Mr.David worked Appeal for my friend. Unfortunately the appeal is not successful but I can see that he work his best and he also get it done faster. He reply fast whenever I asked him something and his assistant Katy is also very good with reply and answered every questions. He also helped me finding PCR lawyer for the case, which is really helpful for me. Currently I am working PCR with one of the lawyer he recommended.

Terri is a wonderful person and powerful lawyer. I have had Terri has my custody lawyer since 2019/2020. She has always told me what I needed to hear in a respectful way. Any email or call I have made, I received answers back within 24-48 hours if not immediately. This hasn’t changed over the years of business I’ve had with her, even when I know I can be a bit annoying. Even when the courts didn’t give me answers I hoped for, Terri made sure nothing happened negatively, only maintain and gain. She fought as aggressive and amazing as some of big names that most people hear in the area. I highly recommend her for anyone needing a lawyer.

David was not a good attorney. He will tell you “I got the family the maximum amount allowable, so I did a good job”.
However, we did most of the work. He would have a weekly meeting, via phone, he would tells us he would check into something and we would have to contact him back in order to see if he did it or not.
Also, he did not copy me on emails that he sent to people who were involved in the case.
He also, did not forward important information to me concerning my husband’s company information such as; the Company’s condolences, who to contact about insurance to just name a few.
How I found this out is once he no longer represented me, the company forwarded all emails sent to David that were NEVER forwarded to me. At the time it would have been helpful, instead I had to figure everything out. So that caused me more stress.
He also, completed paperwork with the wrong date of death, sent paperwork to wrong judge, etc.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I believe that he did not want to do anything on our case because of the capped dollar amount on the Workman’s Compensation .
So he is in it for the money!
I would not recommend him!

Despite my misfortune of being struck by a car while riding my bicycle last year, I feel very fortunate to have had Jason and his paralegal, Heather, on my side during my recovery. I faced costly emergency and other medical bills soon after the incident and dreaded the time-consuming effort of arguing with insurance companies as well as potentially losing money as a result of an accident. Terry led the team for my father's wrongful death case, in which we recently accepted a settlement from the defendants. His firm had worked hard on the case over the past few years as multiple defendants were involved including a large entity. Depositions were taken thoroughly, scenes/events were reconstructed accurately, experts were involved etc., and the whole discovery process was executed in a very efficient, accurate, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
Terry fought hard for my family and did everything he could in our best interests. He wasn't afraid to stand up to large corporate interests and kept working persistently on the evidence/case against them. Had a bad experience with a major insurance carrier trying to handle my minor son’s injury case resulting from a rear end auto accident. The insurance company made a low ball offer and would not budge when presented with a reasonable counter offer to settle. We hired Ken and he secured a settlement 4 times greater than the amount we requested in our offer to settle prior to hiring Ken.

We all know lawyers can be expensive, and 90% of the time it is WELL worth it. Dennis spoke very professionally and was very informative at all times. Mike will absolutely do over 100% for you and give you his honest and true opinion on your matter. He did for me, and sure appreciate all his research in my case and knows the law and what all possibilities might be involved. Chris and his Para-legal Ashley were great to work with. Most of our contact was with Ashley who handled all questions and advised us as the case progressed. I hired Amy in 2015, after a jeep ran his red light and crashed into my car and totalled it. I had a massive concussion and extreme vertigo for months afterwards. {... also having had a crippling injury from years prior, that no doctor or surgeon could correct at that time...} the man's insurance company decided, because of my prior injuries, to offer no more than a 'penance' settlement.
Amy told me to trust her as she hung tough during the following months ... I am So Happy I listened to Amy's advice!
When we finally went to meditation, she convinced the insurance company to settle my case with 125% more money than originally offered. Amy's help and tenacity gave me and my children the ability to 'take flight' with our lives, once again!

Laura was hired by us after our son suffered an injury in the NICU when he was a week old. Laura helped us remain hopeful because she didn't back down. She worked hard for us and quickly. I am still amazed at how our case was resolved so fast. Medical malpractice laws in our state aren't the most appealing, but she still worked hard for us and our son. She was tactful, but headstrong from day 1. She did everything she could to hold the hospital and staff accountable for their negligence. Not once, did I sense from her that this was about her firm or just the monetary end. She has a heart for those that have been mistreated. She also was great from the client/professional standpoint.
