (which included my son), Burton has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees by making sure we do not go to court for long shots (which often I created as emotions run high during divorces). This is the reason why you hire an attorney. I would have made bad choices on emotion without him and his expertise.
He could have easily gone to court at least 5 separate times for issues knowing it would be a waste of time and collect thousands of dollars in legal fees, but chose not to (while giving me the option so should I choose to). Burton does not tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you need to hear, and gives options that are realistic, and then acts with fast, surgical precision.
He has advised me counsel in the best manner, even had to create novel motions due to the unique and complexity of my case, and did so effective and efficient, like it was the back of his hand.
Like the other title review states, he truly has a heart, and he truly does care! If I did not work in Customer service, I would be surprised that he does not have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but given that I do; satisfied customers often don’t take time to write reviews, they go on with there happy life.
The course was not easy, but Burt has given me back my life, stability, and a sense of well being. I thank him from the bottom of my heart, and I hope this review will allow YOU to consider him as your GO TO attorney. He certainly is mine.

Mr. Kruse was assigned as my court appointed attorney and did absolutely wonderful work for me. I’m a resident in another state, but he was able to help me with a case I had in Lebanon, Indiana. Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I faced costly emergency and other medical bills soon after the incident and dreaded the time-consuming effort of arguing with insurance companies as well as potentially losing money as a result of an accident. My employer spoke highly of Jason, and I understand why. He and his staff were cordial, professional, and responsive during every step of my case. Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
Terry fought hard for my family and did everything he could in our best interests. He wasn't afraid to stand up to large corporate interests and kept working persistently on the evidence/case against them. Had a bad experience with a major insurance carrier trying to handle my minor son’s injury case resulting from a rear end auto accident. The insurance company made a low ball offer and would not budge when presented with a reasonable counter offer to settle. We hired Ken and he secured a settlement 4 times greater than the amount we requested in our offer to settle prior to hiring Ken.

We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. He did explained our game plan and angle we were taking in court plus explained why so I felt like I was a part of the team. Mike will absolutely do over 100% for you and give you his honest and true opinion on your matter. He did for me, and sure appreciate all his research in my case and knows the law and what all possibilities might be involved. He will not do his job half-way and will cover all bases and fully communicate them and explain them to you. Chris and his Para-legal Ashley were great to work with. Most of our contact was with Ashley who handled all questions and advised us as the case progressed. Chris was great at the deposition and the pre-deposition set my wife's mind at ease since she has never been in a legal setting. The mediation went well with Chris there for us.
